Petrochina Intl. Jabung Ltd., an International Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company has the following position open for immediate engagement:

1. Medical Doctor

Work Location: Jakarta

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Provides professional medical care for the comfort and well being of employees, including examinations and treatments.

- Develop promotive and preventive health care programs.

- Manage Industrial Hygiene issues.

- Advice on medical regulation.

- Make recommendations for referral to hospitals.

- Provide advice for developing medical policies.

- Compile and manage medical reports.

- Maintain appropriare and accurate medical records.

- Provide advice for the medical budget.

- Recommend doctors/hospitals.

- Consult with other health professionals (when necessary).

- Develop relationships with primary care and specialty physicians, hospitals, diagnostic centers and other providers.

- Promotes all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) issues within the team to comply with Indonesian laws and regulations on occupational health, safety and environmental standards. Conform with Indonesian and/or international oil and gas industry standards or acceptable practices, as well as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Safety Management System from Indonesian Government.

Requirements:

- Medical Doctor degree from an accredited medical school.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial/company doctor.

- Valid medical license/Surat Ijin Praktek.

- Certification in Hiperkes.

- ATLS certification.

- ACLS certification.

2. Receiving Invoice Assistant

Type of Employment: Third Party Contract

Work Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

- Check and receive invoices.

- Enter invoice data into the system.

- Prepare Invoice Receiving Report & monthly AP closing.

- Assist the accountant in invoice processing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in processing invoices/accounting.

- Familiar with accounting systems (JDE system is preferred).

- Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.

- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook).

- Good communication skills, fast learner, independent, and reliable.

3. TKDN Specialist

Type of Employment: Third Party Contract

Work Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

- Verify TKDN achievement of vendors

- Compile TKDN verification paperwork as valid supporting documents.

- Estimate local content based on CRS, SoW.

- Explain TKDN during pre-bid, clarification, contract ongoing, kick-off, and socialization.

- Prepare sanctions in accordance with PTK-007 and other related references.

- Survey vendor’s facilities during TKDN verification.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable university.

- Minimum 2-5 years experience in TKDN Verification in the O&G industry.

- Experience in TKDN verification of contract amounts ≤ Rp 50 billion.

- Familiar with PTK-007, PERMEN ESDM No.15 Year 2013, SK Dirjen MIGAS no.181 Year 2014

- Willing to travel for surveying vendor’s facilities.

- Proficient in the basics of MS Office, especially MS Excel.

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking.

- Fast learner, high confidence, independent, and reliable.

4. SCM Budget & Planning Analyst

Type of Employment: Third Party Contract

Work Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

- Reviewing Contract Requisition Sheet (CRS) from end users to be ready for the tender process.

- Reporting & administration of CRS.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable university.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas company.

- Experience in dealing with procurement or contract administration.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).

- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.

- Knowledgeable about PTK-007.

4. Good Procurement Admin

Type of Employment: Third Party Contract

Work Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist buyers and contract analyst in handling filing documents.

- Conduct contract exchange with contractors, including monitoring the performance bond’s validity date.

- Assist Procurement Staff in monitoring document circulation at the Jakarta Office.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable university.

- Experience in administration matters, filing, and communicating.

- Familiar with PTK-007 regulations.

- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Fluent in English.

- Certification in PTK-007 will be preferable.
