Toolpusher

Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMA atau setara.

• Pengalaman 10 tahun di drilling dan workover dan min 5 tahun di posisi toolpusher.

• Memiliki sertifikat kompetensi APB III.

• Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan Komitmen terhadap praktik kerja yang aman.

• Disukai memiliki surat izin mengemudi untuk mengemudikan kendaraan ringan.

Job Deskripsi Toolpusher sebagai berikut:

• Mengawasi operasional pengeboran PBL dan workover Rig.

• Membantu Rig Supervisor perusahaan untuk melaksanakan permintaan operasional dari perwakilan perusahaan.

• Melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan rutin terhadap peralatan rig, merencanakan dan mengkoordinasikan logistik untuk operasional mobilisasi rig.

• Melaksanakan semua tugas yang diberikan oleh pengawas rig.

• Mengkoordinasikan logistik bahan, peralatan dan perbekalan untuk mendukung kegiatan drilling, komplesi, workover dan well service.

• Mengawasi bawahan dan melaksanakan tugas dengan aman dan peka terhadap lingkungan.

• Memelihara rig dan peralatan dalam performa dan kondisi yang baik.

• Berkoordinasi dengan Kepala logistik pengeboran dan mekanik untuk mengontrol suku cadang untuk pengoperasian yang hemat biaya dan mengurangi down time operasi rig.

• Melaksanakan dan/atau mengarahkan pertemuan keselamatan mingguan dan pertemuan keselamatan pra-kerja sesuai kebutuhan operasional.

• Menganalisis bahaya operasi dan sensitif terhadap perlindungan lingkungan serta kesehatan orang yang bekerja di lokasi.

Lifting Coach

• Indonesian Nationality

• Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years and diploma 3 with at least 5 years directly involve in hands on lifting equipments operations

• Qualified and certified as trainer from local or international training provider

• Qualified and certified basic ringging and advanced ringging training

• Experience or evidence of familiarity with developing lifting plan, risk assesment and communicating an integrated execution of safe lifting operations

• Familiarity with cranes and lifting equipment operations safety

• Having certificate of Crane Inspector

• Having certificate Scaffolding Inspector are preferred

• A good command of both oral and written in english

• Willing to work in remote location, including NUI

• Computer literate especially MS project, word and excell

• Domicile in Jabodetabek are preferred

Inspector SID-VID

• Lulusan Sarjana Teknik any major

ASSISTANT SPV MECHANIC

• Bertindak sebagai pemimpin dan pengawas untuk teknisi atas tim mechanic di bawahnya sesuai dengan arahan dari Sr. Supervisor agar pekerjaan mechanic dapat terlaksana dengan lancar, aman dan berkualitas

• Merencanakan, mengkoordinasi, menjalankan dan mengevaluasi semua program kerja yang terkait maintenance peralatan reciprocating dan rotating mechanic, serta sumber daya pendukungnya dan menginisiasi improvement untuk peningkatan ketersediaan dan kesiapan peralatan dengan sehat, aman dan tidak membahayakan pada pekerja, peralatan dan lingkungan

• Bertindak sebagai subject matter expert dalam bidang maintenance peralatan reciprocating dan rotating mechanic apabila diperlukan dalam suatu rapat atau dalam suatu penugasan.

• D3 Jurusan Teknik Mesin atau otomotif dari perguruan tinggi terakreditasi B dengan IPK minmal 3.0 dengan pengalaman minimal 10 tahun pada bidang terkait

• S1 Jurusan Teknik Mesin dari perguruan tinggi terakreditasi B dengan IPK minimal 3.0 dengan pengalaman minimal 4 tahun pada bidang terkait

• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang prinisip kerja dan hans-on dalam maintenance terkait peralatan reciprocating dan rotating mechanic, yang terdiri dari pompa, compressor, gas engine, gas turbine dan generator

• Familiar dan mampu membaca dokumen technical drawing P&ID, Pump Curve, Part Books, Data Sheet Reciprocating dan Rotating Mechanic

• Familiar dan mampu membaca dokumen technical drawing P&ID, Pump Curve, Part Books, Data Sheet Reciprocating dan Rotating Mechanic

• Hand-on menggunakan alat ukur mechanic seperti caliper, torque wrench, feeler gauge, DTI, dll

• Pengetahuan mengenai RCA

• Menguasai Microsoft Office

Project Estimator

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experiences in Project Estimation/Budget/RAB for project Oil & Gas Industrial Maintenance, Infra Structure Maintenance , and Power Plant.

• Able to read engineering drawings & Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs

• Able working with deadlines and customer requirements

• Familiar with TKDN (Local Content Component)

• Understand tender documents (Scope Of Work) such as specifications, drawings, BoQ & Etc.

• Make an analysis of the unit price of work

• Prepare complete Proposal Commercial documents required in the tender process

• Create an archive of unit price offers from Sub-Cont and suppliers

• Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations

• Clarifying the contents of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements

Stationary Technician Support

Requirements :

• S1 Min 3 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry

• D3 Min 5 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry 

• Senior high school Minc7 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry

• Able to read isometric drawing,

• Able to perform marking, beveling, cutting pipe for preparation to welded activity.

• Advanced Lifting/rigging capabilities to support activities.

• Able to Perform ASME Standard IX (SMAW & GTAW) Welding Processes, Welding Standard API1104 Process (SMAW Manual), Full Argon and Welding Combination

• Having WQT (Welder qualify test) Certificate

• Having SMAW & GTAW MIGAS Certificate

Work location: Grissik, Suban, Rawa

Drilling and Workover Engineer (DWE)

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder only.

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputable University. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Min. of 4 years’ experience in upstream oil and gas for onshore drilling engineering andoperations.

• Experience in Designing Exploration, Appraisal, and Production wells.

• Experience in Rig Operations during Drilling and completion

• Experience in Tendering for Onshore Drilling contracts

• Proficient in Well Control, committed to safe, environmentally sound well construction.

• Competent in: Well Control and Well Control Equipment, Directional Drilling Operations, Liner Hanger Design and Installation Operations, Wellhead and Downhole Equipment, Cementing Operations, Onshore Rig Operations

• Have a good working knowledge of Oil and Gas Operations Activities

• Knowledge of Drilling operations, Understanding in Casing Design and Drilling Engineering, Preparing AFE Budget.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Proficient in using computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

ESP SPECIALIST

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder/ citizen with max. 45 years old.

• Min.Diploma (D3)degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical is preferred) from reputable university.

• Min. 8 years field experience related with Electric Submersible Pumping/ ESP.

• Having knowledge and experience of ESP products originating from Schlumberger.

• Strong HSE culture and Familiar working based on SOP.

• Good knowledge on computer literacy for ESP system equipment selection and sizing applications.

• Able for installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshoot, maintenance, repairing and dismantling of downhole & surface ESP system (ESP unit, downhole sensor, cable, cable penetrator, VSD, transformer, etc.)

• Able to monitor ESP system performance, investigate problem and problem solving.

• Able to give technical recommendation to improve ESP system performance.

• Able to review and give input on ESP design & WO/WS procedure.

• Able to assist and supervise WS/ WO job and have experience on rig floor operation.

• Familiar with well completion equipment (packer, Y tool, shroud, etc.)

• Able doing inventory, ordering and QC of equipment, tool and consumable related to ESP & well completion.

• Able to carry out technical evaluation of tenders or purchasing.

• Able and willing to give training, sharing knowledge and experience regarding ESP & related equipment to another employee.

• Have good relationship with ESP company and always update ESP technology.

• Able to make structured reports.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa and English, both oral and written.

WORKOVER SPECIALIST

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder/ citizen with max.45 years old.

• Min. High school diploma with engineering background from reputable institution or university.

• Having valid relevant professional certification.

• Min.10 years field experience related with workover, wellhead, wellsite operations, etc.

• Strong HSE culture and Familiar working based on SOP.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa and English, both oral and written.

• Hardworking, detail oriented & able to work in a team, dynamic and pro-active.

• Willing to be placed in Bula Field, Seram Island, East of Indonesia with on call basis schedule.

ASSISTANT HSSE & PR MANAGER

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder/ citizen with max. 50 years old.

• Min. bachelor’s degree in engineering/ Technical/ Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental

• Min. 10 years working experience in HSSE include but not limits to Security, Government & Public Relations, CSR, and Permits function.Min. 5 years’ experience in PSC, Project Development/ Construction of oil and gas industry.

• Strong, wide, and extensive in various onshore and offshore oil and gas project development/ construction experiences.

• Hold certificate for International/National OHS Certification (i.e., NEBOSH, AK3 Umum, AK3 Migas, etc.)

• Strong knowledge in International HSE and related code, practice, and standards (API, OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, etc.), Government of Indonesia HSE regulation (Migas, Depnaker, KLH), HAZID, HAZOP or other Risk Management tools

• Familiar in development and implementation of Project HSE Management System.

• Have strong and experience project support managerial skills.

• Able to communicate in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.

• Competency in Microsoft applications packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Hardworking, detail oriented & able to work in a team, dynamic and pro-active.

• Sound understanding of modern risk-based approach and risk assessment techniques in oil and gas industries.

• Experience in develop or implement HSSE management systems.

• Proven experience in training personnel through courses, workshops, job safety analysis, HAZOP, HIRA and other related HSE assessment.

• Proven history of HSSE Planning, Training and Auditing.

• Experience in communication and reporting to SKK MIGAS, DITJEN MIGAS including but not limited to Ministry of Environment, Forestry, Manpower and POLRI.

• Good knowledge of HSSE national and international standards applicable to the oil and gas industry.

• A demonstrable strong commitment to HSSE management system implementation.

• Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist for 5 years.

• A proven track record of successful PR campaigns.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.

• Familiar with the permit process of PPKH / Forestry Permit, ISPS Code Permit, Access Road Permit, Jetty Permit, Environmental Permit, Explosive Permit include itsrequirements and obligations.
