1. POSITION: PROCESS ENGINEER (LEAD, SENIOR, ENGINEER & JUNIOR ENGINEER)

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize oil and gas processing facilities and systems, including separators, compressors, pumps, and pipelines.

• Conduct process simulations using industry-standard software to model fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and process flow.

• Analyze operational data to improve efficiencies, reduce operational costs, and enhance safety.

• Develop and evaluate process schematics and piping and instrumentation diagrams.

• Collaborate with the operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and develop sustainable solutions.

• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and present findings to management and stakeholders.

• Ensure all processes comply with Indonesian regulations and industry best practices regarding health, safety, and environment.

• Play a key role in project management, from conceptual design to commissioning and startup.

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen and certified by the Indonesian Professional Engineer Association is a plus.

• Minimum 15 years (Lead), 8 years (Senior), 3 years (Engineer) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Minimum GPA 3.2 for Junior/Fresh Graduate.

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field from a reputable Indonesian university

• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications such as API, ASTM, and others relevant to oil and gas processing.

• Proficiency with simulation software such as HYSYS, PIPESIM, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the Indonesian oil and gas sector.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

2. POSITION: C&S AND OFFSHORE STRUCTURE ENGINEER (LEAD, SENIOR, ENGINEER & JUNIOR ENGINEER)

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and analysis for offshore structures, including platforms, rigs, and support vessels using relevant software.

• Account for static and dynamic loading conditions such as sea-state, wind, seismic activity, and operational loads.

• Develop construction specifications and ensure structures are built to withstand harsh offshore environments.

• Participate in risk assessments and design reviews to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including naval architects, marine engineers, and project managers.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation, such as structural analyses, design drawings, and technical specifications.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution in Indonesia.

• Knowledge of relevant structural engineering software (e.g., SACS, ANSYS, USFOS, or similar).

• Familiar with international standards such as API, AISC, and Indonesian National Standards.

• Understanding of the offshore oil and gas industry's safety and environmental regulations.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

3. POSITION: ELECTRICAL & POWER ENGINEER (LEAD, SENIOR, ENGINEER & JUNIOR ENGINEER)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical engineering on oil and gas projects.

• Design, evaluate, and optimize electrical systems, including but not limited to power generation, distribution, and control systems.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as mechanical and civil engineering, to ensure seamless project integration.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior electrical engineers.

• Ensure adherence to local Indonesian regulations and international electrical standards.

• Manage communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors regarding project specifications and progress.

• Stay abreast of technological advancements in electrical engineering and implement best practices.

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen and certified by the Indonesian Professional Engineer Association is a plus.

• Minimum 15 years (Lead), 8 years (Senior), 3 years (Engineer) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Minimum GPA 3.2 for Junior/Fresh Graduate.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Familiar with electrical design software such as power system software ETAP, lighting software and other equipment software.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

4. POSITION: INSTRUMENT, CONTROL & TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEER (LEAD, SENIOR, ENGINEER & JUNIOR ENGINEER)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement control systems including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI for oil and gas facilities.

• Specify, select, and procure appropriate instrumentation such as transmitters, sensors, valves, and analyzers for various operational parameters.

• Develop and manage instrument-related documents like data sheets, I/O lists, and loop diagrams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with mechanical, process, and electrical systems.

• Oversee and participate in the commissioning and start-up of instrumentation and control systems.

• Provide technical support for operational issues and recommend modifications to enhance system performance.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and industry standards, such as API, ISA, and IEEE.

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in instrumentation and control engineering.

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen and certified by the Indonesian Professional Engineer Association is a plus.

• Minimum 15 years (Lead), 8 years (Senior), 3 years (Engineer) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Minimum GPA 3.2 for Junior/Fresh Graduate.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation, Control Engineering, or related fields from a reputable Indonesian university

• Familiar with electrical design software such as InstruCalc, PDMS etc.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

5. POSITION: MECHANICAL & PIPING (LEAD, ENGINEER, JUNIOR ENGINEER)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engineering design of piping systems, including the development of piping specifications, material selection, and stress analysis.

• Create and review piping and instrumentation diagrams, isometric drawings, and layout plans.

• Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and functionality requirements.

• Perform calculations related to fluid mechanics, pressure drops, and thermal expansion.

• Analyze system operations through relevant software.

• Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure the integrity of the piping systems.

• Address any technical queries or concerns during project execution phases.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in piping design and Indonesian industry standards.

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen and certified by the Indonesian Professional Engineer Association is a plus.

• Minimum 15 years (Lead), 8 years (Senior), 3 years (Engineer) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Minimum GPA 3.2 for Junior/Fresh Graduate.

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable Indonesian university

• Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, CAESAR II, PDMS, Naviswork, PV Elite, Caesar, AutoCAD, and SP3D.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes such as ASME, ANSI, and API.

• Good problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.

6. POSITION: TECHNICAL PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER (LEAD, SENIOR & ENGINEER)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety risk assessments and hazard analysis for all operations and projects, ensuring alignment with Indonesian safety regulations and international standards.

• Oversee the integrity of critical safety systems such as fire protection, gas detection, and life-saving equipment.

• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, and other safety studies and reviews.

• Liaise with project engineers, operations staff, and external stakeholders to integrate technical safety aspects into all phases of operations.

• Prepare technical reports, safety case documentation and ensure all safety-related documentation.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure ongoing adherence to all safety protocols.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to technical safety and performance.

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen and certified by the Indonesian Professional Engineer Association is a plus.

• Minimum 15 years (Lead), 8 years (Senior), 3 years (Engineer) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field from a reputable Indonesian university

• Minimum GPA 3.2 for Junior/Fresh Graduate.

• Familiar with industry safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, API)

• Familiar with engineering software such as: PHAST, Flaresim, Pipenet.

• Proficient in safety risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.

7. POSITION: DESIGNER / DRAFTER (CIVIL STRUCTURAL, OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENT, MECHANICAL & PIPING)

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen.

• Minimum 8 years (Designer) & 3 years (Drafter) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Familiar with CAD Software and engineering design tools.

• Familiar with international engineering standards and codes relevant to the oil and gas industry, such as ISA, IEC, and API standards (for Instrument Designer).

• Familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D,PDMS, SP3D, Solidwork, and other relevant drafting software (for Drafter).

8. POSITION: PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM - SENIOR COST ESTIMATOR / PROJECT ENGINEER / PLANNER

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen.

• Minimum 8 years (Senior Cost Estimator / Project Engineer) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Familiar with estimation software such as: Aspen Capital Cost Estimator, CostX, or similar (for Senior Cost Estimator).

• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to oil and gas engineering designs (for Project Engineer).

• Develop, validate and prepare project planning package (i.e. method for progress measurement, overall project schedule, WBS, CPN, Bar Chart, Deliverable Register, s-curve, project manpower loading, man hour histogram and others as required) are according to PEQP or clients requirements (for Planner).

9. POSITION: DOCUMENT CONTROL & QHSSE OFFICER

Requirement:

• Indonesian citizen.

• For Document Control:

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.

- Previous experience in document control or records management, preferably in the engineering, construction, or oil and gas sectors.

• For QHSEE Officer:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

- Extensive experience in QHSSE roles within the oil and gas industry, particularly in engineering design.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a high-stakes environment.
