1. Sr. Mechanical Technician – Offshore

Roles
Report to Offshore Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible to coordinate and perform safe, compliant, high quality and effective daily inspection, preventive/ predictive/corrective maintenance, and unplanned maintenance or troubleshooting for mechanical equipment (static and rotating equipment). Demonstrate a high standard of awareness and safe work practices
Main Activities
• Lead the planned maintenance routines and regular performance test of mechanical (static and rotating equipment) in Offshore facilities as scheduled in the CMMS module.
• Lead inspection of mechanical (static and rotating equipment) in the plant, report any anomaly identified during the inspection to Supervisor.
• Lead the examination faulty mechanical static and rotating equipment in the plant, diagnose the fault to determine the corrective actions, prepare the required tools and material to perform the corrective action.
• Ensure the required minimum stock of the mechanical/rotating materials/spare parts in the plant.
• Lead installation and acceptance test of new or modified mechanical and rotating equipment before hand them over to the Operations Team.
• Provide input to the major overhauls of mechanical and rotating equipment in the plant.
• Provide input on annual update of maintenance procedure and work instructions of mechanical and rotating equipment.
• Act as Job Leader in accordance to PTW procedure for an individual PTW for a particular maintenance activity
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor, e.g. participating in meeting, workshops, FAT, and other job as needed.
• Act as a member of the emergency response team, as per duties defined in the Emergency Response Plan and the assignment by the Offshore Installation Manager.
• Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
• Diploma III or bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering
• Previous 10-15 years working experience mechanical technician in the offshore oil & gas industry.
• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival or TBosiet.
• Having qualification and certification in mechanical field is an advantage.
• Good Knowledge on the general oil and gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes in Offshore environment.
• In-depth Knowledge on the process and mechanical equipment, rotary (turbomachinery) and static equipment.
• In-depth Knowledge on the maintenance methods (PM, CM) and mechanical maintenance tools.
• In-depth knowledge on the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
• Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System.
2. Electrical Technician & Instrument Technician – Offshore

Roles

• Execute planned maintenance routines and regular performance test of electrical and instrument (E/I) equipment in Offshore facilities as scheduled in the CMMS module.
• Inspection of E/I equipment in the plant, report any anomaly identified during the inspection to Supervisor.
• Examination of faulty E/I equipment in the plant, diagnose the fault to determine the corrective actions, prepare the required tools and material to perform the corrective action.
• Ensure the required minimum stock of the E/I materials/spare parts in the plant.
• Installation and acceptance test of new or modified E/I equipment before hand them over to the Operations Team.
• Provide input to the major overhauls plans and participate in major overhauls of E/I equipment in the plant.
• Provide input on annual update of maintenance procedure and work instructions of E/I equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous 5-10 years working experience as electrical & instrument technician in the offshore oil & gas industry.
• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival or TBosiet.
• Having qualification/certification of BNSP in electrical and instrument field is an advantage.
• Good Knowledge on the general oil and gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes in Offshore environment.
• Electrical: Knowledge and skills on Motor, power distribution, logic and loop diagram, MCC, breaker, switchgear, UPS, generator.
• Instrument: Knowledge and skills on Transmitter, calibration, control valves, PLC, SCADA, DCS,
• In-depth Knowledge on the maintenance methods (PM, CM) and E/I maintenance tools and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge on the PFD and P&ID
• Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System.
3. Control Room Operator – Offshore

Job Purpose:
Perform safe, compliant, environmentally friendly, quality and efficient day-to-day offshore operations activities from Offshore Installation control room to monitor and ensure safe operating parameters are met and abnormalities and communicated, assessed and responded of Offshore Facilities adhering to SOP, HSE standard, and written and verbal instructions from Production Supervisor.
Main Responsibility
• Perform a safe and efficient operation of wellhead platforms and processing/utilities platforms as per effective SOP, including but not limited to daily operations parameter monitoring & recording, lead start-up/shut-down activities, operates the plant systems from the control room, inspect specific parameters on regular basis etc.
• Stand in for Production Supervisor during his temporary absence and to arrange work to ensure there is always someone in the control room.
• Perform analysis for any abnormal operations identified from the DCS monitor, determine the cause of abnormal process variance, and recommending actions/troubleshooting to avoid offshore plant upset
• Monitor the chemical stock, communicate the chemical stock status with Production Supervisor and order the chemical as required to support offshore production activities.
• Identify potential problems and suggest improvements opportunity based on observation of operations parameters shows in DCS monitors.
• Aware of all ongoing PTW within Offshore Facilities and ensure these works will not disturb the overall plant operations
• Act as a member of the emergency response team, as per duties defined in the Emergency Response Plan and the assignment by the Offshore Installation Manager.
• Proactively handle operational risk of tasks assigned by understanding risk and hazard of each task and participating in a Task Risk Assessment meeting and adhering to SOP and ensure preparedness for emergency response

Requirement:
• Technical Diploma III, preferably Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience as production and Control Room operator.
• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival or TBosiet, and other related to achieve the required technical competencies.
• Having qualified/certification : Operator Madya Operasi Produksi (OPA / OPLP-Madya)

4. Facilities Engineer – Civil and Facilities Engineer - Piping & Static Equipment

• Provide engineering expertise for TAR activities and brownfield projects.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities and root-cause analysis for piping and static equipment issues.
• Manage risks in piping and static engineering to ensure safe design and hazard mitigation.
• Perform piping and static engineering services during plant optimization and review contractors' deliverables.
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering for Facilities Engineer – Civil
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering for Facilities Engineer – Piping & Static Equipment
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in offshore/onshore facilities
• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival Permit to Work (PTW) Training, Engineering training to achieve the requirement
• Having qualified/certification : Chartered Engineer or Insiyur Madya form PII

5. Procurement Officer – Contractor Subject

Perform compliant, efficient and effective procurement of materials & services to support project development and drilling campaign covering the purchasing, vendor management according to the Company’s and SCM policies, procedure, quality requirements and budget and prevailing applicable regulations. Main Responsibility:
• Manages and provides a professional service for the procurement, contracting, supply materials & services, from initiation by customer up to post award issues - Plan, coordinate, and analyze procurement activities & services (including prepare & conduct all cycle of bidding/tender, contractual arrangement, coordinate with users & vendor/supplier) in Operated Asset to ensure the availability of materials & services for supporting sites operations in accordance with the strategy, corporate guidelines and policies & applicable regulations (especially for PSC terms)
• Manages specific projects and initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain Department or service it provides - Perform, review, and analyze selecting, executing & evaluating sourcing methods includes supplier data, pricing, & specifications for preparing appropriate & reasonable Owner Estimate to ensure effectiveness & efficiency of the Site procurement activities in accordance with the strategy, and policies & applicable regulations (especially for PSC terms)
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance through the implementation of appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide a recommendation for a related action plan to ensure effective and successful delivery material & services in accordance with the strategy, and policies & applicable regulations (especially for PSC terms)
• Coordinate and serves as a liaison to the clients and supplier and helps to address complex relationship matters related to workflow, resource management, approval chains and other areas to ensure effective procurement activities.

• 8 years experience in procurement and material supply/services in the oil & gas industry

6. Sr. Commercial Analyst – Planning & Business Development

• Participate in the gathering of data & information needed for Commercial aspects in Due Diligence (DD) activities and data room visit/opening for Acquisition & Divestment (A&D) opportunities
