We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill the following position:

LEAD ASSET & FACILITIES ENGINEERING WEST SENO/BANGKA

Purpose:

Responsible to provide facilities engineering and operational solutions to a live surface production facility in support of its continuous and safe operation. To assure the quality, consistency, and timely execution of engineering activities performed both by internal and contractor teams for facilities improvement and small capital projects.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Understand the needs, identify & address problems; propose, develop, and implement solutions.

- Technical integrity, overall effectiveness and efficiency of process design.

- Select the best technical/economical solutions, ensuring overall technical integrity.

- Quality and consistency of project (package) definition.

- Engineer activities completion according to the project plan.

- Provide continuous follow-up from the beginning until the close-out of facilities improvement solution implementation.

- Assure the application to the project of all the relevant norms, local rules, company standards, and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction, and energy efficiency. 

- Interface with the contractor on technical and delivery issues.

- Define the technical scope of contracts for execution packages.

- Review and familiarize with the project design premises and company specifications.

- Assist and expedite the resolution of technical interfaces.

- Attend design reviews and monitor Contractor engineering plan.

- Identify and assess new technologies and systems to facilitate improvements in the design and operability of the process systems for large-scale field development projects.

- Liaison with other disciplines inside and outside facilities engineering (e.g., reservoir, drilling & completion, HSE, instrumentation, technical safety, machinery, etc).

Qualifications & Experiences:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

- Professional Qualifications: 

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Oil and Gas specifically in Asset & Facilities Engineering with significant exposure to Facilities Surveillance and Process Engineering preferred. Also, working experience in onshore/offshore operations.

• Accreditation in the Environmental International Codes and Standard (ISO14000) will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with international standards for EIA and methodology of environmental surveys.

• Familiarity with the implementation of the HSE Management System.
