JOB OPENING

We are multinational company specialized in Integrity Engineering Services urgently looking for candidates to fill the following position:

1. Integrity Engineer

• Min. 16 years experience experience in oil and gas pipeline/piping/pressure system corrosion with minimum Master degree in Mechnical/Material/Metallurgical for Senior level position; or min. 13 years experience for engineer level position.

• Preferably having “Surat Tanda Registrasi Insinyur (STRI)”.

• Responsible to update, assessment and analysis of inspection and integrity management activities review, assessment and update of integrity management and inspection data for pressure systems, pipelines and structures and the development of strategies-related integrity documentation, risk assessments report and Written Schemes of Examination

• Assist in work-scope for corrosion circuits, collation of data and credible corrosion threats as require; provide effective technical advice to the inspection team,

• Perform effective review of inspection data, results trending and remnant life assessments, perform fitness-for-service assessments and provide recommendations for repair and replacement methodologies

2. Structural Integrity Engineer

• Functions: Integrity Management / Inspection Management / Repair activities for structural components (both offshore jacket and topsides and onshore structures) including civil / onshore steel structural including the following but not limited to:

- Prepare Planned Maintenance Routines (PMR's),

- Develop detailed inspection workpacks / workscopes for inspections,

- Review all relevant jacket and topsides structures Inspection Reports, including NDE Reports,

- ssessment of reported defects, report any anomalies and highlight any areas of concern,

- Structural Inspection Annual Summary Reporting

- Willingness to go offshore and/or to remote land sites for periods of up to 28 days if required in specific project

- willingness to Assist with any other duties as and when required and Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

• Min. 16 years experience plus Master degree in Civil/Mechanical/Ocean for Senior engineer level; or min. 13 years experiences for engineer level

• Preferably having “Surat Tanda Registrasi Insinyur (STRI)”.

• Experience in pipeline is an advantage.

3. Maintenance / RBI Data Analyst

• Min. 15 years experiences for maintenance Analyst background in equipment maintenance execution, work order flow & reporting, able to operate SAP Maintenance Module; or 5 years experiences for RBI Data Analyst background in topside / pipeline / structural integrity to operate Risk Based Inspection Software.

• Preferably having “Surat Tanda Registrasi Insinyur (STRI)”.

• Familiar with equipment boundary & hierarchy and failure symptom & failure apparent cause stipulated in ISO 14224 (for maintenance Analyst background);

• Certificate of Welding Inspector WI B4T or equivalent and ASNT level II certification scheme or equivalent at least one NDT methods (for RBI Data Analyst background)

4. Project Team Leader

• Minimum BS degree from engineering/science

• Having 8 years of experience in engineering, planning, quality control/assurance, safety, processes, and construction of facilities

• Experience in pipeline integrity project is an advantage.

• Having similar experience as team leader previously.

5. Pipeline Integrity Engineer

• BS degree in related engineering/science.
