1. HSE Engineer
Department Health, Safety, Security and Environmental

Reporting HSSE Team Lead
Job Description
Purpose
The HSE Engineer role will report directly to HSSE Team Lead and will be maintaining HSE Document, update HSE Policies to minimize risks, and ensure regulatory and legal compliance with Indonesia and International occupational health and safety laws and regulations. They explain how to prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies.
Responsibilities
• Safety Policies and Procedures, Maintain safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesia occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
• Project HSE Plans, Maintain the HSE Plan and Monitoring the implementation throughout the entire project life
• Safety Issue Reports, To detail accidents and safety issues within an occupational setting. Work with managers, and other personnel to investigate incidents, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure that the issue leading to the incident has been addressed and corrected.
• Safety Audits and Inspections, Assist Manager to plan safety audits to identify possible hazards and address potential accidents.
• Comply with rules and legal requirement, Knowledge of HSE laws, regulations and permission to review company practices and devise processes to address the impact of a company's practices on the HSE aspect.
• Administrations, Control and monitoring cost and schedule followed the Work Plan and Budget and update external requirement. Incoming and outgoing documents
• Explosive Permits, Maintain explosive permits (P1, P3 and Storage Permits) and ensure those permits are valid
• Monitoring Work Plan and Budget, Control and Monitor budget and work progress based on Approved WP&B.
• Incident Investigation, Support the Investigations team to obtain root causes of each case,
• Audit and Inspections, Support to any department for audit and inspections
• CSMS (Contractor Safety management), Support to HSSE and SCM for Contractor Safety Management System
Qualifications
• Male or Female
• Bachelor degree of engineering or science background with 5 to 7 years experiences
• Master degree in any major discipline with 3 to 5 years experiences
• Mandatory to have "AK3 Umum Sertifikat-BNSP or MIGAS" and other supporting certificates are highly expected

2. Senior Geologist
Department Subsurface, Development & Exploration

Job Description
Purpose
The Geologist role will report directly to Subsurface Team Lead and oversee development, exploration, and reservoir geomodelling activities for the companies’ assets as well as play a critical role in business development as it pertains to new ventures evaluations and the company’s corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
Structural interpretation: Analyze and interpret geological structures using seismic, well, and field data to identify and map faults and other structural features. Develop structural cross-sections and 3D models to support development and exploration activities.
Stratigraphic Correlations: Perform detailed stratigraphic analysis and correlation of well logs, core samples, and seismic data to identify key stratigraphic units and boundaries. Integrate biostratigraphic, lithostratigraphic, and chronostratigraphic data to build comprehensive stratigraphic frameworks.
Geological Modeling: Integrate structural and stratigraphic interpretation, petrophysics and reservoir data into geological models for exploration, development, and production purposes. Update and refine these models to reflect new data and interpretations.
Data Integration and Analysis: Collaborate with geophysicists, petrophysics, reservoir and petroleum engineers, to integrate geological data with other subsurface data. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of geological data to support decision-making.
Operations support: Provide geological input for development and exploration projects and actively participate in the planning and execution of drilling programs. Evaluate and recommend potential drilling locations based on geological models and interpretations.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed geological reports, maps, and presentations which include documenting methodologies, interpretations, and results in a clear and concise manner. Communicate findings and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams and management.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest geological research, techniques, and technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of geological workflows and practices, including the mentorship of other subsurface team members.
Qualifications
• B.Sc. Degree or higher in geology, earth science, or related discipline
• 10+ years of E&P relevant experience as a geologist with experience on structural and stratigraphic interpretation and building & updating static geocellular models
• International experience is considered a strong asset
• High proficiency in Petrel software. Familiarity with other modeling software is an asset
• Significant experience with conventional clastic reservoirs (fluvial, estuarine & shallow marine)
• Familiar with reserves reporting in accordance with international standards and SKKMIGAS
• Prior experience in the redevelopment of brownfield through in-fill drilling and secondary recovery techniques
• High proficiency in English

3. Senior Reservoir Engineer

Job Description
Purpose
The Senior Reservoir Engineer role will report directly to Subsurface Team Lead and lead/conduct reservoir development and production operations including field development planning, reservoir performance analyses and reservoir estimation of production / injection capacities. Lead reservoir onshore studies, performance review and optimization using appropriate engineering techniques.
Responsibilities
• Carry out all aspects of reservoir engineering activities including field development (SE Mengoepeh, PLT Secondary Recovery, Balladewa Greater Field appraisal and development), wells & reservoir performance evaluation, reservoir & asset evaluation, well prognosis, and supervises the integration between fields.
• Identify, justify, develop the implementation of workflow to evaluate and manage the field in line with industry best practices. Uses advanced reservoir-engineering techniques and integrate dynamic & static data to identify field movement and implement optimization plans to maximize profitable recovery.
• Monitor field’s production capacities according to Criterium guidelines along with drilling workover schedules and identify mitigations in case of shortfalls.
• Design and lead the implementation of the project surveillance programs including pressure transient surveys, interference testing, static surveys, and surveillance activities to optimize field recovery including cased hole logging programs in consultation with the petrophysicist.
• Provide expertise to identify and support reservoir-engineering studies using fit for purpose techniques, which may include reservoir simulation, material balance, decline curve analysis.
• Undertake the most appropriate studies to define the optimum development schemes with associated reserves and production profiles.
• Work with reservoir engineering technical assurer to provide technical robustness of the choices made for the recovery processes envisaged and the most reliable reservoir descriptions.
• Utilize reservoir management standards and guidelines to enhance both NPV and hydrocarbon recovery.
• Lead, design and participate in integrated field reviews and field development plans.
• Lead and participate in reservoir engineering studies that include reservoir stimulation modelling of various IOR processes for improvement of ultimate recovery.
• Take ownership in production optimization and generate novel ideas to enhance field performance.
• Complete subsurface and regulatory work for exploration/appraisal and development programs.
• Support SKKMIGAS relevant activities and constantly identify and implement the most efficient and effective engagement strategy while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate new ventures opportunities, participate in data reviews and provide guidance to management
• Attend commercial/technical meetings with Criterium partners, government bodies, and auditors
Qualifications
• B.Sc. Degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of E&P relevant experience as a reservoir engineer including oil and gas fields’ development onshore and offshore and full field simulation studies (use of hardware & software models).
• International experience is considered a strong asset.
• Experience in operating and developing marginal fields preferable.
• High proficiency in standard reservoir engineering software (MBAL, Prosper, Saphir, Topaze, OFM, PVTsim Nova or equivalent). Familiarity with other modeling software is an asset
• Familiar with reserves reporting in accordance with international standards and SKKMIGAS
• Prior experience in the redevelopment of brownfield through in-fill drilling
• High proficiency in English
• Ability to communicate fluently in Bahasa Indonesia highly desirable
