17. Senior Engineer Onshore LNG Commissioning & Start-up
JOB ROLES
• Review, evaluate and recommend commissioning support for Pre Commissioning, Commissioning activities of the OLNG Operations Sub systems, systems and units;
• Provide commissioning expertise and know-how in supporting OLNG engineering contractors and vendors to develop and deliver the pre commissioning and commissioning plans for the project;
• Design and develop strategies of commissioning and start up systems, subsystems, facilities, units;
• Design and develop start-up plans and providing engineering support to construction teams during the start up;
• Support the operation readiness team by providing the sequence and status of pre commissioning, commissioning of each sub system and system;
• Review all Simops and temporary facilities that required for pre Commissioning and Commissioning such as Nitrogen Generator facilities for Pneumatic test, blowing and purging facilities, LNG importing facilities, Refrigerant importing facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Engineering; Tertiary degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years’ experiences in Oil & Gas industry. LNG project/ operation experiences are required.
18. Senior Engineer Operation and Maintenance FPSO
JOB ROLES
• Work with Operation and Maintenance Team to develop all operating and maintenance procedures.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance FPSO input during FEED in ensuring that the design of all process system already captured operation and maintenance input and lesson learn.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance FPSO input during FEED in the development of strategy of improving facility/plants safety and operability as well operation and maintenance cycle inspection and overhaul planning system.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance FPSO input during FEED in ensuring that all operation and maintenance works can be carried out according to strategy, system and cycle plan.
• Provide Operation and Maintenance FPSO input to Operation team in ensuring operation and maintenance targets can be achieved during operation.
• Provide operation input during plot plan and 3D review and during operability review with regard to HFE specification to ensure that the operational and maintenance activities can be smoothly done in the future.
• Provide operation input to the development of flow assurance strategy and well & reservoir management plan including the production surveillance program.
• Provide operation and maintenance input to the development of OPEX.
• Develop the minimum spare part list to be kept in Warehouse and to be part of LTSA contract
• Develop the machinery and tool list to be provided in machine shop to support reliable operations.
• Work with logistic team to specify and develop the spare part to be kept inside onboard warehouse, LSB and preservation requirements. Provide input to the development of logistic operation strategy between LSB and FPSO including crew change, material transportation (spare part, consumables, food stuff, etc.).
• Provide recommendation to prepare draft of working plan and budget, review working progress and working expenditures, to provide reliable recommendation related to working plan, budget, and Division’s/Department’s/ Group’s performances.
• Review and provide recommendation on HSSE programs and initiative implementation, personnel awareness on HSSE matters, HSSE program improvement, policy, and procedures based on finding result, owned knowledge, and best practices to provide recommendations related to HSSE matters.
• Review and provide recommendation of team members’ development and performances, conduct sharing session of knowledge and technology based on division/department’s program, to increase team members’ performances and competencies.
• Provide recommendation on guidelines, standard operating procedure, working system, working standard, and others to provide reliable working guidelines and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Offshore production operations experiences are required.
19. Senior Specialist Compliance
JOB ROLES
• Monitor, review, analyze, and implement the whistle-blowing system in INPEX Indonesia as methods/systems to detect irregularities/ violation of company policies and Government laws and regulations;
• Monitor, review, analyze, and coordinate the implementation and compliance of Company code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy and procedures, business ethics, other Company policies in INPEX Indonesia, as well as government laws and regulations;
• Coordinate and monitor prevention measures program such as compliance assurance and risk assessment, including implementation and socialization initiatives and programs; monitor and evaluate work progress and provide solution on any emerging issues during implementation and socialization; in order to achieve optimum compliance culture;
• Coordinate and support investigation on alleged irregularities/violation and applied confidential treatment during investigation process; monitor the investigation progress and prepare investigation report in line with Company policy and procedures and government laws and regulations;
• Improve compliance sustainability, performance monitoring, conduct continuous improvement on the detection and investigation to meet international standard and best practices, as well as continuous improvement program of compliance..
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry or mining.
20. Manager Social Performance & Land Acquisition
JOB ROLES
• Develop social investment and social performance planning and strategy, initiatives and programs; Conduct, analyze and evaluate social program/community development monitoring, need and risk assessment, international standards related to social aspects, local stakeholders mapping, study result in order to ensure developed social investment initiatives and program match to local community needs, company strategic purpose and developed social performance initiatives and programs meet requirement of international standards;
• Coordinate and lead team to fulfill the requirement of international standards in social aspect and/or non-technical aspects and related study such as Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) as a part of International Finance Corporation (IFC) or other study; provide direction in developing social initiatives and programs as a part of the standards requirement; evaluate study progress to ensure availability effective and efficient guidelines of social initiatives and programs selection;
• Define, coordinate and monitor social and community development initiatives and programs determined in WP&B and in international standards; Develop land acquisition impact assessment and recommendation for mitigation measures through specific social program; Evaluate the initiatives and programs progress which include their impact to Company reputation and image, local stakeholders response and engagement management, local community socioeconomics-environment-politics empowerment, and other Company strategic purpose to ensure multi-stakeholders acceptance on Company projects and activities, and implemented social and community development achieve the target effectively and efficiently;
• Develop and maintain good relationship and partnership management with local stakeholders such as local Governments’ key person(s), local university, local foundations, other local institutions and local community organization; develop and propose cooperation programs that have good impact among Parties; create effective warning system that enable INPEX Management to take prompt and effective decisions and actions;
• Oversee a consultant (contractor) undertaking study/ work on Land Acquisition Process in compliance with GOI regulations and the IFC Performance Standard via thorough social impact assessment in order to manage and mitigate the possible adverse impacts on communities as result of project-related land acquisition and restrictions on land use; Review study/ work proposals and provide inputs and recommendations. Managing land acquisition planning, strategy and implementation to obtain clearance and rights-of-way for Abadi project needs;
• Coordinate and lead regular reporting process to fulfill international standards requirement; monitor and evaluate the audit process related to social and environment from international standards body/lender/financial institution; and coordinate audit result and corrective action needed if any; in order to fulfill social and environment requirement of international standards properly.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experiences with 10 years in Oil & Gas or Mining industry.
21. Senior Specialist Digitalization Information Management
JOB ROLES
• Analyze all projects and company requirements on digitalization of information and data management; Develop and recommend data hierarchy and access permission; Coordinate with cross functional department to facilitate digitalization and document workflow to ensure effective digitalization process according to company activities and general digitalization practice;
• Develop and provide advance expertise on digitalization process of document management, including document arrangement, filling, engineering data management, information/ data searching. Propose and develop Information/data management related policy, guideline, procedure, and standard (including defining document and data naming and numbering standard: Organize documents/information from different project's stakeholder groups and control Project Documentation to ensure document digitalization process implementation, good document arrangement and to optimize paperless document for INPEX;
• Coordinate and manage document management system and engineering data warehouse, including the procurement, product selection, development, deployment, and maintenance; Review and assist data presentation and maintains this in a data catalog; classified the data in to taxonomies in order to ensure complete project document, and select system, mechanism and technology that fit for purpose and has added value;
• Manage the operation of related IT system; review, monitor, and mange user level authority to access data and information; review, monitor, and manage implementation of IT security policy, standard, procedure and guidelines; ensure system performance meets determined requirement, comply with relevant policy, standard, procedure and guideline;
• Monitor and provide advance expertise in developing, updating, and monitoring the information and documentation system in order to support business processes in INPEX;
• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other related disciplines.

22. Head Cyber Security and Governance
JOB ROLES
• Coordinate and lead the team to review, develop, and propose comprehensive IT and OT cyber security guidelines and programs that align with local and international standards and best practices, ensuring a reliable cyber security management system for INPEX Jakarta Office;
• Coordinate and lead the team to review, develop, and propose comprehensive IT and OT cyber security guidelines and programs that align with local and international standards and best practices, ensuring a reliable cyber security management system for INPEX Jakarta Office;
• Coordinate and lead the team in monitoring global IT and OT cyber security improvement practices, conduct risk assessments, review and improve current IT and OT security programs;
• Coordinate and lead the team in implementing and evaluating IT and OT security management systems, socializing guidelines through intranet, training, and other media;
• Monitor and manage cyber security incidents across IT and OT environments. Ensure real-time monitoring and timely incident response to mitigate potential security issues;
• Utilize OT security expertise to conduct reviews and support the implementation of cyber security controls within OT environments. Ensure that security measures are effectively integrated and operational within OT systems;
• Work collaboratively with the IMT team to develop fit-for-purpose IMT solutions. Identify and resolve problems, ensuring solutions are implemented within specified schedules and budgets while considering end-user perspectives and regulatory compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in information & technology and/or any technical discipline.
• Tertiary degree and/or any certification from prominent institution for system analysis is preferred.
• A minimum of 13 years’ experience. Having experience in Oil and Gas Company/ Industry is preferred. Including 5 years’ experience as Cyber Security Specialist.
• Cyber security related certifications: CISSP, CISA, etc. are preferred.
23. Specialist ERP
JOB ROLES
• Monitor, review, and analyze change & improvement of information system technology, business processes, and the trend of relevant technology; Participate in creating IMT and ERP project plan including ERP objective, planning and target, IMT system development life cycle and roadmap to ensure optimum IMT and ERP support for company activities;
• Participate in creating ERP project plan, define the strategic implications of the project and determine the requirements Lead the analysis and development of ERP requirements and establish ERP portfolio and ERP system specifications (such as Information Management, Document Management, Portals); Recommend ERP development project steps and implementation; to ensure ERP requirements, portfolio and system specification meets with company requirements and to achieve successful ERP implementation;
• Analyze business requirements and information & data related to ERP implementation; Resolve ERP system issues and provide improved services based on problem and feedback review; Analyze and formulate solution which is most fit for purpose, effective, and efficient ERP implementation;
• Review, evaluate and select strategic and tactical delivery service providers to execute INPEX Jakarta Office ERP requirements; Oversee and manage the handover of enterprise IMT development into the support environment, manage and review their performance in order to ensure ERP implementation support INPEX activities in Indonesia;
• Test programs to eliminate errors and bugs to ensure that program meets user requirements; Generate feedback from clients about ERP module implementation and issues related to legacy IT systems and applications, as well as user feedback to deliver improved service to ensure that the systems and IT aspects of the project are functioning smoothly to ensure glitch-free working environment for project staff;
• Lead the defining and writing process for program specification; Oversee the preparation of software manuals and operation guides specifying methods of operation and maintenance of system; Prepare technical report on the operation of the systems; Involve in enterprise architecture awareness in the organization; Ensuring the compliance between the enterprise architecture and solution architecture by leading and coordinating solution architecture reviews;
• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical & Telecommunication Engineering, or other related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 year experiences in SAP ERP solution analysis, development, support & maintenance. Having experiences in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
24. Senior Specialist Budget Controller
JOB ROLES
• Compile and prepare initial and revised WP&B and AFE development; Coordinate and collaborate with project management teams and budget owners to discuss and recommend project WP&B in order to ensure the availability of WP&B for Abadi project activities;
• Prepare and recommend WP&B and AFE discussion strategy with stakeholders; Review and analyze project WP&B and AFE discussion process; Provide expertise on WP&B and AFE negotiation process and also recommend solution if any challenge arise during WP&B and AFE discussion to ensure the smooth process of discussing WP&B and AFE in a timely manner;
• Monitor and review WP&B and AFE realization; Identify and analyze the needs to revise WP&B and AFE; Assist and support budget owner on preparing revise budget/AFE with related data and information; Compile and recommend budget / AFE revision to ensure adequate budget / AFE for supporting Abadi project;
• Assist and support AFE close out process; Identify and inform which AFE Close out to be submitted. Analyze, coordinate and prepare data and report for AFE Close out discussion to ensure the timeliness of the discussion and the completeness of AFE data Close out;
• Analyze and develop procedures and guidelines for WP&B, AFE, and Budget Control process for INPEX Indonesia in order to ensure the availability of standards for the preparation of WP&B, AFE and budget as a reference and for the process to run efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years work experiences in oil & gas industry and having experience in PSC Company.
