SENIOR SPECIALIST ENVIRONMENTAL BEYOND COMPLIANCE
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to utilize strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to work with all Operation Departments to ensure that the company exceeds all Corporate Environmental Management Systems and Performance Standards; Indonesian legal and regulatory requirements; partner and lender covenants; and other obligations. To assist in the promotion of a culture of environmental excellence, and to hold all employees accountable for high environmental standards.
• To maintain and ensure beyond compliance practice compared to all applicable Government of Indonesia Environmental regulations, commitments specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, company's environmental commitments and objectives, and other obligations.
• To provide input for beyond compliance requirements that can be implemented in the company's business practices.
• To coordinate all related stakeholders in beyond compliance practice and the preparation of the Green PROPER report
• To Produce Green PROPER Report.
Operation Coordination Responsibilities
• Coordinate necessary support activities within Env. Dept. and or other departments to ensure the work assignments are conducted on time.
• Ensure the data collection/report from related area in accordance with beyond compliance requirements.
• Coordinate government inspector, consultant visits related to beyond compliance activities including setup itinerary, staffing requirements, and logistics etc. to support the activity.
• Ensure beyond compliance report to Government of Indonesia completed on time.
• Act as coordinator for other environmental activities during the absence of Advisor Environmental.
Environmental Management System
• Have a working knowledge of the ISO14001, PTAMNT Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environmental Performance Standards in correlation with beyond compliance practice and how to report it.
• Assist with training and awareness programs for the EMS
• Assist in the development of Critical Performance Indicators, Site and Departmental Goals (Top Tens), 3W forms to improve environmental performance and reduce risk
• Participate in Environmental Risk and Opportunity (Aspect Impact) review.
• Participate in the environmental legal/regulation review and legal register update.
• Participate as an internal auditor for Environmental Internal Audit Program.
Reporting
• Ensure the data collection/report from related area in accordance with beyond compliance requirements and meet the reporting timeline targets.
• Submit weekly update report to maintain Green PROPER data collection and progress on target.
• Ensure Green PROPER evaluation process and report in timely manner.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of a 4-year college degree in environmental engineering and/or science related field. Candidates with engineering degree should have a strong environmental science background.
• Have minimum 10 years of experience conducting environmental management system obtained in the mining (or similar) industry, and at least 4 years’ experience as Sr Specialist Environment Beyond Compliance / Sr Engineer Environmental Sustainability
• Experienced in environmental beyond compliance activity including but not limited to Environment Performance Rating Program (PROPER) evaluation with Green and/or Gold rating, ESG, etc.
• Experienced in preparation of patent, publications/books and benchmarking; Experienced in legal evaluation, standard auditing and multiple other media related to environmental compliance.
• Strong understanding of government regulations in the environmental field and Environmental Management System; Have ISO14001 awareness and auditor training and certification; Life Cycle Assessment; AMDAL training and certification.
• Have a Strong knowledge of patents and benchmarking
• Understanding Environment Management System (ISO 14001) and the integration to other management standard
• Strong understanding on Environment Performance Rating Program (PROPER) evaluation
• Understanding Environment Risk Assessment or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
SPECIALIST ENVIRONMENTAL - ECOLOGY MONITORING
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Actively involve in monitoring environment (including ecology) and interpret the data collected to evaluate the effectiveness of Company’s environmental management program
• Data Collection: to ensure that the following elements in marine and terrestrial ecology are conducted in accordance with RPL or any related permit requirements
• Sample Identification and Data Analysis, as such all data collected and/or produced by the technicians and consultants will be checked for accuracy, representativeness and completeness.
• Actively involve in documentation and data files and to analyze data for trend analysis; Assist Senior Specialist / Superintendent for data Management and reporting from consultants on marine and terrestrial ecology including database and trend analysis through previous year report; as a part of team to evaluate the monitoring data to ensure that Company’s environmental management programs comply with all applicable regulatory requirements
• Act as the Environmental Emergency On-Call representative when scheduled.
• Conduct environmental awareness as part of social license to operate.
• Ensure that monitoring equipment and tools are being properly inventoried, stored, and maintained and report inventory result to Senior Supervisor/ Senior Specialist on a monthly basis.
• To ensure that the following tasks are conducted in accordance with approved schedule and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractor, other departments, and governments/institution, involve in daily work activities and project with the Environmental Compliance Section, Mine Water Management, Geology, Facilities and Services, Process and other related department in conducting water sampling project and preparing data
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Biology, conservation, Marine science, Oceanography, Ecology (marine and terrestrial), or others science-related subject.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience working in the mining industry, environmental ecology monitoring and experiences in marine and/or terrestrial ecology monitoring with at least 3 year's experience as Specialist/ Engineer Environmental - Ecology Monitoring.
• Has strong understanding of ecological monitoring (marine and terrestrial) e.g. sampling, data interpretation etc; Strong understanding of ecological monitoring reporting (marine and terrestrial) e.g. weekly report, monthly report, quarterly report & annual report to stakeholder & KLHK; Strong experience of cooperation with ecological consultants (marine and terrestrial);
• Experienced in conducting multiple media environmental sampling and monitoring or equivalent experience obtained during the pursuit of post-graduate college degree.
• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate
• Able to work on ship and or forest for sampling (marine and terrestrial); No phobia for diving and or flying by chopper; Have a diving certificate at least open water level; Able to work in remote areas; Strong healthy and physique in carrying out surveys or sampling in the field (marine and terrestrial);
• Good report writing skills and presentation skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate; Strong computer skills to utilize Company’s standard Ms. Office software package, as well as project-specific software such as GIS, statistical program, equipment software, database software, and graphing software.
HSE Supervisor (LNG Terminal)
(National – Site Based)
Main scope of the works is overseeing and supervising HSE aspects of the operation during specific shifts within the LNG Terminal & Regas Facility, performed by ANG’s operators and workers and third parties (eg. Contractors, service providers, vendors) to ensure all HSESS procedures are followed accordingly.
Some of your duties will include:
• Supervise and coordinate health and safety activities during assigned shifts to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the work environment for potential hazards and take immediate corrective actions.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to communicate important safety information to shift personnel.
• Review all method statements and risk assessments
• Lead the response to incidents and emergencies that may occur during the shift, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to protect personnel and assets.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, and report findings to management.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
• Provide HSE induction or reminder to shift personnel, covering topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained in relevant HSE protocols.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental regulations during shift operations.
• Report any environmental incidents or non-compliance issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of LNG Facility activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of HSE equipment, such as fire suppression systems, emergency response equipment, and safety signage.
• Ensure that safety equipment is properly maintained and that any defects are addressed promptly.
• Inspect work areas for compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with LNG Operation shift supervisors and personnel during shift operation.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors and personnel to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
• Communicate important HSE information and updates to the incoming shift.
• Maintain a log of HSE-related activities during the shift.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including incident reports, inspection records, and training documentation.
• Prepare shift reports summarizing HSE performance and activities for management.
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies and procedures during the shift.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with management to implement corrective actions.
• Keep abreast of changes in HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with LNG Facility personnel, including operators, maintenance staff, and other shift supervisors.
• Collaborate with the LNG Facility management team to implement company-wide HSE initiatives.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and provide updates on shift-specific HSE activities.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Holder of bachelor’s degree in relevant degree. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be preferred.
• Min 8 (eight) years of experience in similar role and position in supervisory level, preferably in the LNG industry or Oil & Gas Industry Plant.
• Holder of valid Pengawas K3 MIGAS certificate would be a plus
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Have knowledge of HSESS and Operation of LNG Facility, LNG Plant or oil and gas industry plants.
• Good computer skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skill both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluently both speaking and written in English.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to a diverse audience, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with personnel at various levels within the organization.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documenting safety procedures and analyzing potential hazards.
• Maintains a valid car driver's license.

SUPERVISOR – LNG FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES
(National – Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for overseeing LNG Terminal & Regasification activities during day or night shift. This position is also responsible for supervising and shift training both of physical coaching and skills
• To lead first response during emergency call such as LNG or Gas leak, fire event, fire alarm and prevention, emergency medical services (EMS) and rescue operation in LNG Terminal and Regasification facilities;
• To maintain LNG firefighting equipment, apparatus, and fire station buildings;
• To ensure compliance with his direct reports to HSE, Personnel, and other company policies and applicable governmental regulations
• Assists the Specialist FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs.
• Ensures compliance with company standard operating procedures.
• Respond to reported emergencies such as fires, accidents, emergency medical incidents, and incidents involving hazardous materials.
• Direct a company of firefighters to the scene, assess, and report on conditions at the scene, develop an action plan, assume command of all firefighting, rescue and public service operations of the company unless relieved by a senior officer.
• Manage and perform emergency scene operation involving life-saving and property protection work; conduct size-up, resource request and assignment, confinement, extinguishment, salvage, and overhaul.
• Performs or effectively recommends the hiring, transfer, suspension, motivate, promotion, discharge, assignment, reward, discipline, direction of work, and adjustment of grievances of subordinate personnel.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, writing reports on the work activities such as fire and emergency reports, daily log book, equipment maintenance logs, and issue performance evaluations of probationary firefighters.
• Support Sr Supervisor to conducts emergency response planning including: conducting research for the development of building pre-fire plans, conducting company building fire prevention inspections and familiarization, and assisting Fire Prevention with occasional fire inspections and other related duties.
• Support Sr Supervisor to ensure proper maintenance and care of all equipment, apparatus, fire station and grounds; direct and participate in periodic inspection of same to ensure that all assigned equipment, apparatus, facilities, and supplies are in a state of readiness; ensure completion of proper maintenance, documentation and repairs.
• Update and maintain current maps and charts; must be familiar with Department jurisdiction streets, intersections, fire hydrants, water mains, and sprinkler systems; take note of specialized and unusual conditions as required.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent training at a technical or vocational school with a focus on Fire Science or, Safety or Nurse Education with proven 8 year’s experience as firefighter
• At least have minimum five (5) year’s experience as Supervisor Fire and Emergency Services in Oil & Gas or LNG Plant of career as firefighter experience.
• Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS. Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate
• Have familiar with Basic principles, methods and techniques of fire suppression and prevention; Basic methods, techniques and practices for hazardous materials mitigation; Principles of mathematics, physics, chemistry and mechanics as they apply to fire science; Rules and regulations as they pertain to fire safety; Methods and techniques involved in the operation of standard firefighting equipment and apparatus used in a developed urban environment; Basic principles of emergency medical care at the basic life support level; Safety practices and precautions pertaining to the work; proper lifting, carrying and climbing techniques; Read and understand technical materials related to fire science; Emergency medical techniques
• Able to deliver report writing and develop form & procedures.
• Have certified Fire fighter Level C and Level 1 (Oil & Gas) from Government Certification is a must ; Fire fighter Level B/Level 2 (Oil & Gas) from Government Certification is preferable; Have First Aid Level III from accredited training institution; Have competent at all field described in FES Training System including but not limited to the following: Firefighting Operation, Technical Rescue, Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus, Hazardous, Material Response, Confined Space Rescue, Marine Oil Spill Response, Under Water Rescue, Collapse Structure Search & Rescue, Land SAR, Motor Vehicle Accident Rescue, Vertical Rescue, First Aid and Victim Care
