We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

11. Senior Engineer System Engineering

JOB ROLES

• Responsible for the overall Systems Engineering. Contribute and assure the basis of design, functional design and execution specification and multiple FEED deliverables. Responsible for ensuring sufficient quality of deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project;

• Provide sufficient depth of analysis of functional requirements and associated impact on an optimized scope. Review and responsible for subsea process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation, subsea connector selection, sparing logic and application of redundancy across the system as well as preservation, storage (wet park) and maintenance decisions. Responsible for leak detection and annulus management requirements and scope solutions analysis;

• Responsible for Subsurface, Wells, Flow Assurance, FPSO, and Export Pipeline. Analyze Subsurface and Flow Assurance advancements technically during FEED with attention to change management. Perform as an active leader in SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry including Project Delivery with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Subsea Engineering. Experience in Subsea Project execution of EPCI and achieving start-up and first production is preferable.

 

12. Senior Engineer Rotating Equipment

JOB ROLES

• Provide technical aspects inputs and technical aspects evaluation in project tenders related to FPSO development especially in Rotating Equipment Engineering, provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;

• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO development project especially in Rotating Equipment engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; Review, and monitor Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor;

• Monitor and review FPSO Rotating Equipment procurement, working progress, quality and standards; Solve any issues and problems, in order to achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;

• Monitor and evaluate FPSO Rotating Equipment engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in all phases of project, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Rotating Equipment meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;

• Provide expertise input for risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO mechanical engineering;

• Monitor and control in setting up plans and/or procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management for rotating equipment;

• In coordination with other Group, Provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select rotary machinery, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.

 

13. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Coordinating with the FEED Consortium resident Company Teams, develop strategies to progress the LLI Procurement for the latter stages of FEED through to EPCI start. This includes forms of procurement whether lump sum, open book, other forms of reimbursement and combination of such;

• Compile, present and seek feedback and endorsement from the Project Management Manager and FPSO Senior Manager in relation to the LLI Procurement Strategy(ies) as identified in item #1 above;

• Support Resident Company Team and Contractor in the development of identified LLI tender documents including TBE’s and CBE’s during the period post-FEED;

• Provide overall procurement guidance and support to Company Resident Teams throughout FEED in relation to the Contractor Procurement Plans for LLI items, other equipment procurement and bulk item procurement;

• Provide independent benchmarking of Contractor stated lead-times for procured items including bulks to sense-check Contractor EPCI schedule to meet required-on-site (ROS) dates or where required for engineering data input for design (or other procurement) activities;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Technical Science.

• Minimum 10 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in procurement of offshore facilities is required.

 

14. Project Specialist (FPSO)

     JOB ROLES

• Assist with preparation and follow-up of discussions with key stakeholders including SKK Migas, develop strategies to enable the potential use of overseas Integration Yard. Assist with preparation and follow-up of discussions with internal parties and government offices to work towards agreement related to local content should the Integration Yard scope be moved to an overseas location;

• Assist and support the Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer with their activities;

• Assist and support the Project Management Manager with their activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science.

• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in Offshore Oil and Gas is required.

 

15. Senior Engineer Mooring Systems

JOB ROLES

• Monitor and review  mooring system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient mooring design in Masela block; develop Mooring System plan based on deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy and engineering standards;

• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Mooring System FEED including interface and integration, Mooring System engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Mooring System project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Mooring System engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors;  in order to ensure Mooring System FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;

• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Mooring System FEED including Mooring System engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Mooring System design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles;

• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Mooring System study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or any other relevant Faculty. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• A minimum of 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project exposure is preferred.
