B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Organizing document administration activities in project activities through the preparation, implementation, supervision and socialization of the system to related parties and storage of all documents related to project activities in the field to support the implementation of project activities that are safe, orderly and in accordance with applicable regulations.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Planning and implementing Document Control System for company documents especially project documents.

2. Incoming and Outgoing Document Management, such as:

- Receive and record all documents from contractors, vendors, and internal parties.

- Ensure all documents have valid numbers, revisions, statuses, and dates.

- Distribute documents to engineering, QA/QC, operations, etc., according to the matrix distribution.

3. Maintain digital and physical archives of all project documents

4. Ensure data backup and security (especially for contract documents, permits, and certificates).

5. Ensure that all technical documents sent by vendors or contractors have been reviewed by internal parties (engineers, QA/QC, construction, etc.)

6. Maintain distribution systems: email, EDMS (Electronic Document Management System).

Job Title : Civil and Structural Inspector

Department : Project & Development

Direct Report to : QA/QC Coordinator

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Carry out supervision, inspection and verification of construction work to ensure that all civil works comply with project standards, specifications and requirements.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Quality Inspection of Work

• Check and ensure civil works are in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and established standards.

• Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in construction work.

2. Construction Supervision

• Ensure contractors comply with approved work methods.

• Supervise the implementation of civil works, including concrete structures, steel, foundations, roads and drainage.

3. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare daily inspection reports and submit findings to superiors.

• Ensure all documents related to inspections and testing are available and well documented.

4. Coordination with Project Team

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and related parties to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Attend coordination meetings to provide input on work quality.

5. Compliance with Safety and Regulations

• Ensure all construction work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations.

• Provide recommendations for corrective actions if violations are found.

6. Material and Construction Method Testing

• Ensure that the materials used are in accordance with specifications and have passed the necessary tests.

Kualifikasi / Qualification. :

• Min. Diploma (D-3) degree in Civil engineering.

• Good written and spoken English communication skill.

• Working knowledge of applicable international standard and Indonesian standard related to Civil works (SNI, ASTM, ASCE, ACI, ANSI).

• Have extensive experience in Civil and Structural works and preferably have experience in Civil and Structural inspection techniques in oil and gas environment.

Responsible for overseeing al aspects of civil and structural construcion projects, including managing tea ensuring compliance with project plans and specificatins, maintaning safety standars, and coordina other divisions to deliver high-quality project systems on time and within budget

2. Proven track record of supervising civil & structural in construction teams

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Thorough understanding of civil & structure design principles.

3. Having experience of construction with civil & structure problem solve.

4. Abity to read and nterpret civil engineering drawings and calculations.

6. Familiarity with relevant industry standards like ACI, AISC, ASCE, AASHTO, etc

Job Title : Piping Inspector

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Conduct inspections, supervision, and verification of installation, fabrication, and testing of piping systems to ensure compliance with standards, codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Quality Inspection of Work

• Inspects installation of pipe, fittings, flanges, and other components to conform to isometric drawings, P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram), and project specifications.

• Identifies and reports defects or deviations from applicable standards.

2. Fabrication and Installation Supervision

• Ensures pipe fabrication and installation are performed in accordance with welding procedures (WPS & PQR) and industry standards (ASME, API, ANSI, etc.).

• Supervises installation methods, such as welding, flange connection, and material handling.

3. Testing and Verification

• Conduct inspections before, during, and after welding to ensure the quality of pipe joints.

• Supervise non-destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography (RT), ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), and penetrant testing (PT).

• Ensure the implementation of hydrostatic and pneumatic tests in accordance with safety procedures and technical standards.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare daily inspection reports, defect reports, and recommendations for corrective actions.

• Maintain inspection and testing records as a reference for project compliance.

5. Coordination with the Project Team

• Coordinate with piping engineers, welding inspectors, and quality control to ensure smooth project progress.

• Attend coordination meetings to discuss work status and obstacles found.

6. Safety and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all piping work meets occupational safety and environmental standards.

• Supervise the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and compliance with occupational safety procedures in the project area.

7. Materials and Technical Specifications

• Verify material certificates (MTC) to ensure pipe, fitting, and flange materials meet project specifications.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : . At least ten (10) years of experience in piping welding, piping inspection and testing associated with oil and gas projects.

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Min. Diploma (D-3) degree in engineering preferable in metallurgical / material engineering.

• Having qualifications and certificate for NDT level 2 (RT & MPI/DP I).

• Preferably experience with various types of exotic materials, such as low alloy steel, austenitic, Nickle alloy and duplex stainless steel.

• Good written and spoken English communication skill.

• Familiar with Code, standard, specification related piping equipment and welding (ASME, API, ASTM, etc).

• Have extensive knowledge of welding inspection procedures and techniques, including but not limited to visual inspection, Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiography Test (RT) and Ultrasonic Test (UT), in oil and gas environment.

• Qualified welding inspector to recognized Certification Scheme (B4T, CSWIP, PCN or equivalent)

Please describe briefly the job and responsibilities of the above position

1. Participate and proactive at pre-meeting for Complex / Heavy Lifting discussions.

2. Ensuring and preparation hazard analysis (JHA) for each activity to be undertaken

3. Provide advice and input to operational teams to making decisions of no-routine. critical and complexes (heavy lift) on behalf of the company

4. Provide the technical overview for Lifting Operations on all areas

5. Provide consideration & Establishing the technical requirements and endorsement of maintenance of regimes for Lifting Equipment.

6. Clearly delegated, defining actions and responsibilities to all personnel involved on lifting operation in terms of execution of the task for the team with acknowledge by Site Lifting and Operations Coordinators

 7. Effectively communicate with relevant parties, including the client associates to execute lifting operation

8. Engage with Rigging Loft team in determining and providing Rigging and Lifting gear to be use

9. Observation of Rigging and lifting gear required by the operation team in carrying out lifting activities

10. Maintain a system for and managing a strategic continual improvement process in sites.

Due to for the next few month, once EPC/EPF project announce to start, and there are too many lifting activities that will be conducted at Jetty Nagote site from multiple party, so need to assign 1 persons as lifting specialist to review and approved lifting plan of all lifting activities at GOKPL area authority
