Role Description

This is a full-time, office and on-site (hybrid) role for a Senior Resource Geologist. The position focuses on resource estimation, geological modeling, and reserve calculation for Copper and Gold deposits. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in porphyry copper deposits, copper sulfide systems, and skarn deposits, with strong skills in applying geological software for accurate resource modeling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute geological modeling, resource calculation, and reserve estimation for Copper and Gold projects (Porphyry, Sulfide, Skarn deposits).

• Oversee and validate geological logging, mapping, and sampling programs to ensure data integrity.

• Apply advanced software such as Surpac, Leapfrog, or Datamine for 3D modeling, block modeling, and pit optimization.

• Integrate geological, geophysical, and geochemical data to support exploration and resource development.

• Collaborate with exploration geologists, mine engineers, and metallurgists to support project development.

• Ensure compliance with JORC/NI 43-101 or equivalent reporting standards for resource classification.

• Mentor and support junior geologists in technical training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in exploration and resource geology for Copper and Gold projects.

• Proven background in resource estimation and reserve calculation for porphyry copper, sulfide copper, or skarn deposits.

• Proficiency in resource estimation software (Surpac, Leapfrog, Datamine, or similar).

• Experience in managing drilling programs, geophysics integration, and QA/QC procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.

• Prior experience with reputable Indonesian mining companies in copper and gold is highly desirable.

• Indonesian nationality required.
