11. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (KTT)

Areas of Responsibility as KTT

The specific areas of responsibility of the role include, but are not limited to:

1. Create Good Mining Practice.

2. Develop and finalize RKAB (Rencana Kerja & Anggaran Belanja/ Work Plan & Budget) and RJPP (Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan/ Company Long Term Plan).

3. Prepare periodic report to Government Bodies; i.e., RKL/RPL progress.

4. Oversee mining activities as per mining standards & regulations.

5. Manage mining contractors and possess good knowledge in Contractor Management System.

6. Coordinate and implement effective mine closure.

7. Act as management representative in term of HSE Management System.

8. Create good relationship with local Community in mine area.

This is a high-level role that requires a high level of integrity and honesty, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team as well as senior management team.

Critical Competencies Required As KTT

The following Competencies are critical to the success of the incumbent:

* Indonesian National with over 15 years' experience in coal mining industry

* Bachelor degree in Mining/Geology Engineering from reputable university

* Has worked for large recognized company in the mining industry

* Possess a minimum POM Certification, preferable POU Certification and KTT Certification from Ministry of Energy Mineral Resources Indonesia Republic (Dirjen Minerba)

* Hands-on experience in Mining Operations and SHE Systems in mining industry

* Good networks with Government Bodies, Regulators and Associations; both local and national

* Fluent in English, written and verbal is a must

* Able to convince, persuade and influence people in high level interaction

* Self-confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization/corporate

* Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

* Willing to be placed at the Site with working a roster.

13. HR FIELD SUPERVISOR

SPV HRD Lapangan  memiliki  tugas yang berkaitan dengan karyawan. Misalnya, dalam proses  recruitment,  evaluasi, pengembangan, sampai PHK atau pemutusan hubungan kerja. 

Divisi ini ada dalam struktur organisasi dalam perusahaan berskala besar dan/atau perusahaan induk.

Dalam praktik tidak seluruhnya tugas tersebut dilimpahkan pada satu orang namun bekerja secara tim. Berikut adalah tugas SPV HRD Lapangan secara umum :

Tugas Utama dan Tanggungjawab

1. Membuat Laporan Daftar Hadir Karyawan ( Absensi) Shift Siang dan Shift Malam dan Mengontrol Karyawan yang Alpa,Sakit,Izin dan Cuti.Jika Karyawan tidak masuk harus ditanya (cari informasi).

2. Mengontrol dan memastikan Transportasi bagi karyawan Produksi berjalan tepat waktu seperti: Mainhaul,Bis.

3. Mengecek Karyawan yang Memiliki ataupun  tidak memiliki Simper,ID Card saat P5M,jika karyawan tidak memiliki  ID Card & Simper harus dilaporkan ke Department HSEQ.

4. Mengontrol dan Memastikan setiap karyawan Produksi agar tidak merokok di Pondok,Unit yang dibawa dan juga Pit Stop (Pondok),  Manhaul, LV, Bis, Fuel station, DT & DH & A2B,

"5. Mengontrol dan Memastikan seluruh karyawan memakai Seat Belt saat mengendarai unit masing-

Masing,jika karyawan tidak menggunakan  Seat Belt maka harus diberikan Surat Peringatan hingga PHK."

6. Mengkordinasikan dengan GA untuk membersihkan sekitaran Pit 50 setiap hari.

7. Memastikan seluruh Tower Lamp di Pit 50 harus dimatikan setelah menjelang Day Shift

8. Mengontrol seluruh karyawan Produksi harus menggunakan APD yang lengkap dan Rambut yang rapi sesuai ketentuan Perusahaan

9. Harus mengidentifikasi karyawan yang sifatnya Propokator dan tidak Disiplin dan dilaporkan ke Manager.

10. Harus mengontrol Tim Security

Kualifikasi untuk Posisi ini:

1. S1/D3   Psychology, Economics, HR 

2. Pengalaman Proyek dengan jabatan yang sama  minimum 5 tahun in Mining

Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Sumber Mitra Jaya performance in visible manner.

Monitor, measure and   report on development plans and achievements within agreed format and time scale.

Maintain awareness and knowledge of   Sumber  Mitra Jaya   development  methods  and provide  suitable interpretations to directors/ Owners, Managers, staff within  the company .

 

14. Manager HR -GA

A.    To implement HR programs and policies, company regulations and to manage every aspect of employee development and relations. The responsible for   the process and  management of  recruiting - staffing,  performance  management, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, employee counseling services, and training  to develop skills and competence at various levels in the organization .  This position HR –Manager  most cases  reports to  HRD -GM

B.    To develop and deliver innovative solutions that can be successfully transform “Sumber Mitra Jaya” Operation and performance Management capabilities.

16. Superintendent - (Coal & OB)  Production

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate all mining operations to meet production schedules and output targets.

Monitor performance metrics (e.g., production rates, equipment utilization, Ritase and material quality) and implement improvement strategies.

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.

Manage, coach, and develop operational teams, including supervisors and operators.

Work closely with workshop teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Analyze production data and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

Develop strategic plans for short- and long-term production targets.

Direct and coordinate the production, operations, and maintenance activities at the mining site

Implement and monitor all mining plans and activities

Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to mining operations

Supervise, lead, and mentor mining personnel

Develop budgets and monitor expenditure

Oversee the delivery and quality of mined materials

Investigate and implement methods to improve mining processes and reduce operational costs

Ensure safety procedures SOP are followed and provide safety training to employees

Coordinate with geologists and other professionals to plan mining operations

Qualifications –SPI –Production

·       Proven experience in a supervisory role within the coal mining operation. Long Shift operation with Roster leave 8:2

·       S-1 in Mining Engineering or relevant field.

·       Having POM/POP Must (harus)

·       Hands on 8-10 years in Coal Mining operation

·       Age group 35-45 Male/Female –Good health Condition.

·       Deep understanding of mining operations and safety Proven regulations

·       Proficiency in Minescape technology for mining operations

·       Strong leadership and team management skills

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·       Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions

 

17. PIT Control –SPV

Job Responsibility

1.   Participating in  P5M at the beginning of every shift

      in Safety Meeting / Safety Talk / Incident Recall

2.   Perform Routine inspections at the beginning of shifts, mid-shifts and end shifts in their work areas

3.   Receive a Job pending at the beginning of a shift from a colleague and assign a pending job at the end of the shift to a colleague

4.   Supervise the work process from the beginning of the shift to the end of the shift in accordance with the Daily Operation Plan

5.   Ensuring that the operator and crew work according to the safety procedures that apply in the work area of PT. Berau Coal

6.   Pay attention to the aspect of achieving production targets and fixing obstacles to non-achievement of production targets

7.   Focus on fleet management, Ritase, cycle time, matching factor  to achive production targets to the direct supervisor (Supervisor), and determine the resolution of the problem

8.   Socialize every latest information from the company to its sub-ordinates

9.   Create, Report and sign Hazard reports, inspection reports and special Observations.

Job Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, or a related field

2. Having certificates of POP /AK3U

4. Minimum of 5-6 years mining  operations, preferably in a coal mining.

 

18. GA (General Affair) Superintendent

Supervise light civil works such as repairs of non-productive mining roads, handy warehouses, non-production buildings, and other supporting structures.

This position ensures that all general needs and supporting infrastructure run smoothly to support mine production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage public facilities such as employee mess, offices, warehouses, and public canteens.

Oversee daily catering operations (menu, kitchen house keeping, food quality, and distribution).

Ensure food and beverage services are in accordance with nutrition, hygiene, and employee satisfaction standards.

Coordinate operational vehicles, drivers, and schedules of use and maintenance.

Cooperation with third-party vendors (catering, laundry, cleaning service). Drinking water, utility water and waste water etc

Prepare maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections of facilities and infrastructure.

Supervise light civil works such as repairs of non-productive mining roads, handy warehouses, non-production buildings, and other supporting structures.

Working closely with the HSE team to ensure all facilities meet safety and environmental standards.

Make reports of daily/weekly/monthly GA activities to superiors.

Required Qualifications

Minimum education of S1 in  HR -Generalist, Management or other relevant fields.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a General Affair position in a mining environment.

Understand the work process of mining site catering (number of portions, menu rotation, quality of service).

Have good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Willing to live and work in remote areas / mining sites.
