11. Specialist Project Procurement
JOB ROLES
• Collect information with regard to user department’s annual procurement plan for preparation of Procurement List.
• Arrange Prequalification Document package and Tender Plan package which will be submitted to SKK Migas, submit such document package to SKK Migas and lead the discussion with SKK Migas to obtain approval.
• Carry out market survey, prequalification and tender process for goods and services in compliance with prevailing procedure and regulation and conduct negotiation to seek best technical and commercial proposal favorable to Project.
• Arrange Contract Award and ensure that respective bonds and insurance are valid; Manage Post Contract Award administration to ensure that all procurement documents are complete and easy to retrieve for future use; Provide support in procurement reporting, contract close Out and audit response.
• Provide support to the Project team in monitoring Contract implementation after Contract Award including delivery of goods and services and prepare Contract Amendment and/or Variation Order documents as deem necessary.
• Provide expertise and support to SCM Department in managing and undertaking strategic and tactical activities such development of SCM procedures, guidelines, reports, promote safety and zero incident, local content target and achievement, National Capacity Building, vendor database and performance, discussion and maintain good relationship with SKK Migas, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 year’s experiences in Oil & Gas industry
12. Specialist Supplier & Tender Management
JOB ROLES
• Develop, maintain and improve standard, procedures and guidelines related to procurement process and contract management and provide advices in the field of procurement’s processes, system, and procedures on procurement matters to ensure all procurement process are complying with the prevailing Indonesian regulations, PTK 007, international good practices and Company policy and procedures.
• Review, and explore new data sources and identify enhancements to current SCM business processes to keep updated information and continuous improvement in SCM business process.
• In coordination with IMT Department, initiate digitalization of procurement process and contract management for goods and services, to support the effective and efficient of procurement process, as well as compliance with PTK 007, Company’s policy and procedure.
• In coordination with Users Department and Logistics (Material Management Group), review Materials (Goods) consumption model and/or estimation, repeat order, moving classification of goods/materials (slow moving, medium moving, and fast moving) and other consumption characteristics; develop and recommend the best strategy in procurement plan for goods (material), procurement method, procurement strategy, bundling category, etc.
Note: Applicable during Drilling Program & Operations Stage.
• Initiate analysis of User Department Procurement Plan for Services; develop List of Annual Procurement Plan / Procurement List as a base plan of procurement sourcing strategy, which will obtain best value for many as well as comply with PTK 007 and Company’s Policy.
• Develop and ensure timely reporting to Management and stakeholders, including SKK Migas and business partners; Responsible for monitor KPIs related to procurement process as set up by SKK Migas.
• Initiate and ensure all audit findings related to business process and procurement procedures are closed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 7 years’ experiences in Supply Chain management of PSC Company.
13. Senior Specialist Formalities
JOB ROLES
• Develop Local Content documents, such as: Integrated Local Content Strategy, Local Content guidelines, Local Content Scope of works and deliverables for Contractors, etc.
• Calculate Local Content targets for contracts and negotiate with SKK Migas for approval; supervise and evaluate local content implementations. Monitor, review, and verify local content commitment on each contracts & POs, either self-assessment or through appointed third party; recommend penalty for suppliers/contractors if necessary to ensure local content realization report/certificate of each contracts and POs is available.
• Work with Project and/or Drilling teams to develop National Capacity Building (NCB) programs and initiatives in order to maximize the use of Indonesia resources and utilization of national products in Abadi LNG Project to fulfill PSC Contractor’s obligation and POD commitments, including but not limited to: National Vendor List (NVL) update, Approved Vendor List (AVL) guideline, local product tests and manufacturer assessments program, vendor developments programs, etc.
• Develop SCM Formality documents, i.e.: Master List Process Guidelines, Master List and Formality scope and requirements for Contractors, etc.; Prepare, review and propose Master List to GOI for approval; Ensure Master List is in line with APDN and Local Content requirements; Minimize, mitigate and provide recommendation on import risks; undertake appropriate action to resolve import issues, if any.
• Monitor and review regulations related to local content and SCM formalities; coordinates with Customs regarding clearance, handling, and storage of import/export of goods or equipment; and maintain timely reporting to internal and external stakeholder to meet with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry or mining.
14. Specialist Material Management
JOB ROLES
• Evaluate and review stock analysis and material substitution analysis, developing quantity formula reordering, and consumption model and/or estimation, to ensure optimum stock level, replenishment cycle timely, following up Purchase Order (PO) and to maintain reliable inventory reports.
• Develop and evaluate stock level, replenishment cycle, stock movement, and optimal inventory usage, cyclical and annual stocktake in warehouse; review and monitor materials identification and classification as a base of material management and planning including proper treatment on stocks surplus and dead stocks; to ensure optimum stock level and avoid overstock or stock out.
• Initiate to identify and analyze materials criticality to set up material procurement plan or request to ensure minimum critical items stocks in line with buffer stocks.
• Provide recommendations to end users to get the alternatives or substitution of obsolete stocked parts to extend life time of old equipment.
• Improve and evaluate logistic cycle or materials movement (received, transfer, consumed, and returned) and materials records in SAP systems; to ensure all materials movement complies to Company policy and procedures and the material record movement is update and complete and similar in physical status.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Preferably, a minimum of 5 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry
15. Drilling Logistic Specialist
JOB ROLES
• Prepare and propose drilling logistic system to support execution of FEED, EPCI and Operation.
• Monitor drilling logistics support requirements, such as drilling current stock report and good receiving notes report.
• Prepare or validate receiving documentation on related drilling logistics provided by FEED and EPCI Contractors.
• Apply logistics modeling techniques to address issues such as operational process improvement or facility design or layout.
• Review and analyze drilling logistic proposal from Contractors (FEED, EPCI, and Drilling).
• Support and manage the logistic operation during drilling campaign.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum of 7 years’ experiences in the Oil and Gas industry with 5 years’ experience in logistics.
16. Senior Counsel Commercial
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Commercial and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to Commercial Matters.
• Draft and review contracts/legal documentations to ensure that all Commercial Matters are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws (including international and commercial laws), regulations and guidelines (including applicable PTK), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective.
• Prepare and maintain standard model of any legal documentations for Commercial Matters as applicable.
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Commercial Matters implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same.
• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure.
• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Commercial and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in law. Master’s or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience in Commercial Contract drafting and advice.
• International experience/background preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.
17. Senior Counsel Project
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Contracts and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to procurement and other contracts, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, survey contracts, supply contracts, drilling contracts, lease agreements, FEED, EPCI and O&M contracts and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts ("Contracts").
• Draft and review Contracts to ensure that all Contracts are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including PTK-007 (as revised), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective.
• Prepare and maintain standard model Contracts as applicable.
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Contract implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same.
• Representation on the INPEX Procurement and Tender Committees.

18. Senior Specialist Emergency Response
JOB ROLES
• Coordinate emergency response efforts, including activating emergency response plans and alerting relevant stakeholders.
• Work with emergency response teams to respond to emergencies and mitigate damage.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential emergency scenarios.
• Ensuring an organization can maintain critical business operations during and after disruptive events.
• Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with various departments to ensure preparedness
• Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services, government agencies, and community groups.
• Provide updates and information to stakeholders during emergency situations.
• Develop and conduct training programs for emergency response teams and Business Continuity Management Team.
• Conduct regular exercises and drills to test emergency response plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Health, Technical Engineering, Occupational Health (K3) or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in emergency management, such as Management of Major Emergencies (MOME) or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), is an advantage.
• Certified Advanced First Aid Training, is an advantage.
• Preferable 10 years of experience in emergency management, disaster response, or a related field and with minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical Industries.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency response efforts.
19. Senior Specialist HSSE Project
JOB ROLES
• Provide HSSE leadership, advice, and support to the Project Team during FEED and EPCI preparation.
• Prepare incident prevention programs and initiatives, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSSE Plan, including risk assessments, emergency response plans, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure HSSE requirements are integrated into project contracts, design reviews, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitor and verify contractor HSSE performance, including audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support the transition of HSSE requirements and learnings from FEED to EPCI to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Identify and manage HSSE risks, ensuring mitigation measures are incorporated into engineering and construction planning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
• Act as focal point for HSSE matters with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, regulators, and partners.
• Participate in project reviews, workshops, and audits to ensure HSSE considerations are fully embedded.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Having minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably related to Engineering, Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with preferably having exposures in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG in Operating or EPCI companies of HSSE disciplines.
• Preferably having FEED and/or EPCI experiences
20. Senior Specialist Site Safety
JOB ROLES
• Conduct, monitor and review Site Safety system according to international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and Site Safety system best practices to ensure Site Safety system implementation align with INPEX Indonesia Site Safety system, objectives, strategy, policy and covers all levels of operational Site Safety practices.
• Prepare and recommend Site Safety system socialization and communication programs including all related Site Safety activities for site personnel (including contractor) and related personnel; Analyze and review Site Safety system socialization and communication program implementation to ensure Site Safety system communication programs achieve the target to enhance Site Safety awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties.
• Assist and support process of developing Site Safety training program; Conduct and monitor Site Safety training program implementation; Review and revise training syllabus to improve the Site safety awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees.
• Coordinate and monitor Site Safety assurance processes and risk assessment; Assist, coordinate and monitor Site Safety audit process based on audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia HSS Management System requirements through working with all related party in Site operation from the early phase of the operational plan and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units.
• Assist and monitor incident investigation process; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrences; Prepare and review incident report according to standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices to ensure HSS incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and HSS international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Conduct and monitor Site Safety documentation and related documents; Review and propose Site Safety key performance indicators; Coordinate site safety regular reporting process and management review regularly to comply with INPEX Indonesia guidelines and HSS international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
• Preferably, a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Company/ Industry.
