Business Development & Strategic Manager

Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

To drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and ensuring high service satisfaction in alignment with Company quality and safety standards.

Strategic Sales and Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies

• Lead Generation and prospecting

• Undertake market research and analysis, and opportunity mapping

• Sales forecasting, pipeline and target setting

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with customer key personnel, understand customer requirements and provide sales support

• Prepare tender bids/quotation end to end

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals to an agreement

Technical and Project Oversight

• Collaborate with Operations Manager or Head of Inspections to resolve technical issues and define project scopes aligned with client expectations

• Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing our products or services and solutions

• Manage the full lifecycle of project - from quotation submission to final payment collection

• Assess client needs in coordination with the Head of Inspection to determine appropriate service packages, equipment, and resource allocation

• Support Technical Services dept initiatives that contribute to revenue generation and operational excellence

Strategic Management and Commercial Execution

• Assist the Direct Manager in monitoring departmental P&L and Gross Profit margins

• Conduct client/costumer visits to identify and qualify potential projects, estimating value and a robust sales pipeline

• Provide strategic feedback to Operations Manager or Head of Inspection regarding market opportunities, network engagement, and financial trends

• Drive conversion of qualified leads into signed contracts for maximizing revenue growth

• Execute Technical Service objectives in alignment with business objectives, supporting operational strategic planning and initiatives.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 7 years of experience in Business Development, Project or Operations Management, preferably in Multi-National Company.

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the business environment and regulatory framework in Indonesia.

• Familiar with Technical Inspection Services such as QA/QC, ANDT, API, ASME, Rope Access method, Vendor Surveillance & Third-Party Inspection

• Skilled in budgeting, planning, reporting, and managing resources to meet project timelines and profitability

• Experienced in setting pricing strategies and working with finance and service teams.

• Capable of creating and executing business plans to achieve company targets.

• Customer focus with the ability to build sustainable, operational and commercial relationships.

• Well verse with Indonesia upstream, midstream & downstream market

• Have various networks with manufacturing plants, power & energy plants.

Technical Sales Executive

Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Develop and execute sales strategies together with Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Prepare tender bids/quotation end to end with operation team.

• Collaborate with Operations Manager or Head of Inspections to resolve technical issues and define project scopes aligned with client expectations

• Working together with BDM Manage the full lifecycle of project - from quotation submission to final payment collection

Branch Manager for Batam and Cilegon (2 Positions)

Location: Batam & Cilegon

Requirements:

Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Manage project execution, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Monitor branch performance, budgets, and cost control.

Business Development (BD)

• Identify new business opportunities in Batam or in Cilegon and West Java area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead and inspire the Batam or Cilegon and West Java team to ensure the successful attainment of business and operational objectives

Reporting & Communication

• Provide P&L Report, budget, forecast, sales report, project report, assets, business plan, updated marketing plan & strategy.

Experience and Skills:

• 7 years minimum as Project Manager/Operations Manager or related professional experience in Multi-National Company/ies with complex project execution.

• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the business environment and regulatory framework in Batam or Cilegon and West Java area.

• Experienced with technical knowledge and understanding of Technical Inspection Services (QA/QC), Advance NDT, API, ASME, ANDT, Rope Access method, Vendor Surveillance & Third-Party Inspection

• Understand the full cycle of operation and process control, as bridging between the operation side (work activities, qualities, delivery services schedule, collection to clients) and the management side (Commercials, cost efficiency, P&L)

• Experienced in budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing (hands-on in operation planning activity, productivity, mapping resources and manpower requirement for each project, timeline and project schedule with outcome to generate the profit)

• Experience to setup various Commercial Pricing and pinch point to Service line and Finance team

• Experienced in formulating and implementing business plans and strategies to meet operational objectives.

• Customer focus with the ability to build sustainable, operational and commercial relationships.
