Job Position:

Rotating Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) Teknik Mesin.

• Pengalaman kerja 3-7 tahun di industri Migas.

• Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan dalam bahasa Inggris yang baik.

• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

• Mampu menginterpretasikan gambar teknis.

• Memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang peralatan mekanis yang berputar, termasuk turbin, pompa, dan kompresor.

• Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik serta manual pemeliharaan.

• Sertifikasi terkait dalam pemeliharaan mekanis atau peralatan berputar akan menjadi nilai tambah.

 

Job Position:

Mechanic Technician Support (Support Technician)

Responsibilities:

Memastikan checklist harian dari penggunaan engine dan baik dalam record maintenance dan minor maintenance yang diperlukan untuk semua engine dan rotating equipment, termasuk di dalam nya membantu proses pembongkaran engine/peralatan yang di awasi oleh Mekanik Supervisor.

Job roles:

a. Support operational rigless equipment (generator, prime mover).

- Melakukan function test untuk semua equipment dan engine sebelum di kirim ke Lokasi pekerjaan.

- Melakukan daily check engine dan equipment saat digunakan di Lokasi dan melakukan perbaikan minor apabila dibutuhkan.

b. PM service untuk rigless equipment.

- Melakukan Preventive maintenance untuk equipment dan engine sesuai dengan jadwal yang ada.

c. Daily report engine dan rotating equipment:

- Memastikan pencatatan untuk penggunaao harian dan running hour dari engine dan serta peralatan yang ada.

- Selalu melakukan housekeeping di area bekerja

Requirements:

o Minimum SMA/SMK

o Minimum of 15+ years pengalaman sebagai assist Mekanik

o Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan mendengarkan serta bekerja satu team.

o Mengerti MS word dan MS excel.

o Bahasa Inggris pasif

Job Position:

Coord Pipeline & Surveillance.

Job Purpose:

Pipeline (PL) Coordinator is responsible to coordinate specific of pipeline preventive and corrective maintenance, surveillance program as well as pipeline integriy program. Perform and implement good planning cycle, managing activities inline with budget planned, priority, timely manner, comply with prevailing regulation, and capable to demonstrate clear direction during executionjob.

This include with coordination review and monitoring Contractor’s cost proposal, controlling contractor’s service delivery as well as Contractor safety performance and compliance.

Requirements:

Education:

• D3\Bachelor\S1

Technical Competency certificate holder :

• Pipeline Inspector

• Coating Inspector level 1,2

Specific HSE training required:

• Industrial Hygiene

• H2S safety, Awareness

• Energy Isolation

Experience:

• D3 Minimum 5 years experienced as a Pipeline Coordinator/Inspector or related function in addition, experience in the Oil and Gas Company’s industry will be an advantage.

• S1 Minimum 3 years experienced in a Pipeline Coordinator/Inspector or related function in addition, experience in the Oil and Gas Company’s industry will be an advantage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor ( S1) or Diploma / Associate Degree (D3), prefer technical / engineering background.

2. Familiar and understand regarding operational of heavy-duty equipment such as backhoe loader, excavator, dump truck, motor grader and compactor drum.

3. Min 5 years Experience in managing contractor especially during field execution

4. Understand and familiar with safety concern of working in the ROW area

5. Understand and familiar with road & bridge maintenance

Job Description:

• Prepare multi-disciplinary cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and services for the project using appropriate tools and systems.

• Discuss, coordinate, and resolve estimating input/queries with project team and subject matter experts available in the organization to ensure quality estimate.

• Ensure all assumptions / clarifications are properly documented.

• Provide support for any selection and optimization study during project development.

• Support project team in identification, evaluation and capture of capital efficiency opportunities and estimate risks.

• Perform complete analysis and cost validations using internal and external benchmarking data, historical indices, and component benchmarking.

• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with Safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Industrial or other related engineering field.

• Minimum 10 years of prior experience in EPC or Project Management at

• Upstream Oil & Gas company (PSC).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation and its execution.

• Solid experience in using cost estimation and cost analysis software.

Job Position:

Sr. Facilities Mechanical Static Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead the design and engineering of mechanical static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc. during the FEED and EPCI phases.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection, specification, and design of static equipment for facilities.

• Ensure that all designs comply with company and industry standards, codes, and regulations.

• Develop and review technical specifications, datasheets, and design documents for static equipment.

• Conduct stress analysis, material selection, and corrosion studies for static equipment.

• Prepare Scope of Work for vendor for statics equipment.

• Review and approve vendor and contractor documentation, including drawings, calculations, and material certifications.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors, to ensure alignment and address technical queries.

• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with Safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus

• on static equipment in upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Must have package experience in designing, installing, and testing mechanical packaging equipment.

• Proven technical expertise in mechanical systems and equipment.

• Solid understanding of industry codes and standards such as ASME and API.

• Proficiency in engineering tools and software relevant to the role.

• Familiarity with contracting, procurement, and commissioning processes.

• Prior experience working in an upstream oil and gas company is essential.

Sr. Pipeline Engineer (TPC Position)

Job Description:

• Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining quality pipeline systems for onshore gas facilities and to ensure the budget and schedule are met as per company requirements.

• Perform engineering studies such as hydraulic and stress analysis to determine pipe sizing, pressure ratings, and pipe supports, and other studies as required.

• Select appropriate materials for applications.

• Provide pipeline technical deliverables and ensure they are delivered according to the project timeline.

• Review and comment on 3D models, procedures, material classes, vendor data and study reports.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering tasks.

• Response to any technical query regarding any issues related to pipeline based on latest standard engineering practice.

• Provide engineering reports in a timely manner.

• Provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation related to pipeline items.

• Ensure proper procedures in place and in line with the standard engineering and statutory requirements.

• Participate in quality control assessments.

• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with Safety.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.

• 15+ years of experience in pipeline engineering within Oil and Gas industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC until Operation & Maintenance.

• Excellent Technical knowledge of pipeline engineering.

• Proficient in engineering tools/software.

• Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.

Job Position:

Sr. Piping Engineer (TPC Position)

Job Description:

• Interface with contractors and project managers and ensure coordination between mechanical piping and other discipline.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering tasks.

• Response to any technical query regarding any issues related to piping based on latest standard engineering practice.

• Provide piping engineering reports in a timely manner.

• Provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation related to piping items.

• Ensure proper procedures in place and in line with the standard engineering and statutory requirements.

• Participate in quality control assessments.

Requirements:

• P&ID, piping stress, insulation, PFP and requisitioning of piping components.

• Proficient in mechanical/piping engineering tools/software.

• Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.

Job Position:

Senior Process Engineer (TPC)

Job Description:

• Design and development of gas production facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Implement and optimize CCS technologies within gas production processes to minimize carbon emissions and enhance sustainability.

• Analyze and identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety measures.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, environmental specialists, and field operations, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Collaborate with EPC vendors, subcontractors, regulators, joint venture partners, and internal project management teams.

• Provide technical expertise and support during the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation phases of gas production facilities.

• Ensure all processes and facilities comply with local, national, and international regulations regarding environmental impact and safety.

• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience level: 13+ years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Minimum 13 years of proven experience in large-scale EPCI project preferably onshore gas production facilities, preferably someone with experience from the client (operator) side.

• Experience in delivery from planning to construction and commissioning of gas processing plants.

• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in project management and engineering.

• Familiarity with CO2 handling systems (compression, transport, storage) is a plus.

• English B2 (Upper Intermediate) Level.
