Job Title : Senior Executive – HR & Adm (Senior Recruitment)
Department : HR & Services
Direct Report to : HR Supervisor
Direct Subordinate : Executive – HR & Adm (Recruitment)

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary
Collaborate with project and functional teams to identify and forecast manpower requirements across drilling, construction, commissioning, and operations phases
C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical roles
2. Ensure all hiring activities meet project timelines and operational requirements
3. Prepare short-term and long-term manpower planning for EPC projects, EPF projects, second stage, and day-to-day operations
4. Utilize LinkedIn, talent platform, internal databases, and industry networking
5. Ensure recruitment processes comply with SKK Migas, HSE requirements, and labor laws
6. Prepare recruitment documentation for internal and external audits
7. Conduct compensation benchmarking to stay aligned with oil & gas trends
8. Develop SOPs, interview frameworks, and recruitment tools

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification
Pengalaman / Experience:
Kualifikasi / Qualification :
1. Have 10 years experience in oil and gas industry, EPC, or related sector
2. Min. Bachelor degree (S1), such as Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineer
3. Skilled using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Microsoft Excel (Advance Level)
4. Familiar with SKK Migas, PSC Regulation, and governance requirements
