1. OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Roles:
1. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of exploration, production, and processing facilities
2. Ensure efficient operations, manage teams, and maintain safety and environmental standards
3. Decision-making about operations activities, risk assessment, team leadership, and optimizing production processes
4. Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
5. Managing and motivating technical teams and subcontractors
6. Ensuring production facilities operate at maximum efficiency
7. Meeting production targets and optimizing processes to maximize output.
8. Controlling costs and managing expenses related to operations
9. Ensuring all operations comply with safety standards, regulations, company policies, and to be executed timely
10. Overseeing the operation and maintenance of production facilities and refineries
11. Manage the WP&B and ensuring they align with operational needs
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. At least 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in the Operations area in Oil & Gas Industry

4. Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, including exploration, drilling, and processing

2. FIELD DRILLING ENGINEER
Job Roles:
1. Responsible for all preparation and execute the drilling-workover-wellservice program, well engineering practice
2. Prepare to execute drilling-workover-wellservice program and program documents
3. Ensure all the Stock Tangible, Services to meet with Drilling program and operation meet the engineering practice, standard, time efficient, and cost effective
4. Make Sure all documents comply with PIS or PPP example: Berita Acara, Service job ticket and all documents that need verification for invoice
5. Coordinate and communicate with Field Operations, all services regarding the drilling program and job report on daily basis
6. Make a resume daily report and daily cost based on daily report from every service
7. Monitoring drilling material inventory, calculate material requirements, and provide material request to Drilling Engineer and Drilling Operations
8. Provides post-drilling technical summary including Lesson-learnt and final well reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, preferably Petroleum Engineering
2. Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience in Drilling / Workover Engineering and Well Operations in Oil & Gas Industry

3. DRILLING INTERVENTION ENGINEER
Job Roles:
1. Responsible for the technical aspects of well intervention and completion, including planning, execution, and optimization
2. Developing well intervention and completion programs and plans, including detailed work scopes and technology selection
3. Prepare and propose completion and workover / well intervention budget (AFE) to ensure cost effective program
4. Coordinating with field operations, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of well intervention and integrity operations
5. Identifying and assessing potential risks associated with well intervention operations and developing mitigation strategies
6. Monitoring well intervention performance, analyzing data, and generating technical reports
7. Prepare drilling/Workover report to SKK Migas until get P3 or PIS (well close-out)
8. Coordinate with other department to prepare WP&B
9. Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of necessary equipment and resources
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, preferably Petroleum Engineering

4. FIELD HSSE SUPERVISOR
Job Roles:
1. Monitor Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Security and Environmental programs implementation within worksite aspect and continuous monitoring of Health Risk and Health Impact within assigned worksite area;
2. Monitor Security Management aspect e.g. Access Control, Physical Security and Personnel Security also legal aspects for all company asset and workers in Job site area
3. Manage HSSE Document and Records and report periodically as per HSSE Report Matrix.
4. Participate in Process Safety and Asset Integrity Management through Process Hazard Analysis such as HAZID and HAZOP review and continue monitor the Process Hazard Risk at worksite
5. Initiate and Maintan Good Relation with local/regional Government of Indonesia and Local Community (Pemerintah, Local Police, Local Army, local mass organization etc)
6. Initiate and Implement Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Communication through Campaign to reduce number incidents of illness/Injuries, environmental accident and other issues that may affect Health and Safety.
7. Develop Health, Safety, Security and Environmental training matrix plan programs and int implementation to provide awareness education
8. Monitor HSSE event and Perform Investigation of any HSSE events such as High Potential Near Miss and Incidents to address the root cause and the continuous improvement.
9. Develop the baseline Health Safety Security and Environmental Management Systems such as Manual, Policy and Procedures.
10. Conduct routine and non routine Health Safety Security and Environmental Assessment and conclude the main recommendations
11. Become the Role Model of Health Safety Security and Environmental Leadership to raise awareness all workers
12. Prepare and perform Health Safety Security and Environmental Audit & inspection for internal and external
13. Develop and Prepare the Emergency Preparedness and Response at worksite.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree any discipline with Industry Experience in the Management of Technical Function in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
2. At least 8 (Eight) years’ experience in HSSE areas in Oil & Gas Industry
3. Hold certificate of Oil and Gas Health Safety Security and Environmental Supervisory Level by MIGAS.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills

5. ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST
Job Roles:
1. Develop Environmental Governance within company’s business scope e.g. Environmental Management System, Environmental Procedures, Environmental Risk Assessment and Environmental Risk Register etc.
2. Monitor environmental events e.g. spill and loss of containment and other environmental case within Company’s Business.
3. Monitor Environmental Risk and its control measures such as Prevention Program and Mitigation Program
4. Report the Environmental Performance for All Aspects e.g. Air Emission and Pollution Programs, Water and Waste Water Management Programs, Solid Waste Management included Hazardous and Non Hazardous Waste and Soil Pollution Prevention Programs, Green House Gas Management and Sustainability Report.
5. Report all Governmental Compliance Report in Frequently Basis following All Government of Indonesia Regulation
6. Develop Environmental Impact Document such as Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan dan Upaya Pemantauan Lingkungan (UKL-UPL), Analisa Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL), Environmental Baseline Assessment (EBA), and Environmental Final Assessment (EFA) based on Requirements
7. Conduct Environmental Inspection Program and Environmental Audit both Internal and/or External within Company’s Business and Government of Indonesia requirements.
8. Engage with Environmental Stakeholders such as Government of Indonesia, SKK Migas and other external Stakeholders

Job Roles:
1. Determine spares materials inventory strategy and manage materials management
2. Execute and monitor petty cash usage and settlement at site and provide weekly update to PSCM Manager
3. Provide daily update covers inventory and warehouse operations
4. Execute material requests on daily basis
5. Monitor and provide daily report on fuel consumption and demand look-ahead to Site and Jakarta team both PSCM and other functions

Job Roles:
1. Support to perform liaison function between company and stakeholder (SKK Migas,Ditjen Migas, other stakeholders)
2. Project Leader for Land Acquisition and experience with all regulation within stakeholders (Local People, Perhutani, PTPN, Ministry and etc)
3. Responsible for Permit
4. Making program regarding Institutional, Communication and Media and also reporting in monitoring and evaluation with SKK Migas
5. Preparing Work Program and Budget for Government and External Relation Matter (Media & Communication, PPM, Kelembagaan)
6. Managing all media (print & electronic) to publish activities and achievement
7. Mitigating and deliver solution related with SKK Migas, Migas Ministry and others Government Institution
8. Identify potential social or political risks and obstacles (e.g., land acquisition issues, community complaints) and report them to management. Provide guidance and support in crisis situations where government involvement is necessary for operations and reputation.
9. Attending invitation related to Government issue, and deliver management’s concern
10. Propose and conduct proper programs for CSR with local community and Communication Media
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 5 (Five) years’ experience in Government Relation & Formality areas in Oil & Gas Industry

10. OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Job Roles:
1. Familiar with Engineering document of surface facilities such as:
• Process Flowing Diagram (PFD)
• Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
• Process Design Basis
• Wiring & Electrical Diagram
• Cause Effect Diagram
• Basic Process Control System for surface equipment
2. Monitor and control daily oil and gas production to ensure safe and efficient operations.
3. Oversee field equipment such as pumps, compressors, separators, Wash Tank, and control systems (SCADA/PLC).
4. Coordinate with field team to Identify operational issues and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
5. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
6. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
7. Coordinate with field team for Preparing and maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and operational documentation.
8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, HSE, reservoir, drilling) to achieve operational targets
9. Participate in facility modification projects and debottlenecking studies including Review engineering document and ensure operational readiness.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical. Instrumentation, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
2. 3–5 years’ experience in onshore oil & gas production operations (preferred).
3. Strong understanding of onshore production systems, flowlines, tank farms, and processing facilities.
4. Familiarity with Automation systems, Metering, pumps, Fluid Separation, and general field instrumentation.
5. Good knowledge of HSE regulations and onshore operational standards.
6. Understand with Regulation & Procedure for Oil & Gas Industry
7. Familiar With Approval Process with SKK Migas
