MontD’Or Petroleum, the Operator of the producing Mengoepeh, Pematang Lantih, Salawati fields in Indonesia, is currently recruiting dynamic, qualified and self-motivated personnel to be part of its team based in S.E. Asia. The Company has the following vacancy:

WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC OFFICER

Manages logistics, inventory, and transportation to ensure smooth oil and gas operations. Ensures accurate material handling, safe delivery, efficient contract execution, and optimal WP&B budget utilization to support planned operational programs

Role and responsibilities:

● Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials in compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

● Manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock records, monitor material movements, and prevent shortages or operational delays.

● Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and fuel to operational and remote locations, working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and shipping companies.

● Ensure safe handling, storage, security, and inventory management of hazardous materials and explosive stock to support well management and field operations.

● Arrange scheduling, utilization, and movement of heavy equipment and light vehicles to support field activities.

● Monitor fuel stock (diesel/HSD) for field operations, manage distribution to vehicles and generators, and maintain fuel consumption records in the system.

● Prepare shipping, delivery, inventory, and logistics performance reports to support operational tracking and decision-making.

● Develop and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service reliability.

● Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders for materials and services, and manage logistics-related field contracts (heavy equipment, transportation, fuel supply, and other support services).

● Prepare and manage the annual WP&B budget for logistics, warehouse, and transportation activities to ensure optimal program execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations in the oil and gas industry or similar high-demand sector.

• Proven experience in managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and handling materials in accordance with industry regulations.

• Warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.

• Logistics coordination, including shipping, transportation, and freight management.

• Risk management practices related to the safe handling of hazardous materials.

• Understanding of safety and environmental standards in warehouse and logistics operations.

• Knowledge of oil and gas industry specific regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory and logistics management.

• Understanding of sustainability practices and cost control measures in logistics operations.
