QUALIFICATIONS

2. Degree (S1/D4/D3/) in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.
3. English proficiency both verbal and written.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of the project, maintenance, and inspection.
2. Responsible for HSE implementation and accidents prevention.
3. Join daily meetings with clients to confirm the daily status of maintenance and projects.
4. Prepare working shift schedule and cost estimation for maintenance & inspection.
5. Prepare the subcontract agreement.
6. Coordinate with subcontractor for material purchase request from customer.
7. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
8. Checking, reviewing, and approving the proposal before signing by Project Manager.
9. Checking, reviewing, and approving the work order for the subcontractor before signing by Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.

4. Solid knowledge of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) / Certified as ASNT Level 2 of MT/PT and UT is preferable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and oversee the mechanical inspection team in daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and technical standards to maintain a safe working environment.
2. Develop, implement, and continuously monitor mechanical inspection procedures and standards to align with industry regulations and internal company policies, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
3. Conduct regular inspections and thorough evaluations of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability, identifying any potential issues before they escalate.
4. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) techniques, preferably holding ASNT Level 2 certification in Magnetic Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), to enhance inspection integrity.

4. ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
ELC – MTE
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4/D3) in Electrical Engineering.
2. Having experience 3 years in Electrical Maintenance is a must.
3. Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, and MCCs (Motor Control Centers).
4. Strong knowledge on electrical installation and protection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule based on the actual condition of equipment and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations.
2. Ensure the reliability of power supply from the source (PLN/Genset) up to the Medium Voltage (MV, 6-20 kV) and Low Voltage (LV, 380/220V) distribution levels through maintenance and testing of power transformers, switchgear (ACB, VCB, MCCB), Motor Control Centers (MCC), grounding systems, as well as performing thermographic inspections and protection system testing.
3. Maintain the electrical and control systems of critical plant equipment, including Furnaces/Reverbs/Converters (power supply, electrodes, cooling systems), large electric motors and their drives (blowers, slurry pumps), and heating systems (induction/resistance). This includes activities such as motor bearing replacement, and insulation testing.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of drive systems (VSD/VFD), servo motors, as well as the management and tuning of process control loops (PID tuning).
5. Handle electrical emergencies (trips, blackouts, ground faults) quickly and safely to restore operations. for electrical equipment failures, such as insulation failure, harmonic distortion, or current imbalance.
6. Maintain technical documentation: single line diagrams (SLD), ladder diagrams, equipment data sheets.
7. Create failure analysis reports and system performance reports.
5. ELECTRICAL INSPECTION SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4/D3/Polytechnic) in Electrical Engineering.
2. Having experience 4 years in Electrical Inspection is a must.
3. Solid knowledge about inspection of motor and its local control station, compressor, fan, MCC switchgear system, battery, lightning protection installation, etc.
4. Familiar with Dry-type Transformer, 6.6/0.42 kV, 2000/2800 kVA, LV and MV inspection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform routine condition-based monitoring to detect early signs of problems, by applying Infrared thermography to detect any hot spots, measuring transformer winding temperature and monitoring cooling systems, checking unbalanced current and power quality of line power systems, Insulation thickness measurement and dielectric testing (oil sampling), measuring motor noise level, recording motor vibration level.
2. Create a comprehensive Master Plan and inspection schedule for electrical systems, covering all voltage levels (MV, LV) and all types of equipment, while considering production cycles, OEM recommendations, equipment history, and regulations.
3. Lead and perform routine and specialized thermographic surveys on all critical equipment, such as MV/LV switchgear (ACB, VCB), connection points, transformers, motor starters, capacitor banks, and distribution panels.
4. Oversee and/or perform diagnostic testing, including Insulation Resistance Tests (Megger Test), Polarization Index (PI), Tan Delta Testing for transformers and MV cables, and Power Quality Analysis (harmonics, unbalance, power factor), etc.
5. Perform periodic functional tests of protection equipment and interlock systems.
6. Issue clear and technical Work Requests or Notification of Findings to the Electrical Maintenance Team for repair, maintenance, or replacement actions.
7. Ensure that all inspection measuring instruments (thermal imagers, ultrasound detectors, PD detectors) are calibrated according to national/international standards and used with the correct methodology.
8. Analyse historical data to identify degradation patterns, determine the degradation rate, and recommend optimal inspection/testing intervals.
6. SMALL PROJECT SUPERVISOR

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4/D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Having experience, 5 years in the same position.
3. Strong price-calculation skills, including familiarity with standard steel material rates and contractor work rates per kilogram and per dia-inch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fully responsible for the planning, execution, control, and final delivery of small projects, modifications, and additional works Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with the established scope, budget, schedule, and quality, technical, and occupational health and safety (HSE) standards.
2. Prepare project initiation documents, including technical proposals, initial cost estimates (budgetary estimates), and work plans to be submitted to clients/internal users and the Project Manager for approval.
3. Create and monitor detailed project schedules, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and master project documents.
4. Prepare Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO) for work performed by subcontractors and ensure that all contractual documents (service orders) are complete.
5. Report project progress weekly/monthly to the Project Manager and clients, including updates to the project list and budget status.
6. Conduct technical reviews of engineering drawings, method statements, and materials submitted by contractors to ensure compliance with specifications, factory standards, and operational requirements.
7. Perform daily site supervision actively to ensure that work quality meets technical standards, such as installation precision, welding procedures, material types, and testing procedures (pressure test, megger test).
8. Share responsibility with the HSE Officer to ensure the implementation of the SHE Plan/Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in the field.

3. Solid knowledge in both preventive and corrective maintenance for a variety of essential equipment, including flow meters, pressure gauges and transmitters, thermocouples, RTDs, and temperature transmitters. Additionally, they are well-versed in maintaining level transmitters and gauges, gas analyzers, pH meters, and conductivity meters. Their expertise extends to control valves and valve actuators, as well as DCS and PLC controller Strong knowledge on instrument installation and protection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and execute a periodic calibration program for all field instruments according to established standards, including transmitters (pressure, level, flow, temperature), analytical instruments (gas analysers for SO2, O2, CO; pH/conductivity meters for effluent; moisture analysers), actuators, and final control elements (control valves, pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, damper actuators), including stroke tests, leak tests, and tuning response times.
2. Perform troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of faulty instrument components (such as sensors, I/P converters, and positioners, etc).
3. Maintain the performance and availability of the Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which are the brains of the process.
4. Conduct program downloads/uploads, make minor control logic modifications (after obtaining engineering approval), back up the database/configuration, and maintain workstations/engineering stations.
5. Manage and maintain the industrial data communication network connecting instruments, PLCs, and DCS, such as Industrial Ethernet, Profibus PA/DP, Foundation Fieldbus, HART, and Modbus, etc.
6. Address communication issues, replace industrial switch/network components, and ensure cybersecurity at the foundational layer of the control system.
7. Proactively monitor the performance of critical control loops (for example: furnace temperature control, tank pressure, slag level) using loop performance tools in DCS/Historian.

1. Perform scanning and archiving of Work Orders (WO) for Manpower Supply and overtime (OT) from MM, MI, EM, EI to the subcontractor system, then organizing and storing them systematically on the server.
2. Manage the scanning of Small Project WOs received from the client after being signed by the Project Manager (PM) and consistently store them on the server with clear categories for easy access.
3. Perform scanning and archiving of Manpower Supply and OT WOs from the client to CII, ensuring documents are stored in the appropriate format on the server for future reference.
4. Responsible for scanning the SHE Plan and storing it on the server, ensuring that any changes or updates are documented to support workplace safety.
5. Manage the scanning of proposals for manpower supply and OT from CII to PTS, ensuring that documents are saved on the server in organized folders.
6. Scan and store Small Project proposal documents from CII to the client, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible to the team that needs them.
7. Scan and archive subcontractor quotations for small projects, storing them on the server with appropriate labels for easy retrieval.
8. Scan and archive routing invoices for Manpower Supply and Small Projects, storing them on the server as references for billing and audits in the future.
9. Responsible for scanning and archiving timesheets for Manpower Supply (MM, MI, EM, EI), ensuring documents are systematically stored on the server.
