Jakarta based company with more than 33 years of experience in providing services to oil and gas industry and Geothermal in Indonesia. We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our projects.
Project Manager, Sumatera Utara
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Structural, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a comparable Project Manager role; or a Diploma (D3) with at least eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in geothermal projects, EPC projects, or other energy and infrastructure developments of comparable scale and complexity.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling, resource and manpower allocation, cost control, and overall project coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with project management software such as MS Project and/or Primavera (preferred).
• Proven leadership capabilities with solid experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Highly responsive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight schedules and demanding timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Well-versed in project data recording, documentation control, administrative processes, and preparation of technical and progress reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and develop practical, actionable mitigation solutions.
