Operation Superintendent
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Process, Petroleum, Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent technical experience.
• Additional certification in Operations Management, Process Safety, or Asset Integrity is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Operations or Production Supervision/Management within Oil & Gas production or process facilities.
• Proven experience managing multi-discipline site teams in complex operating environments.
• Experience working on infrastructure or large Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.
• Exposure to multicultural work environments and international operations.
• Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and site safety practices
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Knowledgeable of rotating/fixed mechanical equipment, electrical distribution systems, instrument, and control systems maintenance/troubleshooting procedures in a process plant environment.
• Working knowledge of engineering standards.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to drive execution of projects and strategic and tactical initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Provide strong leadership and oversight of operations management systems, process safety, and performance improvement tools to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
• Demonstrate effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills in managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Ensure compliance with international engineering and operational standards (API, ISO, ASME) and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and systems.
• Lead and support Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and service providers for external and specialized maintenance activities.
• Identify and manage critical spares, tools, and materials to support operational continuity and reduce equipment downtime.
• Enforce all HSE policies, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with company standards, regulatory authorities, and requirements.
• Accountable for achieving maintenance and operational KPIs, including technician coaching, performance monitoring, and training development.
• Support spare parts and warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock counts, critical spare reviews, and procurement activities.
• Prepare scope of work, purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, and contract management for outsourced maintenance services.
• Forecast, monitor, and control maintenance and operations budgets to meet approved financial targets.
• Participate in and support emergency response activities, assuming assigned roles and responsibilities as required.
• Oversee the safe and reliable operation of multiple process units within the facility.
• Lead and manage special projects, plant upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Deliver defined annual productivity and efficiency improvement targets.
• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance strategies to ensure cost-effective and reliable operations.
• Coordinate major plant maintenance, repairs, turnarounds, and upgrades to minimize disruption to production and customer supply.
• Drive compliance with all company policies, procedures, programs, and standards across the operations team.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, OEMs, and technical partners.
• Engage internal and external technical resources to support complex projects, troubleshooting, and reliability initiatives.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication across site operations and the wider organization.
• Respond urgently to operational upsets and corrective maintenance events, mobilizing appropriate resources to minimize operational impact.
TKDN Staff
Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with major in Engineering, Management or any background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas sector
• Preferably have TKDN certification
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with company management
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct verification of domestic content (TKDN) for procurement of goods, services, and combined contracts in oil and gas projects
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO) for procurement activities
• Manage fuel procurement and delivery for field operations, including drilling rig activities, and monitor fuel usage
• Assist in calculating tender evaluation prices (HEP) to support contractor selection
• Verify vendor profiles update in the Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD)
Secretary
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field such as Petroleum Engineering or any background are relevan from a reputable university
• Having ± 1 years of experience, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• Can speak English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers
• Ability to organize and manage employee related information
• Good teamwork
• Have a flexible attitude

Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage the leader’s daily/weekly/monthly schedule.
• Prepare meeting agendas and appointments.
• Arrange business trips (tickets, accommodation, itinerary).
• Finalize letters according to company standards before being signed/sent.
• Send letters to internal and external parties (physically or electronically).
• Systematically archive important documents.
• Request the General Manager’s (GM) signature, either via e-signature or in person, as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the leader and internal or external parties.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle incoming/outgoing communications on behalf of the leader.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and executive information.
• Ensure the leader receives updates on the latest company policies.
• Remind about important deadlines and administrative compliance.
• Manage reimbursements, petty cash, and the leader’s expense reports.
