1. Operation Superintendent
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Process, Petroleum, Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent technical experience.
• Additional certification in Operations Management, Process Safety, or Asset Integrity is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Operations or Production Supervision/Management within Oil & Gas production or process facilities.
• Proven experience managing multi-discipline site teams in complex operating environments.
• Experience working on infrastructure or large Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage.
• Exposure to multicultural work environments and international operations.
• Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and site safety practices
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Knowledgeable of rotating/fixed mechanical equipment, electrical distribution systems, instrument, and control systems maintenance/troubleshooting procedures in a process plant environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide strong leadership and oversight of operations management systems, process safety, and performance improvement tools to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
• Demonstrate effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills in managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Ensure compliance with international engineering and operational standards (API, ISO, ASME) and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and systems.
• Lead and support Maintenance Technicians in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and service providers for external and specialized maintenance activities.
• Identify and manage critical spares, tools, and materials to support operational continuity and reduce equipment downtime.
• Enforce all HSE policies, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with company standards, regulatory authorities, and requirements.
• Accountable for achieving maintenance and operational KPIs, including technician coaching, performance monitoring, and training development.
• Support spare parts and warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock counts, critical spare reviews, and procurement activities.
• Prepare scope of work, purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, and contract management for outsourced maintenance services.

2. Operation Engineer
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Process, Petroleum, Electrical or Mechanical), or equivalent technical experience.
• Additional certification in Operations Management, Process Safety, or Asset Integrity is an advantage
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas production or process facilities operations.
• Solid understanding of upstream production operations and process systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance support for rotating and static equipment, compressors, pumps, valves, and utility systems.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, instrumentation, and control systems in industrial process environments.
• Familiarity with international engineering and operational standards (API, ISO, ASME).
• Good understanding of HSE regulations, process safety, and safe operating practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational efficiency and reliability.
• Ability to support maintenance planning, reliability improvement, and operational optimization initiatives.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities:
• Support safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production facilities in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvement.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and reliability improvement of process equipment and utility systems.
• Assist in planning and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Support operations and maintenance teams in resolving equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures, process upsets, and unplanned shutdowns.

3. Production Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Production & Operations Manager, providing technical input and strategic recommendations related to production performance, lifting activities, and production facilities.
• Supervise, coordinate, and ensure that all production, processing, lifting, and hydrocarbon transportation operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and reliably in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable government regulations.
• Optimize hydrocarbon production from producing wells through well performance evaluation (oil, gas, water cut), production decline analysis, and short- and long-term production forecasting.
• Evaluate production cost efficiency (lifting cost and operating expenditure) and perform economic analysis such as NPV, IRR, and payout time to support well optimization and reactivation programs.
• Conduct Nodal Analysis to determine optimal production configuration from reservoir to surface facilities using petroleum engineering software such as Wellflo, Prosper, Pipesim, and MBAL, including IPR/VLP matching, pressure loss analysis, facility capacity assessment, and operational sensitivity analysis.
• Plan, design, install, and optimize Artificial Lift Systems, including SRP, ESP, Gas Lift, PCP, and other lift methods, and perform troubleshooting for artificial lift failures such as mechanical, electrical, or flow assurance issues.
• Evaluate artificial lift performance and lifecycle management to improve system reliability and production efficiency.
• Ensure wells and production facilities comply with Oil & Gas safety regulations, including participation in safety audits, HAZOP, HAZID, and risk assessments.
• Monitor daily production performance of wells, facilities, and transportation systems and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when production deviates from targets due to reservoir, mechanical, facility, or flow assurance issues (scale, corrosion, paraffin, hydrate).
• Ensure safe and efficient production, separation, storage, and hydrocarbon transportation processes, meeting required quality specifications such as BS&W, Salt Content, API Gravity, GHV, H₂S, and CO₂, while maintaining integrity of pipeline and transportation systems.
• Accountable for achieving company production and lifting targets in alignment with WP&B commitments and SKK Migas production targets.
• Participate in preparation of WP&B, POD/POP, AFE and Non-AFE, including providing technical justification and cost estimation for partner and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare and verify operational reports including Daily Production Reports, Monthly Gas Delivery Reports, Gas Balance Reports, Production Reconciliation Reports, Monthly Production & Lifting Reports, Stock Monitoring Reports, Loss Production Opportunity (LPO) Reports, and Quantity Accounting System (QAS) data for partners and regulators.
• Prepare and evaluate Flow Quantity Assurance (FQA) documentation for regulatory and stakeholder approval.
• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs (PPD, Demulsifier, Desalter, Scale Inhibitor, Corrosion Inhibitor, Paraffin Solvent, etc.) to ensure effective and efficient production operations.
• Manage and prepare equipment certification renewals (COI) and Operational Feasibility Approvals (PLO) for production facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments in well completion design, stimulation techniques, fluid treatment, and disposal management to maximize production performance.
4. HSE Coordinator :
Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an HSE Professional in the Oil & Gas or energy industry.
• Experience in oil and gas operations / production facilities / drilling / EPC / upstream operations is a distinct advantage.
• Proven experience in implementing HSEMS within an oil and gas work environment.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in HSE Management Systems: ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and Oil & Gas Industry HSEMS.
• Knowledge and experience in Environmental Management: Implementation of AMDAL / UKL-UPL, execution of RKL-RPL, environmental monitoring, and reporting.
• Knowledge and experience in Waste & Water Management: Hazardous waste (B3) management, Waste Water Treatment Systems, and Produced Water management.
• Knowledge and experience in Environmental Permitting: Environmental licenses, PKKPR, and environment-related operational permits.
• Knowledge and experience in Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS): Contractor HSE evaluation, pre-qualification, HSE performance monitoring, and contractor HSE audits.
• Knowledge and experience in Risk & Incident Management: Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Incident Investigation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Knowledge and experience in Compliance & Reporting: National OHS regulations, environmental regulations, environmental reporting systems to regulators, and PROPER program compliance.
• Knowledge and experience in supervising activities involving explosives within oil and gas operations.
• Preferred Certifications: OHS & Oil and Gas (Migas) Certifications, Explosives Safety Certification, Management System Certification, Process Safety & Risk Management, Environmental Management, Contractor & Operational Safety, Emergency Response & Industrial Safety. International HSE Certification is a high added value.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the implementation of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSEMS) across all operational areas in accordance with oil and gas industry standards.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with HSSE Policy, Process Safety, and Environmental Compliance as per national regulations and corporate standards.
• Oversee the implementation of the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), including: Pre-qualification, document evaluation, HSE implementation monitoring, and performance audits/evaluations.
• Manage the implementation of AMDAL / UKL-UPL (Environmental Impact Assessment) documents, including the execution of RKL-RPL (Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans).
• Coordinate environmental monitoring, including: wastewater quality, air quality, noise levels, surface and groundwater quality, and other environmental parameters as specified in environmental documents.
• Supervise the operation of the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), including the management of produced water to ensure it meets applicable environmental quality standards.
• Manage hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste management, including storage, manifest tracking, transportation, and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate the processing of environmental and spatial planning permits, including PKKPR (Confirmation of Spatial Utilization Activities) and other relevant environmental licenses.
• Support the execution of the PROPER program and ensure compliance with environmental reporting systems to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK).
• Supervise operational activities involving the management of explosives in oil and gas operations according to applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct HSE inspections, audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action management.
• Prepare and submit HSE and environmental reports to company management and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Execute training programs, socialization, and Safety Culture campaigns for both employees and contractors.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement within the company’s HSE management system.
5. HR Generalist :
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field such as HR Management, Psychology or Management from a reputable university
