1. Sr. Reliability Engineer – as a Third Party
Sustaining and/or improving reliability of all critical equipment such as rotating, static, electrical & instrument and piping within regional operations which includes conducting failure analysis, initiating improvement studies, reviewing existing installations, assessing operational & maintenance practices, developing action plans and tracking/monitoring the effects of those actions for continuous improvement process to ensure highest integrity and reliability of assets and operations.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop the company's reliability improvement strategies through proper planning of resources and collaboration with the relevant disciplines in line with Reliability & Integrity Management System (RIMS) to ensure long term facility and equipment reliability and to achieve world class best reliability practices.
• Facilitate the implementation of the company's reliability improvement initiatives through established reliability communication channels to ensure transparency of reliability improvement initiatives and achievement and subsequently sustain world class plant reliability performance.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and programs to enhance the reliabiity and availability of equipment and systems.
• Consolidate and produce monthly reliability performance and improvement initiatives including bad actors status reports through effective tracking mechanism to ensure timely issuance of report for Management and stakeholders’ update.
• Identify and monitor equipment improvement activities by analyzing and monitoring bad actors status report and managing comprehensive Specific Equipment Reliability Plan (SERP) or Inspection Testing and Preventative Maintenance (ITPM) to ensure highest integrity and reliability of assets and operations. Participate in equipment reliability study on new projects to ensure incorporation of reliability requirements in achieving business plan and target.
• Conduct Reliability Analysis which includes coordinating and facilitating the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) on plant equipment to recommend and develop the most effective rectification plan and long-term preventive program. Proactively review and analyze equipment installation, operational practices and maintenance practices/execution by using proper assessment tools (i.e. RCM, RCPS, etc.) and establishing statistical database for types of failures, breakdowns and subsystems of equipment’s to enhance plant’s reliability & integrity.
• Drive the adoption of appropriate/new technology in field/terminal operations to enhance production performance and facilities uptime through identification, evaluation and effective implementation to support the business target.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering disciplines or equivalent.

2. Sr. Electrical Engineer – as a Third Party
Strategize, develop and establish Reliability Roadmap for Electrical Engineering system from feasibility studies, sustaining performance strategy and improvement implementation throughout the conceptual and detail design by providing the total technical integrity solutions and expertise through benchmarking exercise, technical review/compliance and specialized studies to ensure reliable and successful implementation that is critical to operational needs.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and conduct comprehensive feasibility study and conceptual option through reviewing existing facility limitation, ensure the studies are in compliance with relevant engineering standard (PTS Electrical, IEC, NEMA/ANSI, IEEE, NEPA, etc.), ensuring Field Improvement Proposal (FIP) can be implemented in a safety manner, design and select main electrical equipment to achieve optimum performance in reliability and ensure the studies are feasible to be implemented.
• Prepare and conduct optimum design analysis and quality evaluation of detailed design for optimum fabrication by preparing cost estimate, scope of work, delivery schedule, contracting strategy, bid screening criteria, evaluation criteria leading to the completion of detailed drawings, manuals, design report and specification to ensure detailed design are in compliance with relevant standard, all electrical equipment selection are within its capability/rating, and can be implemented safely during operation & maintenance.
• Develop and evaluate equipment specifications, bid enquiry package and provision of engineering services for the purchase of Electrical Engineering related materials and equipment by reviewing all document available on VDRL and verify compliance with design requirement, provide technical solution for any technical dispute, and assist modification (if required) without any contract violation to ensure the full compliance to contract requirements and availability of system to support operation and on time project delivery.
• Acquire and apply the new technology for effective cost optimization that suit operational requirements by analyzing and preparing a recommendation to ensure proven technology is used whenever possible and to select appropriate development solutions if proven technology is not available.
• Develop technical integrity solutions during operation and maintenance by providing timely response technical assistance, perform as Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME), troubleshooting assistance and rectification effort developing comprehensive maintenance strategy, and conduct assurance plan related electrical system integrity as control measure to ensure safety of the operation.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:

3. Sr. Safety Health Officer – as a Third Party
Plan, lead and drive the implementation of Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, and Process Safety programs at offshore/onshore operational sites to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, COMPANY standards, and COMPANY HSE expectations. The role is expected to provide practical HSE leadership, challenge unsafe conditions and decisions constructively, and support safe and reliable operations while safeguarding people, environment, assets, and business continuity.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and continuously improve occupational safety, environment and health programs at work sites (e.g. Safe System of Works/PTW, MOC, HSE campaigns, UAUC, behavioral program, etc.), in compliance with regulatory requirements and COMPANY standards.
• Provide practical HSE advisory and technical support to line management, operations personnel, and contractors to ensure activities are conducted safely and in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, safety walkabouts, and compliance assessments (e.g. PTW, Emergency Response readiness, SIMOPS, lifting activities, confined space, working at height, environmental compliance, food and water safety, etc.), including identification of gaps, risk analysis, and recommendation of practical mitigation measures based on ALARP principles.
• Facilitate and support site incident investigations in accordance with COMPANY Incident Investigation & Reporting Procedures, ensuring accurate identification of root causes, contributing factors, and effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Promote proactive safety culture through training, coaching, mentoring, toolbox talks, HSE engagement sessions, and continuous intervention programs to strengthen workforce competency and ownership of HSE performance.
• Monitor and track implementation of Site HSE Plans, audit findings, lessons learned, action item closures, and HSE improvement initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Support operational readiness in emergency preparedness and response by plan, prepare, and participate in drills, exercises, and readiness assessments to ensure personnel, equipment, and systems are prepared for emergency situations.
• Support environmental management and sustainability initiatives including waste management, wastewater management, spill prevention, pollution control, environmental compliance monitoring, oil spill response preparedness, and sustainability program.
• Support occupational health and industrial hygiene program including fitness for task, fatigue management, substance misuse management, food and water safety, H2S and Benzene monitoring, IH & indoor air quality monitoring.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental, Occupational Safety & Health, or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience within E&P, oil & gas production operations, petrochemical, or related high-risk industries. Proven experience as Offshore SHO and/or SHO at oil and gas production facilities, or operational assets within the oil & gas industry.
• Good understanding of Process Safety principles and basic oil & gas process operations, including identification of major accident hazards and barrier management concepts.
• Exposure to Emergency Response and Preparedness programs, including drill participation, ERP implementation, and site readiness assessments. Experience or exposure in Oil Spill Response activities/training is highly preferred. Offshore operational experience will be an added advantage.

4. Sr. Process Safety Engineer – as a Third Party
Plan, develop, monitor, and sustain all process safety related requirement implementation to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across operational and project phases. The role is responsible for strengthening process safety systems, risk management practices, and technical assurance activities to minimize the likelihood of Major Accident Hazard (MAH) incidents, ensure integrity of safety barriers, and maintain operational readiness throughout the asset lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate and implement assigned Process Safety Management (PSM) elements and improvement initiatives to ensure effective, robust, and sustainable process safety systems are established and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements, COMPANY standards and procedures.
• Plan, facilitate, and support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies including HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, What-If, SIMOPS, and risk assessment workshops by identifying process hazards, evaluating safeguard effectiveness, assessing risk tolerability, make recommendations and ensuring closure of recommendations within agreed timelines.
• Review, update, and maintain Hazard Registers, Bowtie barriers, Major Accident Event scenarios, and critical safeguard information periodically or following significant operational/project changes to ensure process safety risks are properly identified, communicated, and managed.
• Monitor, review, and audit the effectiveness of assigned PSM elements and process safety performance indicators by identifying gaps, recommending improvement actions, and ensuring continuous improvement of process safety systems and practices.
• Support Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Activity Safety Review (PASR), design reviews, and technical safety studies to ensure process safety considerations are integrated into engineering, operational, and project decision making processes.
• Promote process safety awareness and competency through coaching, mentoring, workshops, training sessions, and engagement with operations, engineering, project teams, and contractors to strengthen process safety culture and operational discipline.
• Participate in incident investigations related to process safety events, hydrocarbon releases, loss of containment, barrier failures, and high potential incidents to identify root causes, lessons learned, and preventive measures.
• Support emergency preparedness and major accident prevention initiatives by verifying effectiveness of mitigation measures, emergency response arrangements, and critical barrier recovery plans.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Process Safety, HSE, Operations, Engineering, or Technical Safety within E&P, oil & gas, petrochemical, or high-hazard industries.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation, including HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie Analysis, risk assessment, barrier management, and Major Accident Event prevention.
• Proven exposure to EPCIC/project execution phases with good understanding of process safety requirements and criticality during engineering, construction, commissioning, start-up, operational, and brownfield modification activities.
• Good understanding of oil & gas operational processes, facility design, hydrocarbon processing systems, and process safety barriers.
• Background or exposure in HSE/Occupational Safety will be an added advantage to support integration between occupational and process safety perspectives.
• Familiar with Management of Change (MOC), PASR, SIMOPS assessment, facility risk assessment, and incident investigation methodologies.

5. Sr. Environment Officer – as a Third Party
Plan, lead, and implement environmental and sustainability programs across all operational and business activities, including environmental governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct environmental risk assessments, environmental assurance and audit activities, incident investigation and lesson learned programs to strengthen environmental awareness, compliance culture, and best practices aimed at achieving high standards of environmental performance.
Lead the establishment, management, and monitoring of environmental permits and approvals, including AMDAL, UKL-UPL, PERTEK, and other applicable environmental licensing requirements, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and company standards. Support stakeholder engagement with regulatory authorities and relevant external parties to ensure effective environmental governance and permit management throughout project and operational lifecycles.
Responsibilities:
• Support in develop, supervise, implement and analyze Environmental Management System , aimed at achieving high standard of environmental performance.
• Implement environmental, sustainability, and social performance programs across all operational and business activities to support responsible and sustainable business practices.
• Establish and strengthen environmental governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, company standards, and international best practices.
• Lead the establishment, management, monitoring, and compliance of environmental permits and approvals, including AMDAL, UKL-UPL, PERTEK, and other applicable environmental licensing requirements.
• Conduct environmental baseline assessment studies for new blocks and projects, including coordination of environmental data collection, impact identification, regulatory requirements, and technical assessments to support project development and permitting processes.
• Coordinate environmental audit programs, including Environmental Audits by the Ministry of Environment, water audits, energy audits, ISO 14001 audits, and other compliance or management system verification activities.
• Lead the establishment, management, and monitoring of environmental permits and approvals, including AMDAL, UKL-UPL, PERTEK, and other applicable environmental licensing requirements
• Facilitate environmental risk assessments, involve in incident investigation and lesson learned programs to enhance environmental performance and compliance culture.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, environmental improvement programs, and awareness campaigns to strengthen environmental stewardship across the organization.
• Lead social performance management programs, including stakeholder engagement, community-related issue management, and implementation of grievance mechanism processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, external stakeholders, contractors, and internal functions to ensure effective environmental compliance, permit management, and sustainability performance throughout project and operational lifecycles.

• Analyze and report environmental monitoring data (e.g Effluent Discharge Quality, Air Emission Quality, Ambient Noise Monitoring, Waste Management, etc.) by identifying issues and recommending intervention measures for management decision-making in instituting effective environmental practices. Ensure the reporting compliance and quality of environmental reports to Indonesian authorities (e.g., Ministry of Environment, SKK Migas).

6. Sr. HSE Performance & Assurance Officer – as a Third Party
Coordinate, monitor, and support the implementation of the HSE Management System (HSEMS) to ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance, compliance, and assurance across overall company premises, including contractor activities, in order to safeguard personnel, environment, assets, and company reputation.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze HSE performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including HSE Plan implementation, training, surveillance, assurance, and compliance activities; identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate intervention plans.
• Develop and maintain periodic HSE performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making and HSE performance monitoring.
• Present HSE performance updates, assurance findings, and improvement recommendations during HSE meetings, management reviews, and committee sessions.
• Act as secretary/coordinator for HSE Committee Meetings together with his/her superior, including preparation of meeting materials, minutes of meeting, action tracking, and follow-up coordination.
• Participate in HSEMS and technical assurance planning and execution using a risk-based approach to support governance, compliance, and operational safety.
• Support the review, development, and improvement of HSE procedures, Level 2 HSE Guidelines, and other HSEMS documents in line with company standards and industry best practices.
• Propose and support implementation of HSE improvement initiatives, intervention campaigns, awareness programs, and performance improvement actions based on assurance findings, HSEMS reviews, incident trends, and performance analysis.
• Track, verify, and report closure status of action items arising from audits, inspections, HSEMS assurance findings, emergency exercises, incident investigations, EIA Approval Conditions, Environmental Management Plans, and regulatory findings; and recommend intervention where necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Participate in incident investigations in accordance with company Incident Investigation Methodology and company requirements, including analysis of incident statistics, trends, lessons learned, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and disseminate HSE communication and awareness materials such as HSE reports, alerts, bulletins, presentations, campaigns, and other communication media to strengthen HSE culture and workforce awareness.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HSE experience in E&P organizations, oil & gas, petrochemical, or other high-risk industries.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in HSE Management Systems, assurance processes, risk-based auditing, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Experience in developing, reviewing, or implementing HSE procedures, standards, guidelines, or Level 2 HSE documents.
• Familiar with international management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, or equivalent HSE Management Systems.
• Experience in planning or initiating HSE intervention campaigns/programs based on HSEMS reviews, assurance findings, and HSE performance analysis.
• Experience in HSE reporting, performance presentation, committee coordination, and management engagement is preferred.

7. Sr. Industrial Hygiene Officer - as a Third Party
Develop, lead, and implement Industrial Hygiene programs and continuous initiatives across all operational and business activities to protect employees and contractors from occupational health hazards and risks. Conduct industrial hygiene risk assessments, exposure monitoring, health surveillance review, and assurance activities to identify, evaluate, and control workplace health risks.
Analyze Industrial Hygiene data to support preventive measures, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a healthy workplace culture through awareness programs, exposure control strategies, and implementation of best practices aimed at achieving excellent HSE performance and workforce wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, lead, and implement Industrial Hygiene (IH) programs across operations, drilling, project development, and all business activities across the organization by considering operational requirements and protecting employees and contractors from workplace exposure hazards—including chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic—through effective hazard identification, exposure assessment, and control measures to protect personnel’s safeguard and wellbeing.
• Provide technical expertise, advice and awareness to personnel and contractors on Industrial Hygiene matters through the implementation and dissemination of IH standards, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance with Company requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
• Lead and facilitate Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and other Industrial Hygiene risk assessment activities across operations, drilling, project development, and support functions to ensure adherence with Company and regulatory requirements, including workplace exposure assessments, indoor air quality, noise compliance assessments, chemical exposure evaluations, ergonomic risk assessments, ventilation assessments.
• Support Human Factors Engineering (HFE) integration into project design and operational systems by embedding Industrial Hygiene principles into concept development and detailed engineering phases to ensure workplace exposure and ergonomic risks are systematically identified and mitigated at the earliest stage.
• Drive early anticipation of IH risks during concept and design stages, demonstrating cost-effective and operationally beneficial outcomes through proactive hazard identification, including ergonomic and exposure risk considerations and design interventions.
• Ensure embedding of Industrial Hygiene standards—such as chemical storage requirements, shelter design criteria, ventilation considerations, exposure limits, ergonomic design principles, and HRA requirements—into engineering deliverables to prevent occupational exposure and health risks and strengthen inherent safety design.
• Conduct Industrial Hygiene monitoring, Health Risk Assessments, and baseline studies to validate the effectiveness of control measures, confirm exposure and ergonomic risk compliance, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements throughout project development and operational phases.
• Review, analyze, and manage industrial hygiene monitoring data, HRA outputs, exposure assessment results, ergonomic risk assessment outcomes, and Health Hazard & Effect Registers to identify trends, evaluate workplace risks, and recommend engineering, administrative, and operational control measures.
• Track, verify, and ensure timely closure of Industrial Hygiene findings, HRA recommendations, audit observations, and assessment recommendations by coordinating with line management, monitoring progress, and recommending corrective and preventive actions to strengthen compliance and risk control effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver Industrial Hygiene technical training and awareness programs across operations, drilling, project development, and contractor workforce by identifying competency gaps and enhancing understanding of workplace exposure hazards, ergonomic risks, risk assessment methodologies, monitoring techniques, control measures, and safe work practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Industrial Hygiene management systems, exposure control strategies, engineering controls, ergonomic risk reduction, risk assessment processes (including HRA), workplace monitoring programs, and compliance assurance to strengthen overall HSE performance and operational reliability across the organization.
• Responsible for Industrial Hygiene reporting as required by Internal Company and Authorities.

Provide advanced technical Occupational Health expertise to systematically identify, assess manage and control workplace health risks, while leading Occupational Health programs, health and wellbeing initiatives, and compliance activities in alignment with regulatory requirements. Drive Occupational Health, wellbeing, and prevention programs to eliminate occupational illness, prevent illness-related fatalities and strengthen workforce resilience through effective health risk management and surveillance that safeguard people, ensure business continuity, and elevate overall organizational health performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and monitor Occupational Health Management System to support regulatory compliance and conformance with Company requirements, ensuring consistent application across all business entities and operational sites.
• Facilitate Risk Assessments from Occupational Health aspect and involve in other health risk assessment activities to define effective preventive and control measures particularly in high-risk activities.
• Integrate occupational health risk assessment outputs into operational and project decision-making processes to ensure effective application of the hierarchy of controls, risk prioritization, and verification of control effectiveness.
• Manage and oversee Occupational Health programs and services, including Health Surveillance, Fitness to Work, Fatigue Management, Substance Misuse Management, Food and Water Safety, Hearing Conservation, communicable and non-communicable disease prevention and control programs to ensure early detection, prevention, and control of occupational illness and infectious disease transmission.
• Lead communicable disease and pandemic preparedness and response programs, including development and implementation of prevention strategies, surveillance systems, outbreak response plans, and control measures to minimize transmission risk and avoid business disruption.
• Lead and implement workplace wellbeing initiatives and health promotion programs to enhance workforce resilience, mental and physical wellbeing, and overall health performance through structured interventions, campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Lead medical emergency preparedness and response programs, including development and implementation of medical emergency response plans, ensuring availability of medical resources, equipment, and trained personnel to support effective response to workplace medical emergencies.
• Manage medical emergency evacuation, ensuring timely management, effective communication, and safe evacuation of affected personnel in alignment with emergency response procedures and requirements.
• Conduct medical emergency response situational analysis for new development project and/or blocks to identify and mitigate proper emergency preparedness.
• Prepare, compile, and submit Occupational Health reports as required by internal governance and government or regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, medical service providers, occupational health consultants, and other relevant agencies, to ensure effective coordination, compliance alignment, and delivery of occupational health programs and services.
• Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of occupational health performance through analysis of health indicators, surveillance data, and program effectiveness to support continuous improvement and compliance assurance.
• Lead health promotion, education, and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Relations & Services to manage occupational health data and workforce health statistics, analyze medical benefit utilization trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve health program effectiveness and employee wellbeing.
• Provide technical advisory support for illness and disability case management, including medical case evaluation, functional capacity assessment, coordination of vocational rehabilitation, and Return-to-Work or job modification programs to support workforce recovery and business continuity.
• Identify, monitor, and manage emerging occupational health risks and trends, including fatigue-related risks, psychosocial stressors, exposure-related hazards, and communicable disease threats, providing proactive technical guidance and mitigation strategies to prevent occupational illness, infectious disease outbreaks, and illness-related fatalities.
• Support integration of occupational health requirements into operational, drilling, and project development activities, including management of change (MoC), design reviews, and operational planning to ensure preventive health risk controls are embedded across the asset lifecycle.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Master of Occupational Health is preferable.
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Occupational Health Management in E&P organization or oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• Possess good interpersonal qualities with good relationship building, networking, and independent.
• Resilience and agile to work with multiple tasks and tight deadline.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, technical reasoning, and problem-solving capability with the ability to provide medical and risk-based recommendations.

9. Sr. Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer – as a Third Party
Plan, execute, and strengthen emergency preparedness, crisis management, incident management, and operational risk management programs to enhance organizational readiness and response capability during emergency and crisis situations. The role is responsible for ensuring effective emergency response systems, incident notification, investigation and reporting processes, coordination mechanisms, and crisis management frameworks are established and maintained to minimize impact to personnel, environment, assets, operations, and the Company’s reputation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain Crisis & Emergency Management frameworks, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), contingency plans, and related procedures for operational sites and corporate functions in accordance with the Company’s requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute emergency preparedness programs including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 exercises, drills, simulations, and crisis management exercises to validate emergency response capability, identify gaps, and improve organizational readiness.
• Maintain readiness of Emergency Coordination Centre (ECC), emergency communication systems, emergency response equipment, and support facilities by ensuring proper manning, competency, functionality, and operational preparedness.
• Support and involve in emergency response leadership and coordination during incidents and crisis situations, establishing effective communication channels, coordinating response teams, and supporting decision-making processes.
• Manage communications with the public, media, and government agencies during crises through the development and execution of crisis communication strategies to protect the Company's reputation and maintain public confidence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant emergency response and crisis management regulations, standards, and permits by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review effective oil spill response and emergency capabilities by coordinating regular drill exercises and assessing emergency response intervention are at highest levels of preparedness and professionalism to safeguard the people, environment, assets, reputation and confidence of the Company’s stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Risk Management, HSE, or Operations within E&P, oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, or high-hazard industries.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in Emergency Response and Crisis Management concepts, including Incident Command System (ICS), emergency organization structures, escalation protocols, and emergency coordination processes.
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and orchestrating large-scale emergency drills/exercises involving multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Broad experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and lessons learned implementation related to operational incidents, emergencies, and high-potential events.
• Certification or formal training in incident investigation methodologies such as Tripod Beta, SCAT, TapRooT, RCA, or equivalent investigation techniques will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making capability, and ability to perform effectively under high-pressure and dynamic emergency situations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with confidence to speak up, challenge ineffective decisions constructively, and influence personnel across all organizational levels.

10. Sr. Geoscientist – as a Third Party
Conduct geological and geophysical (G&G) studies for exploration venture in Indonesia, focusing in regional geology evaluation and prospect maturation.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct basin study and evaluation with focus on exploration block venture via existing technical publication and GIS based mapping software.
• Perform 2D/3D seismic interpretation, horizon and fault mapping, seismic facies and attribute analysis, time mapping, velocity model building, and time-depth conversion.
• Perform well correlation and geological interpretation, integrating available well data such as operational data (mudlog, LWD log, wireline log, well test) and post-well lab analysis such as biostratigraphy, petrography/sedimentology, and geochemical analysis results.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts from Petroleum System Modeling, Advance Quantitative Interpretation, Structural Geology, Sedimentology and Stratigraphy teams. Able to integrate all study and analysis results and established sound geology history.
• Conduct resource and risk assessment using probabilistic volumetric calculation software.
Understand conceptual field development and petroleum economics.
• Conduct prospect maturation and propose drillable prospect candidate and collaborate with other discipline such as petrophysicist, reservoir engineer, and drilling engineer to produce exploration well proposal.
• Familiar with well operation, seismic acquisition, and seismic processing. The candidate shall be able to provide input and suggestion during well drilling operation and data acquisition as well as during seismic acquisition and processing.
• Familiar with play-based exploration concept and workflow.
• Able to operate G&G software for interpretation, mapping, and volumetric calculation.
• Able to work as a team
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree level in Geosciences; Geology, Geophysicist, Physics (earth physics major)
• Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas exploration with at least 6 years experiences as exploration geologist/geophysicist/geoscientist.
