BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.

- Minimum 5 years experience in business development within industry oil and gas.

- Strong analytical, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience handling tenders, contracts, or commercial agreements.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Willing to travel or assigned to project as required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to support business strategies.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Achieve sales targets and support overall company growth objectives.

- Attend meetings, industry events, and client visits when required.

PROJECT MANAGER

Job Requirements :

- Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

- Minimum 10 years experiences in project management within the oil and gas industry.

- Proven experience to manage complex project.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

- Familiar with international engineering standards and codes.

- Strong leadership, ability to manage project team, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage complex project schedules including demonstrated skills to coordinate overseas resources.

- Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

- Fluent communication skills English written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ability to manage as per project cycle to deliver project deliverables safely, on schedule, within budget and acceptable quality.

- HSE compliance to all regulatory, policies and procedures.

- Stakeholder management and communication channelling internal and external.

- Project performance and KPI measurement.

- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Requirements :

- Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

- Minimum 7 years experiences in project management within the oil and gas industry.

- Proven experience to manage complex project.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

- Familiar with international engineering standards and codes.

- Leadership ability to manage project team, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage complex project schedules including demonstrated skills to coordinate overseas resources.

- Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Responsibility

• Develop, maintain project schedules and monitor project progress.

• Perform cost control, budget tracking, and variance analysis.

• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasting.

• Identify schedule and cost risks and propose mitigation plans.

• Support change management, claims analysis, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project Control (Oil & Gas / EPC preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

• Understanding of project lifecycle.

• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Fluent communication skills English written and verbal.

DOCUMENT CONTROL ENGINEER

Job Requirements :

- Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Document Control in Oil and Gas Company, Engineering Company.

- Good ability of the structure of Engineering and Project Documentations, Close-Out Reports, Project Management Methodologies and Techniques, Vendor Data Books, and Tendering Processes.

- Strong abilities to computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)

- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare the Project Data and Document Management procedure, identify relevant company standards, and verify their proper application.

- Manage the distribution of technical documentation and ensure that all technical documentation produced on behalf of the project is in accordance with the project requirements and traceable.

- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company or standards based on project.

- Tracking and report issue and diffuse monthly reports on Document Production Status and the latest revision of the Document List.

- Manage document distribution according to the Project Document Distribution Matrix and ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

COST CONTROL

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Economics.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in cost control or project control.

- Preferable experience in oil and gas, energy or heavy industry.

- Familiar with large-scale project environments.

- Strong understanding of cost control principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Good communication, reporting skills, analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, and cost breakdown structures.

- Monitoring and control to ensure cost control procedures are followed across projects.

- Forecasting and reporting monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost performance reports.

- Coordinate with project, procurement, and contracts teams on cost implications.

- Coordination and compliance with engineering, accounting standards and contracts teams.

PROJECT SUPPORT

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration or project support.

- Prefer in EPC projects within the oil & gas industry is preferred.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project team.

- Good command of English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team.

- Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and minutes meeting.

- Maintain proper project filing systems.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, site engineering, procurement and construction teams.

- Organize project meetings and ensure proper follow-up of action items.

- Ensure all project documentation is properly filed and eaccessible.

- Willing to work and be assigned at the project site.

SITE MANAGER

Job Requirements :

- Minimum a bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum)

- Minimum 7 years experiences in project management within the oil and gas industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction, mechanical, piping, electrical, or commissioning activities in Oil & Gas industry.

- Familiar with HSE standards and project management practices.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Willing to be assigned to project site locations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all site activities to ensure project execution is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

- Coordinate daily operations with project teams and control overall project execution to ensure work is completed according to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications.

- Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and material availability on site.

- Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

- Resolve operational and technical issues occurring during project execution.

- Conduct site meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

- Ensure quality control and implementation of construction and commissioning activities.

FORMALITIES & LOGISTICS

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or formalities preferably oil and gas industry.

- Familiar with oil and gas materials, heavy equipment and project logistics.

- Good knowledge of logistics operations, customs clearance and transportation modes.

- Strong coordinator, communication and problem solving skills.

- Good knowledge of HSE and regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare, compile, and maintain documentation and reporting formalities and documentation in an organized.

- Coordinate ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient delivery to projects/customers, managing transportation, inventory, vendors, and compliance for offshore operations.

- Control logistics costs and support budget monitoring.

- Handle logistics related issues, delays and emergencies.

- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Supplay Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics coordination preferably oil and gas industry.

- Familiar with oil and gas materials, heavy equipment and project logistics.

- Good knowledge of logistics operations, customs clearance and transportation modes.

- Strong coordinator, communication and problem solving skills.

- Good knowledge of HSE and regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop plans, executes, and optimizes the movement of critical materials, equipment, and products across the supply chain.

- Coordinate ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient delivery to projects/customers, managing transportation, inventory, vendors, and compliance for offshore operations.

- Control logistics costs and support budget monitoring.

- Handle logistics related issues, delays and emergencies.

- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
