1. Sr. Marine Officer
Overseeing the safe and efficient mooring, connection, cargo offloading, and unmooring of shuttle or offtake tankers tandem with the FSO. Including managing and ensuring all marine operation permits remain valid and compliant. This role requires advanced ship-handling expertise, in-depth knowledge of dynamic positioning (DP) systems, and a thorough understanding of all related marine operations, while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations and international safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates all the required duties for lifting activities to include but not limited to the activities prior to the arrival, inspects and certifies conditions of tanker, during the mooring/unmooring, loading of crude oil, and after the lifting process.
• Coordinates schedules, permits, licenses, and documentation for cargo transfers, vessels, and marine equipment.
• Serve as the Person in Overall Advisory Control (POAC), providing overall authority and operational oversight for all cargo offloading activities involving shuttle tankers.
• Provide expert guidance and oversee the approach, positioning, and secure connection of the offtake tanker for tandem offloading arrangements.
• Perform immediate and decisive control during any emergency situations arising in offloading operations, such as severe weather, hose failure, or tanker drive-off/drift-off scenarios. Initiate and execute emergency disconnect procedures (EDS) when required to safeguard personnel, assets, and the environment.
• Conduct pre-operation briefings with the FSO crew and the shuttle tanker's crew, covering all procedures, emergency plans, and communication protocols.
• Serve as the primary marine liaison between the FSO and the approaching/offtake tanker, as well as with FSO Radio Operator and traffic control (VTS - Vessel Traffic Service) if applicable
• Continuously monitor and interpret weather forecasts and sea state conditions. Advise the OIM on the operational window and initiate delays or shutdowns if limits are exceeded.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, decrees, and regulations issued by Indonesian authorities, including but not limited to:
- Dirjen Hubla (Directorate General of Sea Transportation): All maritime and shipping regulations.
- SKK Migas (Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities): Specific requirements for crude oil lifting operations.
- Indonesian Port Authority & Harbourmaster: Requirements for the specific offshore field location.
- Ensure all marine operations logs, offloading records, tanker paperwork (including validity of certifications and insurance), and pre-/post-operation checklists are accurately completed and filed.
- Ensure the offtake tanker has all necessary clearances and permits to operate in Indonesian waters.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring all marine operation permits remain valid and compliant
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competency for Deck Officer Class I and Maritime Pilot Class I
• Minimum 5 years experience as Mooring Master
• Valid STCW Master Mariner Certificate
• Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate
• Local Indonesian Pilotage License/Certification may be required or highly advantageous
• Successful completion of mooring/un-mooring operations
• A minimum of 5-10 years of sea-going experience as a Master on Aframax oil tanker is highly desirable.
• Extensive and proven experience as a Mooring Master on an FSO or an Aframax/Larger tanker is essential.
• Deep understanding of vessel hydrodynamics, interaction, and forces involved in close-quarters manoeuvrings.
• Ability to command respect, lead multi-national teams, and make critical decisions under extreme pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills to quickly assess changing situations and implement solutions
2. Stakeholder Management Officer
The Stakeholder Management Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of the Stakeholder Management Plan, including CSR initiatives, engagement sessions, and official/external relations activities. This role ensures effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promotes and enhances the company’s image, and minimizes potential social disturbances to operations. This position also supports the execution of country strategies and initiatives, contributing to the Company’s sustainable business growth and community development.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement the Stakeholder Management Program in line with company strategies and approved Work Program & Budget.
• Oversee and monitor CSR initiatives (infrastructure, education, public health, socio-economic, environment, culture).
• Conduct engagement programs with host authorities, industry partners, and local government.
• Liaise with SKK MIGAS and relevant authorities to address community grievances in accordance with the grievance mechanism procedure.
• Execute and monitor Country Stakeholder Strategies & Initiatives, providing strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, NGOs, PSCs, industry partners, and communities.
• Ensure compliance with company’s governance, COBE, and HSE policies.
• Drive leadership and capability development within the team, fostering integrity, ownership, and operational excellence.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Stakeholder Management or Government Relations, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prior work experience in East Java area will be considered an additional advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written & spoken.
• Knowledge of Social Impact Management programs, socio-cultural and socio-economic issues, and E&P business operations.
• Team-oriented, service-minded, and emotionally resilient, with the ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3. Electrical Technician – as a Third Party
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, commissioning, and repair of electrical systems and equipment—particularly Solar Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) packages, power distribution, and motor drive systems—to support safe, reliable, and cost effective operations of the Company’s offshore oil and gas production facilities, in accordance with the highest technical and HSE standards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment in accordance with approved procedures, OEM recommendations, and statutory requirements.
• Execute maintenance and troubleshooting on Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems, including motors, MCCs, switchboards, lighting, UPS, battery systems, and LV distribution panels.
• Perform electrical maintenance activities on Medium Voltage (MV) systems—including transformers and MV switchgear in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Support operation, inspection, and routine electrical maintenance of Solar Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) packages, including generators, excitation systems, protection relays, synchronising panels, and GTG auxiliary electrical systems, in coordination with Mechanical, Instrument, and OEM/vendor teams.
• Carry out first line troubleshooting of Solar GTG electrical faults, alarms, and trips, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions in conjunction with discipline engineers and vendors.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Variable Speed Drives (VSD) associated with production equipment, including ESP pump systems, covering drive panels, power electronics, control interfaces, and protection circuits.
• Support electrical aspects of ESP pump systems, including motor feeders, transformers, VSD supplies, insulation resistance testing, cable systems, and fault investigation in coordination with operations and vendors.
• Assist in installation, dismantling, assembly, commissioning, testing, and functional checks of electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, circuit breakers, protection systems, and electrical panels.
• Coordinate and monitor electrical installation and modification works performed by contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for electrical maintenance activities in compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures; review subcontractors’ JSA submissions and provide technical and safety guidance.
• Provide electrical support during offshore shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning, and start up activities.
• Prepare tools, materials, spare parts, and detailed task lists for routine maintenance and shutdown execution.
• Initiate, execute, and close maintenance work orders in CMMS (SAP), ensuring timely and accurate reporting of faults, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, testing, inspection, and equipment history records in CMMS.
• Participate in safety audits, inspections, toolbox talks, and continuous HSE improvement initiatives.
• Participate as required in offshore emergency response activities in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan.
• Work closely with offshore operations, maintenance teams, subcontractors, and OEM/vendors to execute work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Polytechnic preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of hands on experience as an Electrical Technician in offshore oil & gas, petrochemical, or related process industries.
• Strong working knowledge of HSE Management Systems and Permit to Work (PTW) practices in offshore oil & gas operations.
• Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of LV electrical systems and industrial power distribution.
• Exposure to MV electrical systems, transformers, and switchgear maintenance.
• Hands on experience supporting Solar Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) electrical systems or working alongside OEM/vendor GTG maintenance teams.
• Experience with VSD driven equipment, preferably for ESP pump applications.
• Hands on experience using CMMS (SAP preferred) for maintenance execution and reporting.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with a systematic, safety focused approach.
• Ability to work under offshore rotational schedules and challenging operating conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore team.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership of tasks, and consistent commitment to safe operations.
Certification & Competency Advantages (Highly Preferred)
• Hazardous area training/certification.
• OEM or vendor training related to Solar Gas Turbine Generator electrical systems.
• OEM or vendor training for VSD and ESP electrical systems.
• Training or certification in electrical protection systems, synchronisation, or power generation systems.
• Certified Low and Medium Voltage either from LSP BNSP standard or from DJK (Dirjen Ketenagalistrikan).
