We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.

We are looking for qualified candidates for the position below:

Tender Supervisor

Jobs description:

• Act as Person in Charge (PIC) of the Tender Department, providing leadership and direction to tender staff in the preparation and submission of tender documentation .

• Coordinate closely with relevant departments to obtain the information required for tender submission preparation and attend tender meetings and provide the Board of Directors with such information as may be requested, in a timely and accurate manner.

• Support the review, negotiation and administration of contracts and commercial agreements.

• Monitor contract performance, renewal schedules, amandment and compliance requirement.

• Ensure all contract documentation is properly filed, organized, and maintained.

• Serve as one of the company's principal points of contact with clients on contractual, and operational matters also maintain strong professional relationships with clients in support of sustained business partnerships and successful contract execution.

• Monitor and evaluate developments in applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting procurement and tendering activities within the oil and gas sector, and advise management accordingly on resulting compliance obligations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Management or a related discipline.

• 6 - 10 years experiences in handling tender, bidding, contract administration, commercial or business development roles in Energy, Geothermal, Oil & Gas, Drilling industry is a must. Have experience specifically on Rig Contractor will be an advantage.

• Have a supervisory role experience is preferable.

• Mastering to handle tender and having training related to PTK 007 is preferable.

• Understand the best practice on Oil & Gas industry national / government regulation.

• Good knowledge on contractual risk management and contract administration.

• Experience with electronic procurement (e-procurement) and vendor management systems is an advantage.

• Proactive, positive attitude, and great communication & negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
