SUPERVISOR JIG PLANT - 926408

 Some of your duties will include:

• Efficient and effective organization and management in the JWP (Jig Wash Plant) shift working area

• Lead and organize JWP shift working operators to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in good quality work and people performance;

• Shutdown the JWP operation if condition is identified unsafe or environmentally unsound, the condition must be reported to the CHPP Senior Supervisor.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior High School and having minimum 5 years experiences in mining industry in fixed plant operational

• Good leadership skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; proactive; able to work in under pressure

PLANNER PLANT - 926407

 Some of your duties will include:

• Ensure time sheet plant manpower recorded and summited correctly and timelines.

• To ensure planning department goals are achieved in component Management.

• Review, update and correct all component backlog work orders in JDE for your designated machines.

• Ensuring all authorized components has a work order raised with an appropriate planned date (Schedule Start Date).

• Liaise with stores where planned dates need to be adjusted when components are not available. Highlighting to your supervisor any detrimental effects this will have on the component.

• As required offer feedback to senior planning supervisor when planning and condition monitoring systems are not working for your equipment.

• As required provides the workshop planners component information they may require for their area.

• Ensure all component requirements are updated, forecast 3 month component plan can be completed the last week in every month base on standard form and updated biweekly.

• Ensure Plant asset Register is up to date

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree in mechanical engineering or Thiess apprentice or extensive crane related experience; requires a minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar role as Planner Component in maintenance and planning in the mining industry; familiar with Heavy Equipment’s and have working knowledge of mining equipment components and experience in safe work practices; have skills in planning component methods, principles and technique; have a good analysis and reporting skills;

• Good communication in English as well Bahasa; computer literate; high initiative, performance driven; good planning skill with capability of managing relationship and develop others;  able to communicate to all level (internal/external), proactive; able to work in under pressure.

OFFICER PURCHASING – 926406

• To assist Supervisor Purchasing in ordering spare part and material related with project and plant requirement as per TCI warehouse system/procedure.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Having Minimum 3 years' experience in Purchasing and Warehouse.

• Knowledge about spare part and material, Warehouse, Purchasing and Inventory System.

• Good interpersonal skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; strong customer focus, target oriented; proactive; able to work in under pressure.

PLANNER FIXED PLANT - 926404

 Some of your duties will include:

• Completing all assigned maintenance planning task and Proactive contribute to efficient and effective organization and management plant department to achieved standard  KPI/ MA  for washed plant and port plant and general Fixed Plant responsible associated.

• Communicate openly and honestly at all times with CHPP operation, other section in Fixed Plant and other department relations

• Coordination with supervisor in order all outstanding jobs is execute, collected and registered into system (Closing job properly)

• Ensure daily input SMU into system, raise daily breakdown plant report and other duty in charge from other hand over.

• Maintain / manage and monitoring  PM Schedule, component change out schedule at the system, coordination with all level while ordering component/spare part.

• Provide spare part  as required planning job and support spare parts for breakdown job.

• Monitor and maintain stock inventory in order to guarantee plant running smoothly even electrical in senakin mine and Manage critical / routable component.

• Maintain all data relating to the Fixed plant required.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum mechanical high technical school;  Tertiary qualification maintenance management is desirable.

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles in Fixed Plant.

• Good communication in English as well Bahasa; computer literate; high initiative, performance driven; good planning skill with capability of managing relationship and develop others;  able to communicate to all level (internal/external), proactive; able to work in under pressure.

• Familiar with catalogue, spare parts and drawing machine                                                                                 

• Familiar with schematic and technical drawing.  

SENIOR SUPERVISOR FIXED PLANT - 926403

 Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for day to day maintenance activities (east and west Senakin), establish high performance for Health, safety and environmental, coordinating and implemented preventative maintenance initiatives & activities so that production targets can be achieved

• To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the Maintenance project to deliver a product which meets the required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the client and the Company

• Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and HSE&Q outcomes

• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times & communicate openly and honestly at all times

What skills and experience do you need?

• Min. Technical High School, with minimum 5 year experience in the mining industry in similar position at Fixed Plant/CHPP.

• Have experience on subcontractor and employee supervision, and Quality Control;

• Have strong leadership skill; good communication skills in English for both written and verbal; good organization skills ; and, computer literate.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR MECHANIC - 926402

 Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for organization and management of all Mechanical repairs for Senakin Project

• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding  breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs

• Ensure the accurate completion of daily breakdown reports, supervisors shift report, PCR’s for review by senior supervisors before end of shift every day.  Ensure accurate breakdown hour information  is provided

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures.

• Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shut days.

• Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this includes operator abuse.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum Senior high School with 8 year experience in mechanical repair and supervision   in the mining industry. Planning of mechanical repair. Familiar with Heavy equipment’s : Dozer (Caterpillar / Komatsu), Excavator (HiItachi/Komatsu/Liebher), Sandvick Drills, Dump Truck (Caterpillar).

• Be able to communicate well. Be able to disciple people; Logical thinking; People handling skill diagnostic skills in all aspects of mechanical repairs; HE Mechanic experience on  all equipment.

SUPERVISOR PLANNING (PLANT) - 926401

 Some of your duties will include:

• This position is responsible for completing all assigned maintenance planning tasks including safety performance, scheduled monitoring and reporting, coordinating personnel, spare parts and performance of wash plant and Product Load Out (utility & availability)

• Ensure maintenance department goals are achieved.

• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between planning workshops supervisors on issues both short & long term planning for all equipment.

• Accurate completion of long term plans. Review monthly.

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required.

• Facilitate and create short term shutdown plans with Supervisor’s.

• Co-ordinate flow and record actions to Oil Analysis  reports and temperature check list report

• Review known work book entries and monitor progress, develop and maintain systems for the recording of work scheduled and carried out on equipment at the Plant

• Ensure Plant Register is kept up to date.

• Provide Daily work orders for Mechanic.

• Provide weekly Plant servicing schedule.

• Ensure all downtime comments are modified to reflect actual delays after Daily review meeting.

• Create long term planning for spare part requirements

SENIOR SUPERVISOR CONTRACT - 926160

 Some of your duties will include:

• To manage contract functions, supervise and manage a group of Contract Specialists, coordinate contracts administration activities for tender and awarding process, respond to contract performance issues, contribute to Thiess corporate objectives

• Manage and responsible for supervising a group of Contract Specialist in performing daily activities/job tasks, achieving team goals and meet the objectives

• Reviewing tender and contract documents to ensure the necessary term and conditions are all incorporated.

• Analysing all required analysis to ensure it is the most favourable option to the Company.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, Civil, Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering with 3-4 years' experience in contract related In Procurement Contract area; must have skill in Supply Chain Contracts Management; knowledge of tendering process, business contract drafting, purchasing experience

• Knowledge of Tendering process, Business Contract Drafting, Purchasing Experiences, Negotiation and Communication Skills. Will attend a lot of face to face meetings with Vendors, end users and also within internal Supply Chain

SPECIALIST TRAINING MINING (Fixed Term Contract) - 926335

 Some of your duties will include:

• To train and assess TCI mining operations personnel in all aspects of mining operations in order to achieve maximum productivity with a high focus on safety. This will include delivery of mining operations operator, mining L/H, mining trainer and supervisor training and assessment;

• Provide Heavy equipment training such as: Excavator, Bulldozer, Truck, Grader, compactor and other support equipment in construction business for Thiess personnel in order to increase the productivity, maintenance and improve personnel's capability. Including delivering effective theoretical & Practical training in accordance with Thiess standard;

• Assist in the design of training material which is relevant to used competency standards;

• Conduct assessment activities in accordance with TCI TMS and relevant Australian competency standards

• Develop the skills proficiency of workplace trainers and assessors

• Actively involved in maintain and monitor of training equipment used for training activities and provide report to superiors when noncompliance found;

• Provide accurate report and feedback of training activities to site supervision and TCI Training & Development supervisors in order to keep the alignment systems between Training & Development and sites and assist in database improvement.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Minimum graduated from Senior High School/ vocational school or similar with minimum of 10 years’ experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a HE Operator; 3-5 years’ experience as a mining operations trainer and or supervisor; familiar with Heavy earth moving equipment operator codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; Highway truck codes; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP Certification;

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal); facilitation skills; presentation skills; have self-confident, familiar with work in under pressure and computer literacy;

PARAMEDIC - 926409

Some of your duties will include:

• Develop and Implement Occupational Health at Site;

• Providing medical Info for safety talk and notice board;

• Monitoring and following up injury management, Rehabilitation and Hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management;

• Providing medical evacuation drill, Involving First Aid and Emergency Rescue Team; Conducting Training on medical first response and rescue to all team members;

• Improving internal site medical first response and rescue team competency, oversee preparation of emergency response facilities and team;

• Facilitating implementation of the project health and safety improvement plan.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Nursing Academy; Minimum 2 years as First Aider; Training in fire & Rescue; BLS and ATLS; Hyperkes training. Have competency and skill based on emergency response specific case; Understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities, OHS Regulations Statutory regulations.

• The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong communication both of external and internal; proactive, initiative & innovative.
