Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian–English interpretation and translation for technical discussions, meetings, and field activities.
• Support the compilation of safety, environmental, and technical project information.

Position Summary
The Chief of Mines (KTT) is the highest technical authority on site, responsible for safe, efficient, and compliant Nickel mining operations. Must ensure compliance with Indonesian mining laws and international reporting codes (KCMI & JORC).
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all mining operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Act as legally appointed KTT in accordance with Indonesian law.
• Supervise mine planning, geology, processing, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure reserves and resources comply with KCMI and JORC standards.
• Approve technical reports and mine plans for submission to authorities.
• Manage risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response.
• Serve as liaison with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop technical and operational teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Certified mining professional with minimum requirement as POM registered with PERHAPI, legally recognized as KTT. POU is a major advantage.
• 10–15 years mining experience, with 5+ in leadership.
• Strong experience in Nickel operations, open-pit and processing.
• Knowledge of KCMI and JORC standards compliance.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and supervise detailed geological mapping, sampling, and logging in Nickel deposits.
• Plan, implement, and monitor drilling campaigns with strict QA/QC protocols.
• Compile, validate, and interpret geological data for use in 3D models.
• Perform resource estimations in accordance with JORC/NI 43-101 or equivalent standards.
