1.  PROJECT MANAGER

1. Developing project plans and schedules for mining activities as per the set targets from Management

2.  Ensuring  the execution of mining operations and ensuring are completed on time and within budget and productivity targets Mining equipment's unit availability PA/MA/UA/EU

4. Coordinating and managing the activities of mining teams, including engineers, geologists, and Mana Power-HRD.

5. Assessing and managing risks associated with mining operations -loss opportunity, loss production, accidents,

6. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to mining activities

7.   Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect  Employees as per ESDM 1827/2018 and the environment.

8. Hands on SMKP. ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001 with current version

9. Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for potential mining project- Good Mining Practice.

10. Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, including reporting on project status and progress

11. Negotiating contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other service providers

12. Keeping up-to-date with latest mining technologies (GMP) and industry trends for Productivity enhancement.

Qualification

2. S-1 in Mining Engineering or related field from UPN Preferred.

2. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Short term & long-term mine planning within the coal mining industry. Having short and mid-term mine planning is preferably.

3. Strong proficiency in mine planning software such as MineScape.

4. Solid understanding of economic, environmental, and regulatory aspects of coal mining.

5. Male with age 40-45

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively.

8. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

9. Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills.

10. Expertise in project management techniques and tools.

2.  PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description

1. Supervise and coordinate daily mining production activities to ensure that production targets are met in coal Mining operation in Berau, East Kalimantan

2. Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to maximize production levels and minimize costs consisting of 2-Pits and 7-Fleets each

3. Monitor and inspect equipment, operations, and production processes to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

4. Implement latest technologies, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity, cycle time, Ritase, Equipment utility in full min 90%

5. Monitor and analyze production reports and data to identify areas of improvement on time loss.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions for production needs.

7. Estimate labor, materials, Equipment's and other costs associated with production; prepare cost reports for management.

8. Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to foster a safe and productive work environment.

Job Description

Coal Mining Engineering Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient execution of engineering operations within the coal mining project. Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and optimizing short-term, medium-term, and long-term mine plans, focusing on operational efficiency and maximizing resource recovery.

2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including geology, production, and engineering, to ensure the mine plan aligns with business goals.

3. Conducting regular assessments and adjustments to mine plans to address changing conditions and improve productivity.

* Strong knowledge of mining software (e.g., Surpac, Minex, Minescape) and engineering principles.

4.  DRILL BLAST SUPERINTENDENT

6. MINE SURVEYOR SUPERVISOR

Mine Surveyor Duties and Responsibilities

Mine Surveyors are responsible for surveying and mapping mines on the surface.

1. Leading team of Surveyors -Team Conducting surveys to identify and map mine locations

2. Using modern surveying technology, Total Station GPS-RTK  and GIS, Use of Drone to collect and analyze data for Coal Mining operation at all areas including

3. Developing and maintaining detailed maps and plans of the mine and onward feedback to Mine Plan Engineering team instantly.

4. Assessing the potential safety risks and geological factors of mining locations while working at all mining locations.

5. Monitoring mine development and progress on daily basis, up keeping all Survey equipment's.

6. Providing data for mine feasibility studies and excavation plans using Drone for Topography, Mine stability use of Minescape, Spary, Surpac to respective teams at site & Head office.

7. Coordinating with engineers and geologists, Mine Plan to plan and execute mining operations & Geological module.

8. Analyze survey data and prepare comprehensive reports for project   planning and implementation

9.  Monitor and check the progress of mining operations to ensure    adherence to mine design specifications.

10. Provide technical guidance to engineers and project managers on surveying-related matters

11. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on surveying activities

12. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.

Mining Surveyor Qualifications & Skills

1. S-1 Geodesic Engineering, Geomatics, or related field

2. Professional certification -like Juru Ukur  or licensure in surveying

3. Extensive experience in coal mining surveying

4. Proficiency in using surveying software Minescape, Surpac, spay   technology using GPS-RTK  and GIS, Use of Drone to collect. Equipment Sokkia Preferred.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and leading team

6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the mining industry

8. Ability to work in challenging and remote environments

9. Experience with GIS systems and spatial data management

10. Minimum of 10 years' experience in surveying, preferably within the coal mining sector

7. DRILL BLAST FOREMAN

The Blasting Engineer is responsible for planning, and executing efficient and safe blasting operations in coal mining. This role involves optimizing blast patterns, charge placements, and timing sequences to maximize coal extraction and rock fragmentation while minimizing environmental impacts and safety risks. The Blasting Engineer ensures compliance with regulatory standards, monitors blast performance, and continually improves blasting efficiency through data analysis. They work closely with cross-functional teams, manage explosives, and provide leadership and training to staff on safe blasting practices.

Job Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, or a related field with a focus on explosives and blasting techniques.

2. Having certificates of POP and KJL (Kartu Juru Ledak) under BSN/ESDM authorized.

3. Having be qualified to apply KIM

4. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in blasting operations, preferably in a coal mining environment.

5. Mine software (Minescape, Minex, Xpac; AutoCad etc)

8. MINE PLAN SUPERINTENDENT

SPI-  Mine Plan Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of comprehensive mine plans to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective coal extraction. This role involves creating both short-term and long-term mine designs, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The Senior Mine Plan Engineer works closely with geologists, surveyors, and operations teams to maximize resource recovery, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs. They also provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and actively contribute to continuous improvement in mining operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering

2. At least 8-10  years of working experience in Mine Plan Engineering, with minimum 5 years in mine operation (Coal Mining)

3. Proficient of operating mine planning and scheduling software such as Minescape, Minex, and Xpac; and survey software is a plus (Auto Cad, Talpac and Terramodel)

4. Capable in mine blasting plan and operation

5. Good understanding about coal geology and geotech

6. Good understanding of wide range mining equipment application

7. Possess outstanding leadership skills, highly motivated, hard working under pressures and good team work

8. Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9. MINE PLAN SUPERVISOR  SHORT TERM

The Coal Mining Mine Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily mining operations to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role includes managing team of operators, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that mining activities adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements. The Mine Supervisor plays a critical role in promoting a safe, efficient, and productive working environment, contributing to the smooth running of the mining operations and maintaining high standards in safety and environmental stewardship.

1. Melakukan peninjauan lapangan setiap hari guna mengontrol pelaksanaan  penambangan agar sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah dibuat dan memberikan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan dengan tingkat kompleksitas rendah apabila diperlukan.

2.      Mengontrol  : pembentukan crest-toe, kemiringan jenjang (bench), kemiringan ramp tidak melebihi grade yang ditentukan, pembuatan sump, elevasi dari bench, penempatan alat, tinggi galian alat gali,  drainage pit, dan jarak buang ke disposal.

3.       Mengontrol productivity  dan cycle time alat.

4.       Mengontrol area rencana pengeboran dan peledakan agar tetap sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah dibuat.

5.       Mengontrol ketersediaan (availability) alat berat di tambang agar sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah dibuat.

6.        Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak Short Term Plan Supervisor / Spv Mine Plan, Operation, Drill and Blast dan Plant jika terdapat pelaksanaan penambangan yang menyimpang dari rencana semula sesuai dengan job description masing-masing.

7.       Mengontrol pekerjaan pendukung penambangan lainnya.

8.       Memastikan cara pengambilan data serta penentuan area pengamatan sudah dilakukan dengan benar dan sesuai prosedur oleh Tim.

9.       Memastikan pengambilan data dilakukan secara berkala sesuai dengan kebutuhan (minimal seminggu sekali).

10.   Menghimpun data progres penambangan (pit/disposal) dan ketersediaan unit untuk disampaikan kepada short term mine plan Supervisor / Spv Mine Plan.

1.  Mine engineering plans, including design, scheduling, and production optimization.

2. Managing and supervising daily mining operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

3. Conducting technical assessments and feasibility studies for new and existing projects.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

5. Implementing best practices in mine planning, equipment utilization, and infrastructure development.
