MANAGER SOCIAL PERFORMANCE AND LAND ACQUISITION

JOB ROLES

• Manage to develop social investment and social performance planning and strategy, initiatives and programs through monitoring and analyzing social program/community development need and risk assessment.

• Manage to fulfill the requirement of international standards in social aspect and/or non-technical aspects adherence the International Finance Corporation (IFC) PS.

• Manage to implement and integrate social and community development initiatives and programs determined in Work Program & Budget; evaluate the initiatives and programs progress which include their impact to Company reputation and image, local stakeholders response and engagement management and local community.

• Manage land acquisition planning, strategy and implementation to obtain clearance and rights-of-way for Abadi project needs.

• Manage to create and maintain good relationship with relevant authorities in National, Regional and Regency level.

• Manage partnership management with local stakeholders such as local Governments’ key person(s), local university, local foundations, other local institutions and local community organization.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Social Science or any other discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of experience and having experience in oil and gas industry.  

• Understood upstream oil and gas business process.

• Speak and write English fluently.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and superior planning and organization skills.

• Having experience/exposure in the IFC PS compliance works is a plus.

• Having experience/ exposure in the Land Acquisition process is a plus.

• Having an experience in East Indonesia or Maluku is a plus

LEAD PERMITTING & FORMALITIES

JOB ROLES

• Develop permit and formalities strategy including identification and analysis.

• Develop prepare lists of permits, licenses and certification needs based on Government and SKK Migas rules and regulations.

• Manage the deliverables of the preparation and application of permit and license to the government authority and other institutions for Inpex Masela Ltd to operate and ensure all permits are endorsed by the Authorities within the timelines.

• Ensuring that the permits have been completed and the project activities comply with the prevailing rules and regulations.

• Lead and provide support project  and integration team as the main focal point (PIC) for permitting matter and conduct periodical meeting.

• Provide permit monitoring, periodic report & government license, and regulation assessment related to Permit and License requirements.

• Develop, maintain and building a good communication with Government, SKK Migas and other specific institutions related to permits, licenses, and certifications issues.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 12 years of experience and having experience in oil and gas industry.

• Mastering/ familiar with regulatory system, permitting and formalities in oil and gas industry

• Understood upstream oil and gas business process.

• Speak and write English fluently

• Possess computer skill, mastery in Microsoft power point (preparation as well as presentation skill).

SENIOR SPECIALIST EXTERNAL RELATION

JOB ROLES

• Provide recommendations and advance expertise in handling and dealing with all non-technical issues which are related to National and local governments and other stakeholders and to provide solutions to the raised non-technical issues.

• Initiate the interface between Project and Government of Indonesia (GOI), including relationship with SKK Migas.

• Develop and implement project level external stakeholder engagement database/management system.

• Initiate in developing, coordinating and maintaining external relations matter to support the project.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience and having experience in oil and gas industry.

• Speak and understood English language, written and speaking.

• Understood upstream oil and gas business process.

• Having an experience in East Indonesia or Maluku is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

SENIOR SPECIALIST EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & MEDIA RELATIONS

JOB ROLES

• Conduct external communication initiatives and program, promotion collateral, corporate image campaign.

• Monitor, review and conduct media and social media relations initiatives and programs to increase, promote and maintain INPEX Indonesia reputation.

• Monitor, review and analyze news, issues and other information related to Company activities in  mainstream media as well as social media

• Provide recommendations and conduct media relations/engagement management as well as initiate and conduct social media engagement.

• Maintain good relationship with key person; in order to ensure Public support to INPEX Indonesia activities.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree Communication, Journalism, or any other discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience and having experience in oil and gas industry.

• Speak and write English fluently.

• Understood upstream oil and gas business process.

• Having an experience in East Indonesia or Maluku is a plus

• Familiar with social media

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

SPECIALIST STAKEHOLDER ANALYST & REPORTING

JOB ROLES

• Conduct review and analyze Indonesia socio-political-economic landscape.

• Conduct stakeholder mapping and identification and analyze stakeholders concerns related to Inpex Masela project activity.

• Develop stakeholder database, monitor and updated regularly.

• Prepare reporting.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Social or Economics Sciences or any other disciplines.

• 5-10 years of experiences.

• Speak and write English fluently.

• Understood upstream oil and gas business process.

• Possess computer skill, mastery in Microsoft power point (preparation as well as presentation skill).

SPECIALIST LAND ACQUISITION

JOB ROLES

• Work closely with Project team & Social Performance & Land Acquisition team support develop plans & program on aspects of Land Acquisition process.

• Conduct assessment, analysis on regulatory aspect (Law, Government Regulation, Local Government Regulation) summarizing analysis & review to support project activity.

• Conduct preparatory work implementation of Land Acquisition program including administrative tasks.

• Able to fulfill the obligations as required in the permit approval.

• Create and maintain good relationship with relevant authorities in National, Regional and Regency level.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree, majoring in any relevant disciplines.

• 5-10 years of experience and having experience in oil & gas industry.

• Understood upstream oil and gas business process.

• Speak & write English fluently.

• Good in power point presentation (preparation as well as presentation skill).

• Having experience/ exposure/ familiar with the Land Acquisition process.

• Having an experience in East Indonesia or Maluku is a plus.
