We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

1. Requested Position/Job title: SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Minimum Education Level Required: Diploma from related Technical Academy

Minimum Working Experience: Min. 5 years in similar position or similar field

Duration Contract: 12 months

Work Location: Karimun

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION

• Preferably police or military background;

• At least 5 years security operation management and leadership in the oil and gas or minerals sector;

• Gada Utama certification;

• ISPS PFSO/SSO/CSO training beneficial;

• Thorough understanding of security risk management and industry best practice;

• Strong written and spoken English;

• Competent in the use of Microsoft programs and tools;

• Strong leadership skills with a team orientated mindset.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Constantly monitor the national and local security environment in support of the security threat and risk assessment process;

• Carry out regular liaison and network building activity with local police and military stakeholders;

• Implement Saipem security Standard Operating Procedures;

• Monitor and review security operation compliance and performance;

• Leadership and management of the security subcontractor and security operation;

• Coordinate security emergency response actions;

• Carry out regular security emergency response test drills and exercises;

• Deliver security awareness training and inductions to staff, visitors and subcontractors;

• Provide regular, timely and accurate reports;

• Carry out security incident investigations and reporting.

2. Requested Position/Job title: METHODS / CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Minimum Education Level Required: University Graduate on related Technical Major

Minimum Working Experience: Min. 5 years in similar position or similar field

Duration Contract: 12 months

Work Location: Karimun

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION

• Ability to read drawings and plan

• Planning, use Critical Path Method / CPM

• Knowledge of equipment (cranes, concrete form panels, etc.)

• Strong written and spoken English

• At least 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas sector

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Prepare the fabrication plan and identifies the planning issues in term of field critical operations

• Define the erection method / construction sequence / method statement / layout construction area for fabrication activities.

• Prepare the method procedure and define the tools and equipment for Heavy land transportation activities by using the SPMT

• Prepare the method procedure and define the tools and equipment for Heavy Lift, Roll-up activities

• Prepare the method procedure and define the tools and equipment for Loadout of the module activities

• Participate to prepare HSE plan, hazard identification and risk assessment for every critical operation like Heavy lifts, Roll-ups, Weighing and Load-out.

3. Requested Position/Job title: STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Minimum Education Level Required: University Graduate on related Technical Major

Minimum Working Experience: Min. 5 years in similar position or similar field

Duration Contract: 12 months

Work Location: Karimun

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION

• Basic knowledge of structural engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to define technical documents set based on project quantities and scope of work. Capability to perform and coordinate project engineering documents productions activities and to check and review design documents, prepare either internally or by vendors.

• Capability to write comprehensive technical reports with clear indication of basic data, assumptions, limitations, references, tracing of calculation, summary and conclusion.

• Deep knowledge on using SACS software. Able to develop SACS model of all type of offshore structure including but not limited to geometry, boundary conditions, materials, marine growth and corrosion, added mass, loads (gravity, environmental, live loads, etc), and other offshore specific parameters.

• Basic knowledge of main international structural standards, codes, and regulations. Capability to analyze dedicated project requirements in terms of local standards and codes and to identify proper implementation actions.

• Capability to predict and understand the static and dynamic behavior of complex steel structures typical of the offshore industry. Able to propose proper action or modification to the structure being analyzed in order to improve or optimize the structure.

• Basic knowledge of the key issues related to yard fabrication and erection activities, load out, sea transport and offshore installation of jackets, decks, modules and offshore buildings.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Perform the module structural analysis and procedure for lifting activities

• Perform the module structural analysis and procedure for land transportation activities (by SPMT)

• Perform the structural analysis for any kind of fabricated tools and items that are used during fabrication activities.
