A group of  Mining Companies with unit business mining and cement industry looking for candidates  for some positions to be placed in Central Java, with the following requirements:

LOGISTIC  MANAGER

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience preferable in Cement industry

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and team management skills.

• Fluently speaking, reading, and writing in English

• Education: minimum of a Bachelor’s degree Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understand logistics companies and goods distribution channels by truck

• Responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation, and shipping of goods

• Proficiency in ERP Program (SAP) and Microsoft programs

QUARRY MANAGER

Requirements:

• Working Experience  : 10 Years, in Mining Operation, preferably have experience in quarry for cement industry.

• Minimum Education : S1 Mining Engineering

• Strong communication skills, preferably in  English.

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Skills :

• Able to coordinate mining operations oriented to work safety and efficient productivity

• Have POP, POU and POM certification

• Having knowledge of fleet management system

• able to analyze mining activities and make periodic reports

• analyze the achievement of production and efficient operating costs

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER (GM Level)

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience preferable in Cement industry

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, analytic skills, interpersonal skills, and team management skills.

• Fluently speaking, reading, and writing in English

• Education: minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing and Finance, Business Administration options or equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Progressively responsible experience as a senior finance manager and as a accounting manager.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of professional accounting principles, theories, practices, and an ability to understand accounting practices and procedures; to analyze data,  reports, and workload flow charts, etc.;

• Proficiency in ERP Program (SAP) and Microsoft programs, and the ability to use various commercially available accounting software programs.

• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts

• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed

• Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested

MECHANICAL  SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Working Experience  : 10 Years, in Area As electrical coordinator, supervisor in heavy industry or plant.

• Minimum Education : S1 Mechanical Engineering

• Strong communication skills, preferably in Chinese or English.

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of cement machinery and their applications in the plant.

• Strong understanding of plant and building services, including design principles, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.

• Ability to review design drawings and discuss alternatives, if necessary, with   mechanical designers.

• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at construction site and carry out toolbox talks when necessary.

• Ability to manage ad supervise other personal, sub-contractors, tradesmen, etc.

• Ability to generate project documentations

• Familiar with mechanical standard

QUALITY CONTROL  SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Working Experience : Min 6 years QC working environment in Cement Plant

• Education :  S1/D3 Chemistry, Chemical Engineering.

• Familiar with SNI standard and other international standards eg; ASTM, EN.

• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at cement plant and carry out toolbox talks when necessary.

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of quality objective and process in cement plant.

• Strong understanding about quality inspection of cement.

• Ability to manage and supervise other personal.

• Strong communication skills, preferably in English.

• Familiar with SNI standard and other international standards eg; ASTM, EN.

CEMENT MILL & PACKER SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Working Experience: Min 6 years as Production in Cement plant.

• Education:  D3/S1 Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Good Communication Skill and leadership.

• Professional Certification would be advantage.

• Familiar with SNI standard for cement process.

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge and familiar with cement process since raw meal, pyro process and cement.

• Strong knowledge and familiar about the parameter in process operation cement plant.

• Strong solving problem in process of cement plant.

• Strong understanding of plant, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.

• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at cement plant and carry out toolbox talks when necessary.

• Ability to manage and supervise other personal.

• Strong communication skills, preferably in English.

• Familiar with SNI standard for cement process.

KILN & COAL MILL SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Working experience: Min 6 years as Production in Cement plant.

• Education :  D3/S1 Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Good Communication Skill and leadership.

• Professional Certification would be advantage.

• Familiar with SNI standard for cement process.

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

 Skills:

• Strong knowledge and familiar with cement process since raw meal, pyro process and cement.

• Strong knowledge and familiar about the parameter in process operation cement plant.

• Strong solving problem in process of cement plant.

• Strong understanding of plant, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.

RAW MILL & CRUSHER SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Working Experience: Min 6 years as Production in Cement plant.

• Education:  D3/S1 Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Good Communication Skill and leadership.

• Professional Certification would be advantage.

• Ability work as teamwork.

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and familiar with cement process since raw meal, pyro process and cement.

• Strong knowledge and familiar about the parameter in process operation cement plant.

• Strong solving problem in process of cement plant.

• Strong understanding of plant, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.

PRODUCTION PLANNING  SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Working Experience : Min 6 years PPIC Experience in Cement Plant

• Education        :  S1/D3 Industrial , Chemical Engineering.

• Familiar with MS Office and ERP System

• Familiar with SNI standard and other international standards for cement quality.

• Professional Certification would be advantage

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of quality objective and process in cement plant.

• Strong knowledge and familiar with cement flow of process from quarry, raw mill, pyro process, Cement mill until packing plant.

• Strong understanding of stock balance measurement , calculation , reporting, compling and problem solving.

• Ability to manage and supervise other personal.

• Strong communication skills, preferably in English.

PREVENTIVE & PREDICTIVE  SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Working Experience: Min 6 years as Maintenance Section Head or Planner Head  in Cement plant.

• Education:  D3/S1 Chemical, Mechanical Engineering.

• Good Communication Skill Preferebly in English and leadership.

• Professional Certification would be advantage.

• Willing to work in Semarang/Grobogan.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of cement machinery and their applications in the plant.

• Strong understanding of plant, inspection, test plans, risk assesments, commissioning and  Hand over requirement.

• Strong understanding and implementation of maintenance concept in cement plant (preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance)

• Strong knowledge and familiar with cement process since raw meal, pyro process and cement.

• Strong knowledge and familiar about the parameter in process operation cement plant.

• Familiar with RCA (root cause analysis) method to solving the problem for predictive maintenance

• Ability to manage and supervise other personal.
