QUALIFICATION :
• S1 degree with technical major is advantageous
• Minimum 3 year experience working in a business organization with 20 or larger employees
• Has strong Microsoft office software application skill
• Has strong communication skills verbally and in writing for both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experienced in the coordination and administration of communication protocol and approval request between company's regional offices
• Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with other functional groups to support the delivery of business objective
• Proven ability to work at a high level in diverse cultures and work environments
• Experienced in and has the skills for interaction/communication with government officials/agencies
SCOPE OF WORK :
• Coordinate communication protocol for the organization and internal stakeholders
• Create, follow up and administer the approval from organization on requests for logistical & business costs interaction with government entities
• Provide business support for several service contracts
• Provide business & logistical support to internal organization (4 teams and ~75 personnel)
• Manage the business activities of organization SharePoint and shared drives

CHIEF OFFICER
QUALIFICATION
• Master Marine Class 1 Certificate of Competency or Chief Officer with minimum 5 years tanker vessel experience / FSO / FPSO / MOPU / FPU
• Completed updated marine document & COP Tanker Ship mandatory
• Computerize Documentation System.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Pass Medical Examination.
• Max age is 50 years old.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Responsible for Marine operation as Ship Security Officer (SSO), Coaxwain, surveilance with marine navigation equipment, maintan life Saving appliances (LSA) of Tension Leg Platform (TLP) and Floating Production Unit (FPU) operated at Deep Water West Seno Field in Makassar Strait - East Kalimantan.
• Responsible for the stability of floating facilities (FPU & TLP), drilling & work over barge mooring & unmooring operation, lifting activity including deck load especially for critical or heavy lift operation (coil
• Responsible for 6 crane crews for lifting activity, crane migas certification
• Boat movement coordinator including supervised MEG, fuel and fresh water management and transfer on the standby boat, crew boat, SPOB and AHTS boat operation. Support helicopter handling.
• Support facility construction & inspection project, such as buoy maintenance and change out and facility under water inspection (UWILD),
• Inspection and maintenance of Marine machineries including ABS certification of both units and safety equipment, moorings, Chain Jack, buoys.

HR Officer - EFS
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor Degree
• High analytical, Fluent in English, customer service excellence orientation.
SCOPE OF WORK:
• Assist Company Representative (HR Specialist) on monitoring formalities contractor performance and day to day operation. Act as coordinator for all implant formalities officers/contractors including monitoring SPV, Visa, KITAS, MERP, SEP and others.
• Formalities front-liner to respond general queries from clients such as Manpower requirement, passport requirement, data expat including shipment document. Prepare monthly report for expat process status. Update & maintain expat master data for work permit approvals.
• Coordinate on preparing monthly expat reports to GOI. Assist HR analyst to update & maintain expat database.
• Admin process related to EFS maintain incoming & outgoing docs & update daily log book

ACCOUNTANT - INVOICE AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
QUALIFICATION:
• Minimum - S1 in Accounting or Economic major with +2 years experiences
• Able to communicate well in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Solid software application skills such as MSOffice (Word, Excel) & Excel Formula (e.g. Vlookup, Pivot)
• Familiar with JDE & ARIBA
• Previous experience in Chevron Finance background as strong performer is preferable
• Good technical and analysis
• Good understanding for work collaboration
SCOPE OF WORK:
• To review & process vendor invoice payment support by Contract Service and Purchase Order follow to IBU BPP PTP & AP Ontime Payment Metric
• To review & process vendor Invoice payment thru manual process (JDE SVE) follow to IBU BPP PTP & AP Ontime Payment Metric
• To analyze & response any compliance & audit task related to Invoice Processing
• To analyze & close the outstanding item from Tax Reconciliation related to WHT & VAT payment review
• To analyze & close the outstanding item from AP account reconciliation, Intercompany account reconciliation, & other account recon related to assignment

QUALIFICATION :
• Bachelor education and/or equivalent experience from reputable university with all major, but prefarable Law, Geodesy or Geography Major with GPA min 3.0.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience on field exposure/stakeholder engagement-government project/GIS Services implementation/lawfirm.
• Able to implement technical skill (read Map/GIS analytical technique and methods/Land ownership evidences and others related).
• Deep understanding in GIS knowledge and its application related land matters, land document analysis, field assessment, communication skill is an advantages.
• Have knowledge related defense driving skill is advantages. (SIM A possession is preferable).
• Computer Proficiency (Mic.Office, Mic.Project and others).
• Able to work underpressure and schedule driven.

• Review and analyze land documents ownership and its supporting docs to support land certification project, asset protection, land relinquishment and property transfer.
• Conduct verification and validation of CPI's land asset perimeter based on land or other documents to support land certification project, asset protection, land relinquishment and property transfer.
• Assist GIS Engineer to provide all land information verification result from land verification to support land certification project, asset protection, land relinquishment and property transfer.

QUALIFICATION :
• Bachelor education and/or equivalent experience from reputable university with any major.
• GPA min 3.0.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience on field exposure (upstream area) including survey, field visit, QA-QC field report and others related.
• Sufficient technical skill in GIS analytical technique, tools and methods, able to process aerial photo, satellite imagery and LIDAR is prefarable.
• Have experience on land survey with Total Station will be an advantage.
• Preferably have a GPS Geodetic processing knowledge.
• Good communication skill and relationship manner with GOI.
• Able to work underpressure and schedule driven.
SCOPE OF WORK:
• Work both in field and office on the preliminary survey data.
• Engage encroachers and local GOI for survey - inventory access permit.
• Initiate and secure permit to work (PTW) approval.
• Supervise CPI's contractor field work.
• Verify CPI's contractor data.
• Review and approve CPI's contractor documents and drawing.
• Assist administrative work.
• Collaborative works with all CPI employee, stakeholders and others related.

SCOPE OF WORK :
• Assist CPI's employee in preparing, reviewing and analyzing land documents, regulation and any related information to support land startegic review
• Coordinate with CPI employee in accompanying Government official to conduct field data verification, validation and measurement, including coordination and engagement with DJKN, ESDM, SKK Migas
• Work with GIS engineer to develop land perimeter/overlay map by providing land information collected from field verification combined with land document review
• Admister and manage land documents (copy, scan, arranged softfile in sharefolder & sharepoint).
