JOB ROLES

• Review, develop and propose Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) guideline, consist of Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Public Health (PH) policy and procedures, IH and PH management system, IH and PH risk assessment, audit and inspections, etc., which is compatible to local and international standards and best practices; to provide reliable company OSH guidance to be applied in INPEX Indonesia.

• Develop, revise and propose OSH programs and initiatives; coordinate their socialization to employees and related third parties/contractors and monitor the implementation and feedback; to ensure company OSH programs and initiatives implementation achieves the target.

• Develop and propose methods in assessing and auditing OSH in INPEX Indonesia area including OSH audit procedures and reporting formats; to ensure availability of IH and PH audit method as a part of OSH continuous improvement process.

• Develop and maintain OSH incident reporting standards, procedures and tools, and when required support other Managers in reporting OSH incidents to INPEX Management and/or Government Offices and analyzing the root causes; to ensure OSH incident are documented, analyzed and reported to relevant offices and/or organization.

• Develop methods and provide recommendation in the OSH assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including OSH risk assessment to comply with OSH international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia OSH requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan.

• Plan, conduct and follow-up OSH research & studies, and analyze the result; to provide valid information of OSH conditions in such area as a base of preparing effective community health improvement programs.

• Coordinate with government, stakeholders and partners to develop, oversee, disseminate the results of evaluations of PH services, PH studies and surveillance, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering and Science.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
