ENGINEERING & QC COORDINATOR

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related discipline).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering coordination and/or QA/QC within the oil & gas industry.

• Strong understanding of engineering documents, fabrication, construction, and inspection processes.

• Familiar with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, and related standards.

• Experience in handling QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and project coordination.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation systems.

• Good in English, both written and spoken.

• Able to work independently and under project deadlines.

• Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites if required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate engineering and QC activities to ensure project execution complies with client specifications, codes, standards, and project requirements.

• Monitor engineering deliverables, technical documents, drawings, and project progress.

• Coordinate inspection activities with internal teams, clients, and third-party inspectors.

• Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures, ITP, method statements, and quality documentation.

• Review technical documents, material certificates, inspection reports, NCR, and punch lists.

• Support project teams in resolving engineering and quality-related issues.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting for project quality records.

PROCESS ENGINEER

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years experience in oil & gas / EPC projects.

• Proficient in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS / UniSim).

• Strong knowledge of PFD, P&ID, and process calculations.

• Familiar with international standards (API, ASME, ISO).

• Good analytical, problem - solving abilities. , and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and review process design documents (PFD, P&ID, design basis).

• Perform process calculations (mass & heat balance).

• Prepare equipment datasheets and support equipment sizing.

• Coordinate with other disciplines.

• Participate in HAZOP / risk assessment.

• Support engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

• Identify and resolve process-related issues.

ENGINEERING – MECHANICAL

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Min 5 years experience in project management within oil and gas industry.

• Understanding to understanding to mechanical static or rotating test & read project schedule.

• Ability in mechanical engineering software (Caesar, PV Elite).

• Ability and familiar with engineering drawings (Piping Plan, Isometric, Equipment Layout), technical documents (Static/Rotating Calculation, Data Sheet), Engineering Standard & Codes (API,ASME,ISO,WPS).

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Mechanical software Tools design and Technical Analysis.

• Develop and Review Engineering Documents, Drawings, Technical Specification, Mechanical Static or Rotating Calculation, SWP Special Working Procedure for Mechanical/piping Test, SOP for Mechanical/Piping.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project Control, Procurement, Construction, and Vendors).

• Supervise and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.

• Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (HSE).

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering deliverables.

ENGINEERING – CIVIL STEEL STRUCTURE

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering

• Min 5 years experience in steel structure project management within oil and gas industry.

• Understanding to civil or steel structure test & read project schedule.

• Ability in Civil / Steel Structure Engineering software (Teckla, Staad Pro).

• Ability and familiar with engineering drawings (Plot Plant, Piling/Concrete Foundation, Equipment Layout), technical documents (Soil Investingation, Data Sheet), Engineering Standard & Codes (AWS, ISO,ASME).

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Civil/Steel Structure software Tools design and Technical Analysis.

• Develop and Review Engineering Documents, Drawings, Technical Specification, Civil or Steel Structure, SWP Special Working Procedure for Civil Soil, Concrete, Steel Structure Test and SOP for Lifting.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project Control, Procurement, Construction, and Vendors).

• Supervise and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site.

• Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (HSE).

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering deliverables.

ENGINEERING ELECTRICAL

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within the oil & gas industry.

• Understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, MCC, transformers, generators, UPS, lighting, and grounding systems.

• Familiar with international codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, API, and ISO.

• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

• Good in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites when required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, review, and execute electrical engineering designs and technical documents for oil & gas projects.

• Prepare and review electrical deliverables including single line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, layout drawings, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate electrical engineering activities with multidisciplinary teams such as mechanical, instrumentation, process, and construction.

• Ensure all electrical systems comply with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

• Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities.

• Conduct troubleshooting and analysis for electrical system issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Participate in technical meetings, inspections, and client discussions.

QA / QC – COORDINATOR

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil ).

• Minimum 4 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control practices.

• Familiar with international standards such as ASME, API, ISO, and project specifications.

• Hands-on experience in inspection activities including welding, structural, piping, and installation works.

• Knowledge of NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT) is highly preferred.

• Able to prepare and review ITP, Method Statement, and quality documents.

• Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS).

• Prepare and review ITP, Method Statements, and quality procedures.

• Perform inspections for Mechanical, Civil, and Installation works.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and international standards (ASME, API, ISO).

• Identify and report non-conformities (NCR) and follow up corrective actions.

• Witness critical activities (welding, structural, installation).

• Coordinate and follow up certification to government authority.

• Develop and collect documents for certification of equipment’s.

LEAD CONSTRUCTION

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction activities within the oil & gas.

• Proven experience in supervising construction teams and site activities.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, fabrication, installation, and project execution.

• Familiar with international standards and safety regulations related to oil & gas projects.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction reporting.

• Good in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise construction activities to ensure project execution is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

• Coordinate daily construction operations including manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and work schedules.

• Monitor construction progress and ensure activities are aligned with project timelines and quality standards.

• Review construction drawings, method statements, and work procedures before execution.

• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, and client representatives to support smooth project execution.

• Ensure all construction works comply with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and HSE regulations.

• Identify and resolve construction-related issues, delays, and technical challenges in the field.

• Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and progress evaluations.

• Prepare construction reports, work progress updates, and documentation.

• Support commissioning and project handover activities when required.

ENGINEERING DRAFTER

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil).

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Drafter in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of 3D software (PDMS, SP3D, Tekla, or similar) is a plus.

• Familiar with engineering drawings such as P&ID, isometric, and structural drawings.

• Good understanding of drafting standards and symbols.

• Able to read and interpret technical documents.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and teamwork.

• Willing to travel or assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and develop technical drawings, layouts, and detailed designs based on engineering specifications.

• Create and revise drawings such as PFD, P&ID, GA drawings, isometric drawings, and shop drawings.

• Coordinate with Engineers (Process, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical) to ensure drawing accuracy.

• Update drawings based on site conditions and project changes.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and specifications.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing control.

• Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.

SALES ENGINEER

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Business Development in the oil & gas or industrial sector.

• Strong understanding of technical products, engineering services, and project-based sales.

• Experience handling tenders, quotations, and commercial negotiations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

• Good in English, both written and spoken.

• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for business meetings or project visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and business partners.

• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products, services, or engineering solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and commercial offers.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.

• Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and business development records.

PROJECT CONTROL & PLANNING

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project control, planning, or scheduling within the oil & gas, EPC, or construction industry.

• Proficient in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, project lifecycle, and construction activities.

• Experienced in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and performance analysis.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Good in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work at project sites or travel when required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure project activities are completed on time and within budget.

• Prepare project planning, progress tracking, and performance reporting.

• Monitor project progress, identify delays or potential risks, and propose corrective actions.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and project management teams regarding project schedules and deliverables.

• Prepare project progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and recovery plans.

• Analyse project performance related to schedule, cost, and resource allocation.

• Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

• Participate in project meetings and provide planning and scheduling updates to management and clients.

• Ensure all project documentation and reporting are maintained accurately and properly.

• Assist in developing project execution strategies and work breakdown structures (WBS).
