1. Legal Counsel

Provide effective and efficient legal advice, consultation to company on business activities as well as formulate the best course of action or draft agreements to ensure that the company's legal rights and obligations are clearly defined, interpreted, implemented and safeguarded in line with PETRONAS governance.

Job responsibility and accountability:

• Analyze and recommend legal strategies for commercial agreements or arrangements through participation in negotiations, legal perusal and draft agreements or other legal documents to preserve company’s business objectives and ensure the best terms for the benefit of company are clearly expressed and achieved.

• Identify and analyze legal exposures of any petroleum agreements/arrangements (PSC, JOA, GSA, GTA, Facility Sharing Agreements and any related agreements) including new laws and regulations through provide recommendation or participate in the negotiation and draft agreements to ensure company’s legal rights is protected and safeguarded from any action by third parties and/or the enactment of new laws and regulations

• Analyze legal issues and provide advice relating to Industrial Relations, Disciplinary Actions, Codes of Conduct, and other HR legal issues involving applicable local laws and regulations that govern the employee and the company.

• Familiar and experience in handling supply chain management of oil and gas industry, review and response to any clarifications or exception by bidders/contractors/vendors/suppliers.

• Proven capability in overseeing litigation matters before local courts and managing international arbitration matters.

• Monitor the quality of papers/documents prior submission to Company Secretary through review to ensure consistency and objectives are clearly expressed in the paper/documents in order to obtain endorsement or direction from the Board.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law

• Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in in E&P organization or oil and gas or downstream industries.

• Possess good interpersonal qualities with good relationship building, networking, and independent with local stakeholders.

• Teamwork and strong emotional stability to work under pressure and tight deadline.

• Demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to a non-legal person.

• Must be capable of handling multiple tasks with constantly changing requirements.

2. Sr. Reliability Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure and continuously improve the reliability and integrity of critical equipment across regional operations by conducting failure analysis, driving improvement initiatives, reviewing operational and maintenance practices, and monitoring action plans to optimize asset performance and operational efficiency.

Job responsibility and accountability:

• Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies in line with Reliability & Integrity Management System (RIMS) requirements to enhance long-term plant and equipment reliability.

• Perform equipment life data analysis (LDA) e.g. Weibull analysis, failure trend analysis, MTBF evaluation, MTTR to understand failure behaviour, predict remaining life, and support maintenance strategy optimization.

• Monitor and analyse plant and equipment reliability performance, including preparation of reliability reports, bad actor management, and lesson learn sharing to ensure effective performance monitoring and continuous operational improvement.

• Coordinate and facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) activities to identify equipment failure causes, implement effective corrective and preventive actions, and improve overall plant/equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

• Review and evaluate operational and maintenance practices through Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) to strengthen equipment integrity, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve operational performance.

• Prepare work plans and budgets for reliability programs, including prioritization of initiatives, cost estimation, and tracking of expenditure to ensure effective and value-driven implementation.

• Drive the implementation and adoption of new technologies and improvement initiatives to enhance plant/equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company governance, HSE policies, and applicable procedures while promoting a strong culture of safety, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement across operations.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting team capability development, leadership growth, and collaborative working environments.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in related field.

• Familiar with SAP PM and MM module.

• Possess good communication and negotiation skills.

• Possess good interpersonal qualities with good relationship building, networking, and independent

• Understanding of E&P Business and possess technical awareness in operations

3. Maintenance Planner

The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and execute long-term regional maintenance objectives, strategies, and integrated plans in compliance with design specifications, industry codes and standards, PETRONAS and statutory requirements, and the PCINO Asset Integrity & Maintenance System (AIMS), ensuring operational excellence, asset integrity, and world-class performance standards.

Job responsibility and accountability:

• Develop and implement long-term integrated maintenance strategies aligned with corporate maintenance philosophy to ensure facility reliability and technical integrity.

• Establish effective maintenance schedules, critical spare parts, and material requirements based on manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and best practices to achieve equipment reliability targets.

• Oversee preparation and monitoring of Work Program & Budget (WP&B) to ensure efficient budget utilization and cost control for maintenance activities.

• Lead maintenance KPI implementation, performance reviews, and reporting to ensure maintenance activities are executed according to approved plans and objectives.

• Manage HSE initiatives and compliance with statutory, PETRONAS, and PCSB standards to promote strong HSE awareness and achieve safety objectives.

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to align maintenance priorities with production goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 8 - 10 years in related activities for Oil and Gas industry

• Possess good interpersonal qualities with good relationship building, networking, and independent.

• Have knowledge in tools needed for onshore and offshore facilities

• Proficiency in maintenance planning tools and systems (SAP).

• Certification in maintenance planning tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent CMMS) is an advantage

• Understanding of E&P Business and possess technical awareness in operations

• Familiarity with reliability engineering methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RBI).

4. Sr. Occupational Safety Officer – as a Third Party

Plan and implement Occupational Health and Safety programs, including contractor management, to ensure all activities are executed in compliance with regulatory requirements, Company standards, and applicable HSE regulations. The role is responsible for driving high safety performance across operations through effective risk management, assurance activities, and continuous improvement of safety culture.

The position also provides broad based Occupational Safety support across operations, projects, drilling campaigns, logistics (marine), and other business activities as required, including facilitation, advisory support, inspections, and safety assessments.

Job responsibility and accountability:

• Plan and implement annual Occupational Safety programs aligned with operational requirements and business needs and provide technical advice to line personnel and Contractors on occupational safety matters to strengthen safety awareness, reinforce safety culture, and ensure full compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.

• Provide flexible occupational safety support across offshore and onshore operations, projects, drilling campaigns, and logistics activities, including participation in safety facilitation sessions, field inspections, and HSE advisory assignments as required.

• Facilitate and participate in Safety Risk Assessments, ensuring hazards are properly identified, risks are accurately evaluated, and appropriate preventive and recovery barriers are established. Review and support preparation of Safety Risk Assessment reports and ensure alignment with line management for implementation of recommendations.

• Plan and participate in HSE assurance activities (including HSEMS Self Assessments, FESI, PIR, and other assurance programs), analyse findings, and recommend effective HSE controls. Oversee implementation of corrective actions arising from risk assessments, assurance findings, emergency response exercises, and incident investigation lessons learned.

• Facilitate incident investigations in accordance with Company Incident Investigation and Reporting procedures, ensuring structured analysis, accurate identification of root causes, and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions with stakeholder alignment.

• Plan and execute occupational safety training and competency development programs for Indonesia Operations, including contractors, to strengthen HSE capability, awareness, and culture across all organizational levels.

• Support contractor HSE management by ensuring effective implementation of Contractor HSE Management System (CHSEMS) principles throughout the contractor lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 8–10 years of professional HSE experience in E&P, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries.

• Strong exposure to oil & gas projects, operations (offshore and onshore, offshore experience preferred), drilling activities, and marine/logistics operations.

• Strong understanding and practical application of Safe System of Work (SSoW).

• Experience in contractor HSE management and familiarity with the CHSEMS framework and its implementation across project phases.

• Strong theoretical understanding of occupational safety principles with demonstrated ability to apply them effectively in field and operational environments.

• Strong analytical thinking, structured reasoning, and problem-solving capability.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to build effective working relationships.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• High level of resilience, adaptability, and professional discipline.

5. Sr. Interface & Risk Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinate, administer and manage contract management with the External & Internal parties as defined in PETRONAS Management Plan to ensure all technical interfaces are properly contained in a beneficial manner according to company objective.

Job responsibility and accountability:

• Contract Development & Tender Management

Lead the preparation and management of contract documents for subcontractors by coordinating with the SCM Department throughout the tendering process up to contract award, ensuring timely execution, commercial compliance, and alignment with project requirements.

• Contract Strategy & Planning

Develop and direct internal contract strategies for Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, and related project phases by aligning contractual approaches with company requirements, project objectives, risk management, and commercial value optimization.

• Contract Package Evaluation & Award Recommendation

Review and recommend contract packages to the SCM Department by ensuring compliance of contract documents and scope of work during ITBs, pre-bid discussions, negotiations, and contract award processes to secure technically and commercially sound agreements.

• Contract Administration & Claims Management

Lead contract management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including handling contract deviations, progress monitoring, claims, back charges, amendments, and change orders, while supporting negotiations with contractors and third parties to protect company interests and ensure contractual compliance.

• Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment

Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure contractual provisions incorporate operational, technical, commercial, and corporate objectives while supporting smooth project execution. Maintain positive communication and collaboration with all related stakeholders and parties involved to ensure effective issue resolution and alignment with company project goals and objectives. Ensure that all project designs, engineering activities, and executions comply with the Project Risk Register and Legal Register document to ensure the design are fully aligned with applicable Government of Indonesia regulations, codes, and standards, including but not limited to oil and gas, HSE, environmental, labor, and maritime regulations.

• Commercial Governance & Value Assurance

Ensure the commercial value of project expenditures is technically and commercially justifiable within the approved AFE by monitoring contractual commitments, cost impacts, and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical/Civil Engineering

• At least 7 - 10 years Contract Management and related experience in Offshore and Onshore activities for Oil and Gas industry.

• Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
