We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

ESTIMATING SUPERINTENDENT - EPC

(Assignment: Head Office)

Coordinate, monitor and review the process of estimation across all disciplines in the company from tender preparation to the actual implementation in order to ensure that all estimates are built up in accurate, reliable and systematically conform with company’s procedures and current situation.

Requirements:

• Min. 7 years experiences with supervisory experience min. 1 year as Estimating Superintendent / Lead Estimator.

• Has exposure in Renewable Energy projects.

• Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Enginering.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and preferably experience with AutoCAD and primavera.

• Overtime required from time to time.

• May require acting as Bid Manager.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to details

• Good at manage people and coaching team

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Ability to maintain confidentially of some information/documents

• Good communication skill with all levels

• Strong background in leadership, technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, calculation, and design work

Responsibilities:

1. Review, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical bid for all Subcontractor / Vendor proposal as well as review the terms and conditions in Subcontractor / Vendor RFQ packages to ensure all commercial and technical bid evaluations are completed and comply with the head contract.

2. Develop, maintain, monitor and review business line tender prior to management review from the preparation process including managing Bid Managers nominated by superior, estimating workload across all disciplines and continuous development of Petrosea Electronic Tendering System to ensure Tender preparation process are well managed in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

3. Monitor, maintain and review business line estimates process to ensure that all estimates are built up methodically and in sufficient detail in line with good estimating practice (sufficient explanatory notes are to be included referring the location of supplementary information).

4. Plan, review and organize kick off and strategy meeting to ensure those meeting are well conduct and minuted for all tenders.

5. Analyze, monitor and coordinate benchmark process for equipment productivities against company and industry norms to ensure benchmark process are well conduct and reliable.

FINANCE MANAGER - EPC

(Assignment: Head Office)

Manage, monitor and review all Finance and Accounting activities in order to ensure the efficiency and effective operation of Finance and Accounting function within company’s procedures and effective Operation in Engineering & Construction and follow the terms of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standard.

Requirements:

• Min. 7 years experiences with supervisory experience min. 3 years

• Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Finance / Accounting

• Familiar with Information System, ex: SAP

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, minimum Intermediate Level on Microsoft Excel

• Overtime required from time to time

• Strong knowledge on Cost Accounting Concept

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to details

• Good at manage people and coaching team

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Ability to maintain confidentially of some information/documents

• Good communication skill with all levels

• Willing to work beyond office hours as and when required.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct, monitor and control all finance and accounting activities related to business line operation to ensure that all method of accounting and finance systems applied are comply and strictly adhere to company’s procedures and policies which in line with international accounting norm (GAAP), principles and tax regulation.

2. Provide reliable and timely Project Financial Modelling and Simulation for Board’s decision making on any new project or project expansion plan.

3. Review, control and produce annual budget and quarterly forecast on EPC operation and its overhead to ensure in consistent with company’s objectives and meet the overall business’ needs and requirement.

4. Review and monitor progress claim process and status to ensure all work progress to Client are claimed in timely base.

5. Formulate and establish Finance & Accounting business operational excellence such as company procedures, policies, and quality compliance and ensure the implementation are efficient and in compliance with all relevant regulation.

6. Analyze, review and produce valuable and timely financial reports for management, shareholders and statutory bodies to formulate right and timely decision making process.

7. Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.

8. Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

SHE MANAGER - EPC

(Assignment: Head Office)

Create a proactive Health Safety and Environmental culture by directing and assisting with the evaluation, development, maintenance, and management of key HSES processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably from Occupational Health & Safety

• Minimum 8 (eight) years previous experiences in SHE and 3 (three) years in managerial position

• Excellent analytical, supervisory, and interpersonal skill

• Will be preferred if understand of Mining Safety and or Plant Safety

• Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POM certificate)

• Conversant with Risk Management Knowledge, Incident Accident investigation process and Audit process

• Good leadership and communication/presentation skill

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian

• Willing to work at remote area

• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategy of Safety, Health, and Environment based achievement organization to influence SHE awareness across project site

2. Lead and monitor the implementation of project Safety, Health, and Environment Management Plans, and Emergency Response Procedures to ensure target plans are achieved

3. Lead and monitor implementation of SHE policies and procedures to ensure all employee in head office and project site are familiar with and understand management of SHE

4. Lead and responsible with business activities in a Journey to Zero harm to People, Community, and Environment in Petrosea project operation

5. Participate and review new project kick off meeting to determine effective project SHE Management Plan and integrate company’s system with client’s

6. Lead by example and have a proactive approach to all Safety, Health, and Environment related issues in order to influence SHE awareness among employees

7. Perform routine scheduled inspections and assessment to ensure SHE adherence in project site locations

8. Analyze and identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment

9. Monitor and review Project SHE Management System and procedures to ensure compliance with government SHE regulations, including distribution of any changes and amendments, and any new legislation

10. Identify and proposed any new SHE initiatives in order to manage and control the hazard and risk on site

11. Performing a strong visible commitment in to SHE Management System as well as all programs

12. Ensure the alignment between corporate and project related with the SHE Management System, policies, and procedure which supporting the business and also the mining operation

13. Support SHE performance and maintain third party accreditation and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation

14. Maintaining and implementing SHE programs and Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

Trades Trainer Specialist – Rebuild Component & HE Maintenance

(Assignment: City Based, Balikpapan)

Deliver intensive development programs, for ASSET maintenance Mechanical, Auto Electrical Trades and as well as Rebuild Technician, to ensure the personnel supervised are skilled up towards the identified competencies for trades/technician positions

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years previous experiences as Trades Trainer in Rebuild Component and HE Maintenance.

• Preferably holding Cert. III of Mechanical/Auto Electrical trades or complete OEM Product Training Programs with strong backgrounds in heavy equipment and earth moving process.

• Computer literate and good command in English, both verbal & written.

• Good leadership & Communication/Presentation skills, preferably having minimum of 3 years previous supervisory roles/job experienced.

• Preferably have experience at : (a). Component Rebuild/Overhaul, Machine Major Overhaul and Maintenance. (b). HE Analyzing and Trouble Shooting Capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement Rebuild, Mechanical, Auto Electrical training and assessment processes, ensure its implementations in accordance with Petrosea training procedures at project sites.

• Monitor post training performance of Asset personnel conducting Rebuild, Mechanical & Auto Electrical maintenance activities IN ORDER TO ensure that the training has been conducted effectively.

• Deliver report for weekly/monthly basis as well as proactive inputs related training development.

TREASURY ACCOUNTANT

(Assignment: Head Office)

To support treasury function, especially monitoring petty cash and bank account, support and provide administration required by bank, company procedures and other financial authorities, liaise with external parties such as bank and ensuring the compliance and relationship are well established.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university

• Relevant experience minimum 2 years in Finance & Accounting

• Experience in managing Account Receivable, Leasing Transactions and Cash flow reporting.

• Familiar in Excel and SAP ERP System

• Fluent in English both writing and speaking

Responsibilities:

1. Check / review accounting for transactions.

2. Compile and maintain daily settlement data across all payment streams and all bank accounts.

3. Provide input into the monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury business plan.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trade reports.

5. Enter and process treasury transactions into the main accounting system.

6. Provide process of invoicing on time.

7. Maintain daily cash flow to optimize and minimize cash holdings.

8. Maintain the balance, mix, yield, and duration of deposits and loans to assist with determining the optimal balance sheet structure.

9. Maintain and report off-balance sheet exposure with particular emphasis on commitment to assist with minimising liquidity holdings.

10. Arrange proper filing of outstanding and matured transactions.

11. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
