PT. Archi Group, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Jakarta, PT. Karya Kreasi Mulia (KKM) – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

SECRETARY (CODE : KKM/S-VII/21)

(Location : Jakarta Office)

Job Descriptions:

To provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management, such as:

• Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner;

• Manage Director’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary, communications and correspondence, etc;

• Assist and manage Director’s documents, reports, presentations, claims (travel, insurance);

• Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers;

• Coordinate with GA Team for Director’s travel arrangements (including accommodation);

• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in any major or Secretary graduated;

2. Minimum 5 years of experiences as a Senior Secretary / or Senior Administrators, working for a foreign owned mining company is preferred;

3. Advance skill in Ms. Office (e.g: Microsoft Office & Outlook) & Zoom application;

4. Mature and independent with a high level of proactivity, attention to details and communication skill;

5. Fluent in English, Spoken and Written is a must;

6. Able to produce the solid team working environment, and initiate to see what needs to be doing and how to make it done.
