DATA ANALYST
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Responsible for processing and interpreting data, ensuring overall quality of data, gathering accountable and proven data sources from various 3rd parties platforms and analytics tools, assist data architect in building & maintaining data structure, presenting findings and final analysis in comprehensive visualizations reports or dashboards to executives (BOD, BOC) and stakeholders for making well informed decision or strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
• At Least 1 Year Working Experiences as Data Scientist or 2 Years Working Experiences as Data Analyst or Minimum 3 Years working experiences as Data Engineer in Agile Teams
• Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) Degree with Outstanding Result from Reputable University or Overseas Graduates majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial or Informatics Engineering

EXTERNAL RELATIONS SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: KJA, Batu Kajang)
Responsible to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes and manage and implement of organization’s industrial & external relations, employee relations maintain industrial peace; also to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree from any disciplines
• Min. 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources area, especially in Industrial and External Relations
• Maintain to update knowledge of government regulations and law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent English in both verbal and writing
• Good capability in building and maintain good relations, extensive network with internal/external stakeholders

Responsibilities:
1. Liase with functional or operational managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace
2. Represent project management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employee, but not limited to providing employee counseling, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relation authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organisation’s interest are protected.Provide input into the monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury business plan.
3. Manage the administrative activities of the overall organisation so that administrative staff, equipment, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
4. Manage all requirements required for licences, permits and control the extention of document and formalities matter to ensure that all document are complete, filed and extended conform with government requirements
5. Develop and maintain good relationship with regional and local government, manpower, local communities, Police around the project to have smooth company’s operational activities.

MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
(Assignment: Timika, Papua)
Monitor and coordinate mechanics daily activities to ensure mechanic work is performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to company’s standard and policies.
Requirements:
• Min. High School with 7 years or diploma with 5 years experiences in heavy equipment maintenance
• Previous experience in field of work, with min 3 years experiences in a leadership role
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
• Good understanding of Mechanical Availability (MA) and correct & repair maintenance methods
• Proactive safety attitude
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all works performed comforms with Health Safety and Environment (HSE) corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
• Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability.
• Monitor and communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in a clear and defined manner.
• Prepare and submit relevant reporting tasks required in a timely manner, for examples: review and ensure correct details on work orders and regularly submit to planners for closing, ensure backlog parts are ordered.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Timika, Papua)
Supervise, control, and monitor site maintenance activities to ensure maintenance activities are conducted in a technically correct and efficient manner conform with quality of work is of a standard that optimizes availability, and assist in development and preventative measures, for repeat or ongoing failure trends within relevant department areas, to ensure all activities are conform with company’s standards and policies.
Requirements:
• Min diploma degree with 7 years or S1 with 4 years experiences in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 (five) years experiences in Maintenance in mining industry, out of which 3 (three) years in leadership or supervisory role
• Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance management
• Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
• Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability

PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION)
(Assignment: Head Office)
Plan, direct and control a project from the date of award to the issue of a practical completion certificate and ideally be involved until end of the maintenance period to ensure a project is running well, completed on time and to budget in accordance with all the company standard procedures and to the total satisfaction of the clients.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
• Min. 10 years previous experiences in construction and engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management
• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
• Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program

Responsibilities:
• Plan and control the flow of work for a construction project, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan
• Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well manage
• Direct, review and analyses client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented
• Prepare, control and implement project budgets, construction schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budget are meet with operational needs and requirements
• Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company construction objectives
• Direct, monitor and utilize company’s equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization

PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Head Office)
Lead procurement function during FEED stage and closely coordinate with Engineering group QA/QC group, SHE group, Project Control group and other functions within the Project Management team in efficient and effective manners in order to achieve project target for delivering good practice (QCDSM) of Procurement process in which conform to Company Procedures a Business Ethics.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering, preference in Mechanical
• Min. 10 years experiences in Procurement / Contract project and or operation preferably in Mining Processing Plant (i.e. Gold, Copper)
• Good knowledge of the equipment/materials according to international standard specifications
• Good knowledge of relevant subcontractors / service for Mining Processing Plant

• Monitor and control the overall order process including manage supplier relationship and performance to ensure order process are conform to company’s system and procedures.
• Lead and monitor the implementation of the strategy development, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, performance monitoring, administrations and close out of contracts to ensure that all contracts and procurement activities are managed in compliance with company internal control standard audit and procedures.
• Commercial evaluation of tenders and coordinate other elements of the evaluation process with end users in order to provide recommendations for award of business
• Lead team members to coordinate with across department function to analyze of potential usage of product manufacture/fabricator/direct distributor instead of general market particularly for goods in order to get price competitiveness.
• Provide and support contract end to end process related with procurement areas and ensure the operations could be effective and efficient.
• Monitor and control all major package categories with conduct regular meeting (if required) with internal/external to ensure the contract and service level achieve as per contract.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER
(Assignment: Timika, Papua)
Manage the maintenance plan and schedule of all fleets on the project to achieve optimal availability and maintenance cost, including completing administration matters pertaining to maintenance plan and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Min S1 Engineering with 4 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation & Planning, or
• Min D3 Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 7 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation & Planning, or
• Min STM Mechanical with 12 years experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation and Planning
• Experience / familiar in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Program.
• Strong knowledge & concept for set-up preventive maintenance, additional know-how in predictive maintenance is a plus.
• Preferably to have on-hand experience in Work planning & scheduling, maintenance data and task analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, and Reliability).
• Excellent in computer skill, medium English capability (both passive and active).

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Sr. Maintenance Planner to prepare short term equipment maintenance planning and scheduling, such as monthly, weekly, daily and shutdown.
• Provide and control daily/ shift maintenance schedule to have schedule executed and recorded properly.
• Provide and maintain maintenance daily activity report (DES – Daily Equipment Status).
• Provide Work Order by CMMS for technician in order to conduct maintenance job.
• Monitor and ensure all issued work orders to technicians are completed, returned and filled in correctly.
• Monitor status of Work Orders in CMMS are updated and controlled so that all work completion information is entered into database accurately.
• Control and provide component change out advice documents and installation reports in order for component replacement and change out programs.
• Ensure all part requirements of maintenance, service and backlog repairs are complete prior to executing job or add to schedule.

Responsible for developing, shaping and implementing any digital & non-digital products for the company, ensuring on the leading edge of technology through consistency approach and follow end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) using any the latest up-to-date Standard Technology Stack.
Requirements:
• At least 4-7 years of Software Development experience with experience working in Agile Teams
• Specific Expertise, Excellent and In-depth Experience in using Modern JavaScript (React Native, Vue Native, Java, Kotlin), support with Software Design Pattern : Model-View-Controller (MVC)

Control and monitor the technical execution of a Project (or section of a Project) including the liaison and control between Engineering/Procurement/Construction to ensure that all materials and services that area purchased, fabricated, and constructed are delivered on time and in strict accordance with the approved project specifications and accepted industry codes, as well as providing specific solutions to constructability or interface (clash) issues during the construction phase.

• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods
• Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines
• Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities
• Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)
• Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.
Responsibilities:
• Be fully conversant with the contents of the Project Safety Management Plans and the Company policies on safety. Ensure that Safety topics are discussed with all Vendors / Subcontractors / Fabricators prior to award and be vigilant in enforcing the agreed standards
• Be fully conversant with all Project Management Plans and all Company procedures. Enforce the use of the procedures and immediately identify any non-compliance with the Project Manager
• Ensure all technical specifications and industry codes are strictly enforced by all Vendors and subcontractors
• Manage and efficiently close out all Technical Queries that are raised by all partners including Vendors, Subcontractors, and Construction personnel. Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ’s
• Promote a Teamwork environment to get all members of the Team providing input to each situation. Take ownership of solutions and promote a positive reward culture
• Develop a Team to handle all Project Engineering activities. Prepare Position Descriptions for the team members and lead them to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and with efficiency
• Manage the interface between Procurement and Engineering to ensure that Technical Bid Evaluations are prepared on a timely basis. Liaise with Vendors (via consultation with the Procurement Manager) as necessary to ensure that all technical aspects are dealt with prior to the award of work to Vendors and subcontractors. Attend the Kick-off meeting for all major orders
• Monitor the Project schedule and the schedule of Vendors/Fabricators and advise the Project Manager when issues are evident or likely to be reported incorrectly
• Liaise closely with the Construction Manager and be involved with all constructability reviews during Project start-up
• Provide recommendations on the Technical Bid Evaluations and resolve technical queries with Client without impacting the budget
• Liaise with the Quality Manager to ensure all Vendors are adhering to the approved Project specifications and codes. Raise issues as they arise and assist with the close-out of NCR’s
• Be commercially aware. Review the scope of work documents for all subcontracts and procured items to ensure that variations will be minimised. Liaise with the Project Services Manager for all issues surrounding the assessment of Variations by the project partners.
