We are a fast-growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, looking for highly skilled and experience workers to fill the following position, are:
1. Mine Operation Superintendent
(Code : MO Spt)
Required qualifications:
a. Minimum education degree in mining engineering /geology/geodesy with at least 3 years of working experience in the same position.
b. Mastering the management of operations and service planning and mining facilities, mine planning and engineering, short and long term, heavy equipment operational applications.
c. Have a minimum POM mining supervision certificate.
d. Preferably able to communicate in English.
e. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
2. HSE Superintendent
(HSE Spt)
Required qualifications:
a. Have minimum 5 years of working experience in the HSE field.
b. Understand Mining and Environmental regulations.
c. Minimum bachelor degree of mining engineering / geology / environment / FKM / Hyperkes.
d. Have a minimum POP mining supervision & SMKP certificate.
e. Preferably those who can understand English.
f. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
3. HSE Officer
(Code : HSE Off)
Required qualifications:
a. Have 2 —3 years of work experience in the HSE field.
b. Understand Mining and Environmental regulations.
c. Minimum bachelor degree of mining engineering, mechanical and Hyperkes.
d. Preferably those who can understand English.
e. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
4. HR Superintendent
(Code : HR Spt)
Required qualifications:
a. Have minimum 10 years of work experience dealing with Human Resources issues and minimum have 3 years work experience in the same position.
b. Understand employment regulations, information system and HR policies.
c. Minimum bachelor degree of psychology, law, economics and general.
d. Able to speak English both oral and written.
e. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
5. Senior Surveyor
(Code : SS)
Required qualifications:
a. Mining/geology bachelor degree and have 3 years working experience as a senior surveyor.
b. Mastering software and design mining such as surpac, minescape and others.
c. Have a minimum POP mining supervision certificate.
d. Preference will be given to those who can speak English.
e. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
6. Port Superintendent
(Code : PS)
Required qualifications:
a. Civil / Mechanical graduated or equivalent.
b. Have 2 — 3 years' experience in same field.
c. Able to speak English both oral and written.
d. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
7. Forestry Planner Officer
(Code : FPO)
Required qualifications:
a. Graduated with a forestry degree and has a forest planning certificate.
b. Have a minimum of 2 years working experience in the same field.
c. Can do the land mapping from the results of field surveys.
d. Can prepare business work plans as well the annual work plan
e. Able to compile a comprehensive and periodic inventory of results.
f. Have Mapinfo, GIS and Autocad software skills.
g. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
8. Senior Engineer Mine Planning
(Code : Sr. MP)
Required qualifications:
a. Minimum of Bachelor degree of Mine Engineering with minimum of S years' experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering;
b. Proficient in mining principles, mine design concepts & mining methods, operations in both coal, mine operation regulatory requirements;
c. Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape, Xpac and Talpac will be an advantage;
d. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail;
e. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
f. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
9. MAINTENANCE PLANNER
(Code : MP)
Required qualifications:
a. Min S1 Engineering with 4 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation & Planning, or
b. Min D3 Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 7 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation & Planning, or
c. Min STM Mechanical with 12 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation and Planning
d. Can plan and schedule maintenance of all fleets in the project to achieve optimal availability and maintenance costs, including completing administrative matters related to maintenance plans.
e. Strong knowledge & concept for set-up preventive maintenance, additional know-how in predictive maintenance is a plus.
f. Preferably to have on-hand experience in Work planning & scheduling, maintenance data and task analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, and Reliability).
g. Excellent in computer skill and preferably have experience / familiar in using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program.
h. Preferably able to communicate in English.
i. Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, and good reporting system.
j. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
10. Liaison officer/ External Superintendent
(Code : LO/Ext 5)
Required qualifications:
a. Minimum Bachelor's degree from any discipline and more preferred Law graduate.
b. Min. 3-4 years of experience in the same position especially in coal mine industry.
c. Maintain to update knowledge of government regulations and law.
d. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
e. Fluent English in both verbal and writing
f. Good capability in building and maintain good relations, extensive network with internal/external stakeholders and government.
g. Having capabilities in mapping communities (stakeholders) and their natural resources.
h. Willing to work in East Kalimantan and work in roster.
