We are a fast-growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, looking for highly skilled and experience candidates to fill the following position, are:
1. Mine Operation Superintendent (Code : MO-Spt).
Required qualifications:
• Minimum education degree in mining engineering /geology/geodesy with at least 5 years of working experience in the same position preferable with coal mining industry background.
• Mastering the management of operations and service planning and mining facilities, mine
• planning and engineering, short and long term, heavy equipment operational applications.
• Preferable have POM Certification.
• Preferably able to communicate in English.
• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.
2. Main Plant Superintendent (Code : MP-Spt).
Required qualifications:
• Preferable Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Have Min. 5 years experiences in similar position preferable with coal mining industry background.
• Good Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English
• Strong leadership.
• Preferable have POM Certification.
• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.
3. Main Plant Supervisor (MP-Spv).
Required qualifications:
• Preferable Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Have min. 3 years experiences in similar position preferable with coal mining industry background.
• Good Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English
• Preferable have POP Certification.
• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.
4. HSE Superintendent (HSE-Spt).
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor degree from safety or related background.
• Have minimum 5 years experiences in similar position preferable with coal mining industry background.
• Understand Mining and Environmental regulations.
• Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes.
• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, HSE procedure, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Formal training in Safety and Risk Management.
• Have SMKP certificate and Preferable have POM Certification.
• Good Leadership, Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English
• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.
5. SENIOR MINE ENGINEERING (Code : S-ME)
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering or geologist.
• Minimal 3 years’ experiences in similar position preferable with coal mining industry background.
• Experience in mine operation and mine planning, in large open cut coal mining project.
• Proficient in mining principles, mine design concepts & mining methods.
• Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape: Strat model, Open cut, Surpac, Xpac, Talpac, etc.
• Good Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English.
• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.
6. Mining Supervisor (Code : M-Spv)
Required qualifications:
• Minimum education is SMK/SMU equivalent with 10 years’ experience and min. 3 years experiences in similar position in mining company.
• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team
• Have POP Certification is more preferred.
• Understanding of mining services or pit services.
• Understand open pit mining operations, including pit service, dewatering.
• Be firm and committed to developing the competence of subordinates.
• Good Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English
• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.
7. Mining Foreman ( Code : M-Fr ).
Required qualifications:
• Minimum education is SMK/SMU equivalent with 7 years’ experience and min. 2 years experiences in similar position in coal mining company.
• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team
• Have POP Certification is more preferred.
• Understanding of mining services or pit services.
• Understand open pit mining operations, including pit service, dewatering.
• Be firm and committed to developing the competence of subordinates.
• Have communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.
