Department/Project : Engineering / Tangguh Onshore

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Seniority  : Senior

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

a. Have IWE (International Welding Engineer) Certificate

b. Wide experience in Oil & Gas field

c. Minimum around 10 years of experience

d. Willing to work in remote area

e. Good command in English

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

▪ Assist and support the Welding Coordinator and/or project teams on all welding matters

▪ Prepare and issue preliminary Welding Documents for assigned project or bids

▪ Review clients’ specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed Welding procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with required quality levels

▪ Coordinate and schedule personnel and systems for the qualification of welding procedures and welders

▪ Review subcontractors tender documents and technical qualifications

▪ Assist QHSE Department on subcontractor assessments/audits

▪ Review and approve subcontractors Welding submissions

▪ Ensure that Welding traceability info are recorded, maintained and available in the required format for all Welding activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements

▪ Review journals and technical papers for new welding technology. Maintain contact with welding equipment suppliers and consumable vendors to promote advances in welding technology

2. POSITION  : Material Coordinator

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Seniority  : Senior

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Wide experience in Oil & Gas field

2. Minimum around 10 years of experience

3. Willing to work in remote area

4. Good communication & negotiation skill.

5. Having experience using SAP

6. Advance operating excels

7. Good command in English

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

▪ Manage project materials, production feed and production plan within Production Planning and Control team

▪ Match and reserve daily Project MTO income

▪ Prevent material lack during Project execution

▪ Prepare and estimate Work Packs

▪ Set up and maintain Fabrication databases (Material Utilization Factors)

▪ Validate and analyse Production feedback relevant to, spent materials, assuring Traceability and final Reconciliation

▪ Support bidding activities, Projects set-up and yard Continuous Improvement

▪ Co-ordinate personnel, asset, and safety on the base

▪ Compile expenditure budgets and control costs

▪ Ensure timely follow-up of required maintenance of Base facilities and equipment

▪ Ensure appropriate level of reliability

▪ Grant regular reporting as per company rules

▪ Manage the base warehouse and replenish stock in accordance with scheduled repairs

▪ Supervise the correct operation of warehouse management information packages

▪ Supervise the correct application of safety procedures and standards

▪ Review the inventory of Patrimonial Assets on the base and handle technical and operational requests on the base

▪ Supervise the correct storage and maintenance of assets in the base

▪ Control of schedule and costs

▪ Grant the management of marine/logistic base concerning the support to vessel operating in the area

▪ Ensure the correct application of the ISPS Code for the Port Facility in line with contracting government requirement and in line with international standards

3. POSITION  : HSE Engineer

Department/Project : Engineering / Tangguh Onshore

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

▪ Provide necessary support to ensure that all design, procurement,construction and installation activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Saipem HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO14001 and ISO 45001)

▪ Take part in accident / incident investigation

▪ Participate in HSE Risk Management and Occupational Safety Risk Assessment

▪ Provide necessary support to ensure that Project HSE plans and procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life

▪ Participate in pre-construction survey, identify safety criticalities and environmental sensitive areas and design mitigation measures

▪ Assist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.)

▪ Take part in accident / incident investigation
