FOREMAN PRODUCTION

General Responsibilities:

1. Have an understanding of fleet placement as well as unit capacity.

2. Can understand work plans (can read mine maps/designs).

3. Responsible directly to the Production Supervisor, for achieving targets, efficient productivity, achieving daily production, and fulfilling work targets following the set time.

4. Organize, supervise, guide, and give instructions to operators/crew to work better and more efficiently.

5. Ensure that workers who are in charge of the Production area work safely, healthily, and safely from accidents following the provisions of SOPs and company work standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education SMU / SMK or  D3 / S1 (is preferred).

2. Age 25 - 35 years.

3.  Minimum 2 years experience as Foreman Production in the mining industry (coal is preferred).

4.  Having a general B2 driving license and being able to operate the A2B UNIT is preferred.

5.  Having a POP certificate (first operational supervisor) is preferred.

6.  Know mining operations, heavy equipment operations, and knowledge of HSE.

7.  Have good communication skills and proficiency in oral and work documents.

8. Have been vaccinated.

GEOLOGIST

General Responsibilities:

1. Provide consultation on geological maps and aerial photographs to advise on the selection of mining sites.

2.  Compile data and produce mining project reports.

3.  Supervise the progress of mining projects.

4.  Plan a detailed field investigation through drilling and analysis of bedrock samples.

5.  Make visits to new project sites or mines

6.  Geological mapping, geological logging, reporting in the Project area.

7.  Collecting field data, interpreting geological information, and assisting in planning and changing  exploration programs.

8. Conduct mapping to delimit the prospect area including surface sampling, pit test sampling, and  preparation of pit test samples.

9.  Plan and research to support the exploration database.

10.  Prepare reports on technical and economic studies of several work areas that will be used as mine area plans.

11. Supervise the implementation of HSE in the mining area following the prevailing laws and regulations in mining.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Geology.

2.  Have a POP-BNSP Competency Certificate.

3.  Minimum 5 years experience as a Geology in Nickel or Coal Mining Industry.

4.  Create Short term and Long term mining work models and plans to support mining operations.

5.  Proficient in using SURPAC, Arcgis, Minescape Application, or other geological software.

6.  Communicative.

HAULING SUPERVISOR

5.  Mastering and understanding geological interpretation, grade control, mine sampler, ore blending, ETO and EFO management as well as barging sampling.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Mining Programs (AutoCAD, ArcGis, Mine scape, Surpac),other design programs.

QHSE

General Responsibilities :

1.  Make regular HSE work programs and reports.

2.  Implement HSE management system according to company policies (HIRARC, ERP, etc.)

3.  Evaluate HSE management system program both onboard and in the workplace effectively and efficiently.

4.  Have an understanding of the HSE management system onboard, which is capable of handling leakage cases when transferring diesel fuel between ships and ensuring  the safety of the ship's crew.

5.  Check and maintain work safety facilities and infrastructure (APAR, PPE, Hydrant, etc.)

6.  Develop HSE management system.

7.  Provide training on work safety to all employees.

8.  Cooperating with the safety committee.

9.  Maintain, manage and review document control.

10.  Assisting the QHSE Department in the implementation of internal audits and external audits.

Requirements :

1.  Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree Environmental Health or related major.

2.  Maximum Age 40 years old.

3.  Minimum 3 years experience as QHSE.

4.  Have an oil & Gas HSE Expert certificate.

5.  Having experience in the field of ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 and QHSE 18001 is an advantage.

6.  Have good communication skills.

7.  Able to work individually and in a team.

SENIOR GEOLOGIST

General Responsibilities:

1. View and analyze the planned area or point and the feasibility for drilling.

2. Monitor and control drill progress.

3. Determining whether or not drilling activities will continue at the site.

4. Preparing sample samples.

5. Perform data analysis before drilling.

6. Perform data analysis during the drilling process.

7. Conducting data collection or description and sampling of the drilling results.

8. Make drilling reports and minutes (daily and final).

9. Provide direction and supervision to crew related to geological operations in drilling.

10. Ensure smooth drilling.

11. Supervise the implementation of HSE in the mining area following the prevailing laws and regulations in mining.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Geology.

3.  Minimum 8 years experience as Senior Geologist in Nickel Mining Industry.

4.  Create Short term and Long term mining work models and plans to support mining operations.

5. Understand geological zoning/lithology especially in nickel.

6. Mastering nickel carrier or marking materials.

7. Understand the stages of exploration carried out.

8.  Able to work under pressure.

9.  Proficient in using SURPAC, ArcGis, Minescape Application, or other geological software.

10.  Have good leadership skills and Communicative.

STOCKPILE SUPERVISOR

General Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the coordination path between departments related to the quantity & quality of coal can run according to the target.

2. Have a coal sampling process plan & record and analyze sample data that has been sampled.

3. Ensure the quality of coal in the Stockpile is maintained following the given target.

4. Manage existing facilities in the Stockpile area so that they can be used properly.

5. Ensure that the stockpile area drainage system complies with applicable regulations.

6. Able to make daily reports of incoming/out coming coal from stockpiles.

7. Familiar and able to implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Civil Engineering or related majors.

2. Age 25-45 Years.

3. Minimum 3 years experience as a stockpile operational supervisor in the coal mining industry.

4. Mastering the technical aspects of coal quality sampling, management of machinery & heavy equipment & coal stockpile operations.

5. Have a POP certificate (preferred).

6. Have the ability to quality control coal (preferred).

7. Mastering the documents needed in the process of loading & unloading coal at the stockpile & port.

8. Have good leadership skills and good analytical skills.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

DRILLER JACRO

General Responsibilities:

1. Able and know the operation of triple tube drilling machine (JACRO 175/200 Type).

2. Understand the procedure for loading samples from the inner tube/core barrel to the core box.

3. Understand the filling of the control run given as the driller's responsibility for meter production.

4. Understand drilling SOPs according to company standards.

5. Able to direct and manage driller assistants and drilling crews to achieve metered production targets.

3. Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Driller Jacro.

ELECTRICIAN

General Responsibilities:

1. Mastering the installation and maintenance of 3-phase generators > 80 KVA.

2. Mastering panel installation and repair of general electrical installations.

3. Install, maintain and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring.

4. Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.

5. Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.

6. Test electrical systems and components to ensure the proper functioning.

7. Complete required documentation of repairs and service information.

8. Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.

9. Calibrate equipment to provided specifications.

10. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.

11. Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.

Requirements:

1. D3/S1 Electrical Engineering or related major.

2. Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrician in the mining industry (nickel is preferred).

3. Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

4. Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment.

5. Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work.

6. Have been vaccinated.
