We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

SENIOR COST CONTROLLER - EPC

(Assignment: Head Office)

Establish administrative controls, monitoring project from Tender, and responsible for execution up to Close out phase as the key to achieve budget goals.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) with 5 years experiences in project control

• Understand and operate project control system such as Dbase, Ms. Access, Ms. Excel, Power Point, and likely knowledge in SAP and PRISM

• Ability to establish cost control monthly report

• Ability to operate computer and other office facilities

• Knowledge of best practices in project administration, procedures, and contract

• Good analytical and supervisory skill

• Good communication in English

• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to set up Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for controlling and reporting in accordance with Company standard.  The WBS will be reviewed and approved by Project Control Manager and Project Manager

• Responsible to have and maintain appropriate administrative controls in place daily and monthly in accordance with Company procedures from award to completion, using the right data collected from all departments at site and off site

• Responsible to prepare, review and approve the cost report for the Project Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines

• Assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margins are met

• Responsible to report discrepancies, defaults or nonconformities in the Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known and prepare the Variance analysis Report

• Responsible to prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract

• Responsible to extract data from EAM to check quantity and price as committed cost and compare to approved budget and allocate budget cost distribution and do the budget approval on Purchase Requisition

• Prepare calculation of accrual cost incurred at end of month based on actual progress and booked cost

• Responsible to review and confirm Subcontractor invoices are as per Contract terms & condition and issue COP/PPC’s (Process Payment Certificate) for further payment process

• Responsible to clarify payment status with Subcontractor and to review and confirm Close Out of Subcontractor agreement

• Ensures the Risk & Opportunity register maintained by Project Manager and uses the register’s output of Contingency for inclusion within the approved Forecast

• Understands the detail project schedule and the important milestones being managed by the Project Planner and reflected in Forecast

• Provide actual cost information to Proposal Team to assist in evaluation of tenders. 

SENIOR PROCUREMENT ENGINEER - EPC

(Assignment: Head Office)

Prepare, process, control, and monitor the upstream procurement function (i.e. RFQs, bidder lists, tender processes, TBEs, CBEs) and closely coordinate with Engineering group, QA/QC Group, SHE group, Project Control group and other functions within the Project Management Team in efficient and effective manners in order to achieve project target for delivering good practice (QCDSM) of Procurement process in which conform to Company Procedures and Business Ethics.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• Min. 8 years experiences in Procurement area, preferably in Mining Processing Plant

• Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specifications.

• Sound knowledge of SCM (having knowledge of Export Import regulation, Project Management and/or Contract Management are advantages).

• Good communication & negotiation skill.

• Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related applications.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

• Time manageable, target oriented, and able to facing under pressure and urgent basis.

• Good behaviour, open, honest, and proactive person.

• Able to maintain teamwork.

• Willing to work beyond office hours as and when required.

• Able to maintain and uphold work and business ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct procurement tender process from end to end process, starting from vendor assessment, bidder list, invite meeting, request for quotation, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract, purchase order, expedite delivery, monitor vendor performance, monitor invoicing process until completion process.

• Analyze and process incoming Tender (RFQ) document to ensure that material are correct in grade, standard, quantity, size, and type against drawing or MTO received.

• Search vendor and product (goods and service) as per specification required at locally and abroad sources.

• Negotiate price, discount, delivery terms and other commercial and condition to achieve the best quality, cost, delivery, safety, and moral (QCDSM).

• Generate PO Evaluation Sheet (POES) or Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE).

• Generate Purchase Requisition (PR) to be Purchase Order (PO) through ERP system and issued the PO approval to vendor and ensure received of PO acceptance from vendor.

• Prepare procurement status report and expedite PO and in order to provide excellence procurement service for user (requestor).

• Maintain commercial filling document (i.e. Quotation, PO, POES/CBE, NOA, LOI, MoM, Official Letter, etc.)

• Monitoring Procurement Contract process since Pre, Draft, and Post Contractual for various kinds of service, and coordination with legal how to develop and provide simple contract, complex contract, and also PVA.

• Conduct Vendor Performance Evaluation (VPE), gather and compile accurate data and information vendor database in order to review of service level/quality of each vendor.

• Actively contribute to a team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker safety, Keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.

• Uphold procurement business ethics and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit to ensure the adherence of overall company’s business ethics.

• Maintaining and implementing HSE program including Environmental Management System to ensure the program conform to official standard and requirement.

DISPATCH IT

(Assignment: Site Based, Kalimantan)

Perform routine maintenance, hardware installation, and network monitoring to make FMS system running well.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Technology, bachelor degree are preferable

• Minimum 4 (four) years previous experience in Electrical/Instrumental process engineering prefer for Fleet Management System

• Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology

• Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers

• Good analytical skill

• Good problem solving skill

• Strong reporting and technical writing

• Good customer service and team work

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Willing to be based on project sites and work in shift

• Willing to provide 24/7 on call production support and escalations for hardware, operating system or communication problems associated with system supported by group.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, testing, programming and commissioning equipment associated with the FMS system, FMS hardware and the network system running well

• Investigate and analyze hardware, network and FMS system problems with instruments, sensors and carry out programming and configuration changes plus investigate and recommend system improvements with particular emphasis on energy efficacy

• Prepare and provide documentations for Jigsaw related to the installation, networking and troubleshooting

• Coordinate and work together with Site electrician crew, Dispatcher and ICT Indika Head Office

• Design and manage Wireless Radio Communication systems to support communication at entire site

• Maintaining and implementing HSE program including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements

PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION)

(Assignment: Head Office)

Plan, direct and control a project from the date of award to the issue of a practical completion certificate and ideally be involved until end of the maintenance period to ensure a project is running well, completed on time and to budget in accordance with all the company standard procedures and to the total satisfaction of the clients.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering

• Min. 10 years previous experiences in construction and engineering

• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management

• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation

• Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates

• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written

• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program

• Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and control the flow of work for a construction project, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan

• Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well manage

• Direct, review and analyses client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented

• Prepare, control and implement project budgets, construction schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budget are meet with operational needs and requirements

• Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company construction objectives

• Direct, monitor and utilize company’s equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization

• Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner

• Plan, analyze and establish detailed cost forecasts, manage variations in order to close out to maximize returns in a timely manner

• Direct, control and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to proceed with the contract to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid

• Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project

• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
