FLEET MAINTENANCE

General Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all vessels and company assets are maintained up to the standards set up by the company & in compliance with the relevant local and international rules & regulations.

2. Project Dry Docking : Managed schedule dry docking plan for vessel to ensure the reliability fleet; Cost Control and Budgeting Programme on Dry Docking.

3. Managed plan maintenance system for vessel unit, asset ; target key performance indicator plant Reliability & availability 95% per years or no breakdown equipment.

4. Monitor technical status of vessel with relation to class cert and survey And control technical company  asset.

5. Supervise contractors’ repair/maintenance of vessels and Company assets.

6. Perform budgeting cost Maintenance and cost control measures on ship spares, asset spare and docking requirements.

7. Witness the tests, controls and inspections, guarantee inspection status control for parts of the plant (Marine Equipment) within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion based on SMK manual standard.

8. Inspect vessel regularly, review Port Engineers’ ship visit report and summit summaries of these report to fleet and technical manager.

9. Check and approve material requisitions receive from the vessel.

1. Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineer, Technician Level III (ATT III).

2. Experience in Marine Technical & Asset Integrity.

General Responsibilities:

MINE ENGINEER

General Responsibilities:

1.   Monitoring pit and disposal following a mine design reference.

2.   Monitoring the productivity and utility of the unit including the utilization of the general work unit

      in the mining area.

3.   Make short-term plans (weekly and monthly) in the mining stage.

4.   Make a technical and economic study report on several work areas that will be used as a mine area plan.

5.  Make a list report related to tools and tools that will be used by the Production Division for the mining process.

6.   Collecting the results of analysis and mapping of mining goods that will be obtained in the next mining plan.

7.   Supervise the implementation of plans implemented by the Production Division.

8.   Make a report related to the development of the plan application that has been implemented by the Production Division.

9.   Collect reports and analysis results of production data.

10.  Supervise the installation of work area boundary markings (pits) at the mining area.

11.  Supervise the implementation HSE in the mining area following the prevailing laws and regulation in mining.

OPERATION ENGINEER

General Responsibilities:

1. To carry out Operation Planning and Analysis responsibility to identify best fit operational establishment which will bring economic, Engineering and QHSE benefit to the business process.

- Ensure viable terminals tankage capacity is put in place to service the business.

- Ensure the operational assets are fully utilized.

- Ensure wasted terminal assets are sold or relocated to bring optimum utilization.

2.  To ensure overall activities of all trading operation area in ensuring that they perform the functions of product receipt, storage and into-Truck’s filling, ships back loading and bunkers operations diligently.

- Ensure Products meet specification and Quality maintained.

- Ensure Plant integrity is maintained.

- Ensure proper control and accurate stock accounting.

- Manage safe product movement (Pipelines, Delivery Vehicles, LCT, Other Coastal vessels, and Drums).

3.  Manage QHSE Processes

- Maintain Safety and Health in the Workplace.

- Protect Environment.

- Liaise with external authorities (Ports, Transport, Environment, NDES, police, Fire Brigade, Health and other Government or Private Agencies to conduct Emergency Response Drills/Exercises.

- Conduct Policy, Standards, and Procedures compliance audits for Terminal, Marine Tankers, Road Transport and Product Quality.

- Manage Equipment Testing & Maintenance at all locations based on Standards.

4. CAPEX/OPEX and Customer Relation

- Optimize Costs such as to maintain as low as reasonably practicable to achieve scorecard requirements.

- Maintain daily transport efficiency performance.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Mechanical, Electrical/Power,

Marine, Petroleum, or other engineering.

2. Min. 5 years experience in upstream and/or downstream oil and gas business.

3. Having experience in Oil & Gas Facility Development, Operation, & Maintenance Activity.

4. Having logistic management training is preferred.

COST CONTROL

General Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and cooperate with related parties in the Project to prepare daily/weekly/monthly/yearly financial planning as needed.

2. Compile reports and analysis of divisions from the realization of the use of the Project budget on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis as needed.

3. Conduct awareness to all custodians/related parties in the Project about the realization or planned use of the budget.

4. Supervise the correctness of documents and the reasonableness of supporting data related to the accounting of income and expenses following applicable procedures.

5. Conduct reviews and corrective actions on all journals contained in the accounting transaction documents and General Ledger following applicable procedures.

6. Coordinate and ensure that the accrual bookkeeping records in the Project are appropriate for each period.

7. Cooperate with external auditors and group controllers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting.

2. Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same position.

3. Have knowledge and experience in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting, and Cost Control.

4. Have knowledge in terms of financial and commercial aspects of the mining industry.

DRILLER JACRO

General Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

2. Carry out regular maintenance, among others, identify engine technical specifications, identify engine systems, prepare tools, spare parts, and materials used as well as carry out inspections, measurements, and adjustments as well as replacement of spare parts.

3. Carry out Repair (Major Repair).

4. Analyzing and overcoming trouble (troubleshooting).

5. Comply with all applicable regulations in the work area and must maintain/maintain work tools in the field.

6. Able to repair Jacro/MD drilling machine.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education is SMA/SMK, Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or related majors.

2. Age 24-45 Years.

3.  Required skills: BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) problem solving and problem-solving, Have a BMC Certificate.

4.  Experienced as a mechanic dump truck, heavy equipment such as excavators, or bulldozers in the mining work area for at least 3 years.

5.  Positive character, diligent and honest.

6.  The work system uses a roster system with placement locations on the Site (Sulawesi).

7.  Have been vaccinated.
