PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

 

MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : MS-V/25)

Location : Toka Tindung

Duties :

• Responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end mechanical maintenance activities across the site, including all fixed plant assets—from the primary crusher through the milling and grinding circuits to the gold room—as well as peripheral systems such as the water supply and tailings disposal facilities. 

• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all fixed plant infrastructure through disciplined planning, efficient execution, and a culture of continuous improvement;

• Lead the daily execution of maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with safety regulations, operational requirements, and established maintenance schedules; 

• Drive team performance to meet or exceed weekly maintenance execution targets, ensuring timely delivery of planned and corrective work; 

• Ensure all work orders are completed to standard, properly documented, and returned promptly to the Planning Department for review and analysis;

• Monitor the quality of maintenance work completed in both workshop and field settings, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance workmanship and efficiency;

• Collaborate with Planning and Reliability teams to improve preventive maintenance programs and ensure job procedures are clear, standardized, and consistently followed; 

• Work closely with mechanical and trade personnel to review and optimize job procedures with a focus on safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability;

• Oversee the maintenance and availability of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness;

• Promote adherence to scheduled equipment maintenance and support ongoing initiatives to enhance asset availability, longevity, and performance;

• Foster a strong safety culture and team-oriented environment within the maintenance workforce, ensuring clear accountability at all levels;

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for maintenance personnel, encouraging skills growth and cross-functional teamwork with Operations; 

• Lead by example in adopting and promoting predictive and preventative maintenance practices, including the use of digital tools, condition monitoring, data analysis, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA); 

• Coordinate maintenance tasks and plans with Operations, Planning, and Reliability Superintendents to minimize production downtime and ensure operational alignment; 

• Ensure effective communication across departments and shifts to enable smooth handovers, up-to-date work status, and clarity of expectations; 

• Support the development and improvement of maintenance systems, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure effective and measurable outcomes; 

• Maintain strict compliance with all company safety standards, operational protocols, and legal regulatory requirements in every aspect of maintenance activities; 

• Assist in the preparation and execution of maintenance budgets, resource forecasts, and cost control initiatives to ensure financially efficient operations;

• Any other duties may be assigned.

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in fixed plant maintenance within large-scale operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity;

2. Hands-on experience with Gyratory Crushers, SAG & Ball Mills, and conveyor systems;

3. Previous involvement in process plant commissioning and post-commissioning phases, ideally in remote or challenging environments;

4. Fluent in English – both verbal and written;

5. Possession of a valid Indonesian Driver License (SIM A);

6. Demonstrates awareness of corporate safety and environmental standards.
