SUPERINTENDENT MINE OPERATION

General Responsibilities:

1. Manage together with the engineering, and mining team in all aspects of running the day-to-day in a mining site.

2. Coordinate with the engineering on analysis of assets (heavy equipment) and mining project site.

3. Support all mine production activities including operation and maintenance.

4. Assess geological and engineering information and provide direction in the development of mine

 strategies.

5. Contribute to the senior management team in establishing the overall strategy for the mine.

6. Co-ordinate, lead and manage mine operations working towards agreed performance and production  targets.

7. Set the strategic direction of the mining process, develop continuous improvement initiatives and

 improve procedures in an economical manner.

8. Check the efficiency and effectiveness of mining operations.

9. Compliance test implementation of mining law and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering / Geology from reputable university.

2. Have a POP, POM-BNSP Competency Certificate.

3. Minimum 5-7 years experience as a superintendent mine operation in the mining industry.

4. Fluent in Mandarin & English (both spoken and written) is a MUST.

5. Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage projects, schedules, budgets, and encompasses  excellent skills in organizational, planning & problem-solving.

6. Able to identify appropriate work methods and supervise mining productions.

7. Excellent analytical, evaluation, supervisory, team development, and interpersonal skills.

8. Strong leadership, analytical skills, results-oriented, and able to work in a team

9. Proficient in using SURPAC, Minescape Application.

10. Have been Vaccinated.

SUPERVISOR BARGING

General Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the plan hauling and barging process runs smoothly and safely according to the plan.

2. Coordinate with the port to ensure the hauling & barging process runs well, to be able to deliver the planned quality and quantity of nickel.

3. Coordination with transporters regarding the plan to ship coal to the port stockpile.

4. Evaluate and continue to improve the hauling & barging process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering

2. Age 25-45 Years.

3. Minimum 3 years experience as supervisor barging in the nickel or coal mining industry.

4. Understand the process of transportation and logistics.

5. Understand the licensing and compliance of shipping documents.

6. Have been vaccinated.

7. Placement in a remote area, Sulawesi.

TRAINING SPECIALIST

General Responsibilities:

1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis.

2.  Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.

3. Build an annual training program and prepare training plans.

4. Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees.

5. Manage the delivery of training and development programs.

6. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.

7. Evaluate training and development programs.

8. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in psychology/management or related major.

2. Having minimum 3 years job experience in the same position.

3. Have hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and training program designing.

4. Computer literacy to include MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

5. Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.

6. Innovative in creating modern training programs, both face-to-face or online training.

7. Accustomed to doing online training.

8. Usually handle corporate events.

9. Experience in administration and record keeping.

10. Strong organizational and administration skills.

2ND ENGINEER

General Responsibilities:

1.  Maintain and keep the Machine in operation.

2.  Clean and maintain engine rooms or machinery spaces and accommodation spaces.

3.  Carry out the task of guarding navigation and anchorage as well as carrying out orders from the appointed guard officer.

4.  Understand the operation of machinery and equipment for which he is responsible, supervising and maintaining tanks and pipe valves.

5.  Assist duty officers in maintaining machinery and equipment.

6.  Report to the duty officer if any damage is detected to the machinery or equipment for which he is responsible.

7.  Carry out other tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer.

8.  Maintenance of the Ship's Safety management system.

Requirements:

1.  ATT III Management or ATT IV Management.

2.  Age 25-45 years.

3.  Willing to be placed on SPOB ship.

4.  Experience in the same position at least 2 (two) years on SPOB Ship.

5.  Mastering/understanding Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, Yanmar, or Cummins engines.

6.  Able to calculate fuel requirements in various weather conditions.

7.  Proficient in the engine room (at least have engine room resource management / ERM certificate).

8.  Able to overcome Trouble Shooting Engine and Electric.

9.  Can work in a team.

10.  Already vaccinated.

11.  Medical check-up is still valid.

12.  All certificates for sailing are still valid.

13.  Can join immediately.

MINE ENGINEER

General Responsibilities:

1.  Monitoring pit and disposal following a mine design reference.

2.  Monitoring the productivity and utility of the unit including the utilization of the general work unit in the mining area.

3.  Make short-term plans (weekly and monthly) in the mining stage.

4.  Make a technical and economic study report on several work areas that will be used as a mine  area plan.

5.  Make a list report related to tools and tools that will be used by the Production Division for the  mining process.

6.  Collecting the results of analysis and mapping of mining goods that will be obtained in the next mining  plan.

7.  Supervise the implementation of plans implemented by the Production Division.

8.  Make a report related to the development of the plan application that has been implemented by  the Production Division.

9.  Collect reports and analysis results of production data.

10.  Supervise the installation of work area boundary markings (pits) at the mining area.

11.  Supervise the implementation HSE in the mining area following the prevailing laws and regulation in mining.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

2.  Have a POP-BNSP Competency Certificate.

3.  Minimum 5 years experience as Mine Engineer in Nickel or Coal Mining Industry (Mandatory).

4.  Create Short term and Long term mining work models and plans to support mining operations.

5.  Monitoring and evaluating daily, weekly and monthly planning.

6.  Proficient in using SURPAC, Minescape Application.

7.  Placement in Matarape, Sulawesi & Jambi.
