1. POSITION : Project Engineers
Department/Project : TEP Onshore Project
Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
Working Experiences : Minimum 7 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : Temporary / Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Minimum 7 years related experiences or having experience in mechanical engineer
• Fluent English
• Knowledge and experience in commissioning and start-up activities. Experience in Test-run procedures and operations
• Knowledge of construction sequences for relevant disciplines.
• Definition, knowledge ,understanding and application
• of HSE procedures and Project requirements for all project phases.
• Knowledge of the process of preparing, evaluating, negotiating and proposing contractual documentation concerning partners, suppliers and customers.
• Knowledge of Contract Management Execution (claim and change management with regards to partners, suppliers and customers)
• Knowledge of Project Planning
• Knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms and conditions
• Knowledge and ability to manage the company vendor qualification process, vendor feedback process and vendor data base
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activity planning, data analysis and report preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, preparing Project Record Books, managing spare parts, collecting certifications, supplier payments, SAP data entry, with specific responsibilities especially during the close-out phase
During the Project Execution Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:
• Assist the Project Manager during project activity planning, e.g. in the preparation of the Execution Plans and other project procedures and Plans, in the definition of the resource allocation and of the assets and materials utilization, in the preparation of sub-contracting plans, in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the mobilization plan, in preparing reports relevant to resources mobilization
• Under instructions of project manager, coordinate specific topics, related to but not only, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project Record Book Spare Parts, etc.
• Coordinate external and internal interfaces
• Assist in managing Client relationships
• Assist in managing Vendors activities
• Assist in coordinating the invoicing and guarantee activities
• Assist in managing change orders and claims
• Support Project Manager to coordinate Risk Analysis
• Support the Project Management in purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, purchase order and work orders and related work progress within own field of competence
• Ensure materials availability on site
• Assist in the implementation of the Management Information System
2. POSITION : Mechanical Field Rotating Engineer
Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project
Education : Engineering Degree or Diploma Certificate in Mechanical
Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : Temporary / Contract
Work location : Papua
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Machinery Engineer -Rotating Equipment with Petrochemical, refinery or Oil & Gas experience.
• Should have a minimum of 7 years extensive experience in engineering phase (EPCI projects).
• The application of a good level of knowledge in designs & familiar with design of themajor machinery types such as. Steam Turbines, Pumps, Gas Compressor, Air Compressor and EDG.
• Detailed knowledge of international codes and API standards related to the duties is a requirement such as API 616, API 617, API 610, API 670, API 674, API 686 etc
• All around experience in work scoping, vendor management, FAT, Field Engineering, and preferably commissioning & troubleshooting experience.
• Good communication skill, approachable, and able to work with others. Experience in interfacing with field operations and maintenance team is a plus point.
• Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Assignment for full time office Site-based (Papua) as Mechanical Rotating equipment Field engineer to following up activity for various rotating equipment;
- Manage and resolve all technical issues that occur during site Construction and Commissioning
- Manage equipment design modifications due to Field Design Changes.
- Manage “Notification of P&ID Change (NPIC)” and update Master P&ID and Plot Plan for the related package equipment modifications.
- Review WTA (Work Transfer Authorization) work packs and Vendor NCR including verification of work completion.
- Review method statements prepared by Construction, Commissioning and Subcontractors.
- Manage and coordinate readiness of rotating equipment to be installed
- Review material delivery schedules provided by Logistics and Materials Manager in conjunction with Construction, Quality Control and Completion Groups.
- Participate to material inspections.
- Review Overage, Shortage and Damage (OSD) Reports.
- Monitor material requirement as per MTO and promote corrective actions to avoid any shortage of material due to design modifications at site.
- Provide technical/engineering assistance to Construction and Commissioning, participate to punch list close out and assist for the resolution of punch items.
- Coordination with other Engineering Discipline for site Issues related with rotating equipment.
- Coordinate mobilization of Vendor Representative to site and monitor their activities.
- Update the progress reports of site engineering issues for rotating equipment
- Monitoring close out of TQ, FDC, Red Line Mark Up, NCR, Site Instruction/Wor
- Transfer Authority & Site Punchlist for rotating equipment.
3. POSITION : E&I Inspector
Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project
Education : Diploma from related Technical Academy
Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : Temporary / Contract
Work location : Papua
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
1. E&I Inspector with CompEx Certification (must)
2. Able to execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site, collecting the relevant records.
3. Capability to plan, execute, report inspection and test according to Quality Control Plan and update the related Database with the relevant information.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and construction/installation activities on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality Records
• ITR review
• Check materials quality (wire, fitting, etc.)
• Witness inspection material receiving on site
• Witness inspection Installation Equipment Electrical / Instrument on site
• Witness Inspection Measuring & Testing Activity on site
• Verify special processes and the relevant workers qualifications
• Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation
• Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents, ensuring that all civil works and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As- Built dossier
• In Case of subcontractor activities, ensure the correct implementation of the approved Quality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant Quality Control records
4. POSITION : ELECTRICAL FIELD ENGINEER
Department/Project : ELECTRICAL / TEP ONSHORE
Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
Working Experiences : More than 8 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : Temporary / Contract
Work location : Papua
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Engineering Company.
• Knowledge of Electrical system design, configuration, code and standard, calculations
• Knowledge of Electrical equipment and bulk materials
• Knowledge of Electrical system – mechanical completion
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Perform Project technical tasks assigned by the Electrical Discipline Lead consisting in design, checking, validation, testing and engineering Electrical Systems
Interface and coordinate with the other Project Team Specialists and Designers
Coordinate technical activities performed either by insourcing either by outsourcing
The Engineer executes the activities within own area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements
Tasks include:
Project Execution:
• Review Client technical documentation and requirements
• Coordinate subcontracted engineering activities and control subcontracted engineering documents
• Define engineering design basis and guidelines
• Prepare the technical documentation for Electrical elements and services requisitions and prepare, according to internal procedures, the technical evaluations
• Provide technical support to Project Team
• Optimize Electrical design ensuring minimal cost and complexity in compliance with the contractual and safety requirements
• Prepare Electrical technical specifications
• Prepare Electrical data sheets
• Prepare Electrical installation specifications and drawings
• Participate to P and ID mechanization
• Validate Vendor control valves and safety valves sizing calculations
• Validate Vendor measurements elements sizing calculations
• Coordinate engineering activities
• Participate to F.A.T. activities ad Vendor workshop
Construction and start up:
• Provide technical and engineering support to construction Team
• Perform site engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases
5. POSITION : FIELD OPERATOR SUPERINTENDENT
Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE
Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : Temporary / Contract
Work location : Papua
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Must have experience in Oil & Gas and acquired related experience of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operations & maintenance in the following areas.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Responsible for maintaining SCDB databases, planning and coordinating walkdowns between Constructions, Commissioning and Start-Up teams.
• Responsibility for planning, preparation, verification, and documentation of TCPs, check sheets, punch lists, as-builts, etc.
