We are fast growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, we need highly skilled and experience employees to fill the following position, are:

1. MARKETING ADMINISTRATION DEPT HEAD. (Code : MA-DH).

Required qualifications: 

• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret market intelligence data for effective decision making 

• Ability to liaise effectively with external agencies 

• Good networking skills 

• Previous experience in development, negotiation and execution of supply of goods or service agreements 

• Demonstrated experience in managing a business unit  

• 5 years’ experience within the same or similar resources industry 

• Coal sales experience with hands on skills gained on the job that involves the understanding and application of routines and procedures in the area of the coal supply chain  

• Proficient in the use of ERP systems 

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office business programs 

• The ability to read and write in English, understanding of the local Indonesian culture and the willingness for continuous learning. 

• Placement in Jakarta.   

2. SENIOR MINE ENGINEERING.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering and or geology.

• Have Minimum 10 years' experience as Mine Engineer in Coal Mining Industry and or 3 (three) years' experience in similar position

• Experience in mine operation and mine planning, mining project.

• Proficient in mining principles, mine design concepts & mining methods as well as mine operation regulatory requirements;

• Able to create short term and long-term mining work models and plans to support mining operations as well as monitoring and evaluating daily, weekly and monthly planning.

• Have good knowledge of software mining programs especially Minescape: Strat model, Opencut; Xpac and Talpac will be an advantage.

• Have a minimal POP — Minerba / BNSP Competency certificate. Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written).

• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team

• Placement in Kalimantan.

3. LEGAL SUPERVISOR. (Code : LM).

Required qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor's degree / master's in law, with experience at least 7 years and or 3 years' experience in similar position in mining company.

• Experienced in handling cases in the mining and land sector.

• Having an advocate certification is preferred.

• Ability to identify and analyze complex issues / problems in management areas and recommend and implement solutions.

• Strong quality, safety, environmental, personnel and contract management ability.

• Strong leadership ability and interpersonal and management skills.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English and reporting.

• Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Placement in Kalimantan.

4. Mining Operation Supervisor (Code : MO-Spv)

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from mining engineer or geology and or equivalent. equivalent with 10 years' experience and or min. 3 years experiences in similar position in mining company.

• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team

• Have POP Certification is more preferred.

• Understanding of mining services or pit services.

• Understand open pit mining operations, including pit service, dewatering.

• Be firm and committed to developing the competence of subordinates.

• Good Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English

• Placement in Kalimantan.

5. Senior Surveyor (Code : SS).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from mining / geology engineer and or equivalent with 3 years working experience in similar position in mining company.

• Mastering software and design mining such as surpac, minescape and others.

• Have a minimum POP mining supervision certificate and measuring experts.

• Preference will be given to those who can speak English.

• Placement in Kalimantan.

6. HSE Superintendent (HSE-Spt). Rquired qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from safety or related education background.

• Have minimum 5 years experiences in similar position preferable with coal mining industry background.

• Understand Mining and Environmental regulations.

• Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes.

• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).

• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, HSE procedure, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.

• Formal training in Safety and Risk Management.

• Have SMKP certificate and Preferable have POM Certification.

• Good Leadership, Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster system.

7. Civil Engineering.

Required qualifications:

• Civil Engineer degree from reputable university.

• Have minimum 3 years experiences and experience in designing and supervising construction projects and maintenance.

• Experience with civil engineering software like AutoCAD Civil, Global Mapper, ArcGis is more advantageous.

• Good Leadership, Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English

• Placement in Jakarta.

8. Mining Operation Foreman ( Code : MO-Fr ).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum education is SMK/SMU equivalent with 7 years' experience and min. 2 years experiences in similar position in coal mining company.

• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team

• Have POP Certification is more preferred.

• Understanding of mining services or pit services.

• Understand open pit mining operations, including pit service, dewatering.

• Be firm and committed to developing the competence of subordinates.

• Have communication and leadership skills.

• Willing to work in Kalimantan.

9. Account & Finance Executive / Assistance. (Code : AF_Asst)

Required qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• Having minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.

• Able to prepared monthly management accounts and performance general ledger reconciliations as well as data entry in software for Journals, payment, etc. 

• Able to make monthly and annual balance sheet. 

• Experience with accounting software especially can use Tally and ERP system is more advantageous. 

• Preferably able to communicate in English.

• Placement in Jakarta Office.
